Shift Work Scheduling Calendar

A great programme which I regularly use. But It is becoming a great issue with this app I now have to place a tick to say I have given consent before I can use the programme. This is becoming annoying when I may have use the app several times to plan our daily life. Please remove the consent page on the free version Since update i cannot add two people on the same day. Really annoying. Normally it's a brilliant app please go back to the old version

I bought this app about 10 years ago, never had any serious issues with it and did the job well. A few years back it stopped recognising I had ever paid for the app but that still didn't really bother me, I have used it for so long I got my monies worth. The new updated terms and conditions are all about collecting and selling your data. And if you are not OK with this you are advised to "uninstall the app". After 10 years it is time to find another calander app to replace this one.

I've used this app for years and paid for the full experience. With the latest terms and conditions regarding their use of personal data I will no longer be using this app. Definitely an over reach on required access to your device for a shift planner.

I am experiencing the same problem. Asking me to login. Have used this app for years with no issues until now.Also asks me to upgrade to paid version which I have many years ago

Used to be able to add multiple events to calendar but not any more can only do one and add notes

Perfect. Used this for years. Liked it when you could add multiple icons to a shift though.

Excellent app. I have been using this app for several years now as a shift worker. Very versatile. Takes a little bit of setting up, but once you have done your customisation you are good to go. There have been some issues with updates over the years, which thankfully were resolved. I have tried others (quite a few actually) but this one keeps coming out on top. Links seamlessly with Google or any preinstalled calendar that you are using. Well worth a download.

I love myshiftwork app. I have been using it for many years with no problems. I recently changed phones and I was able to transfer data from one to the other. The functionality differed on my new phone. Notes no longer appeared at the bottom of the page and my purchased app was not functional. I have been in contact with myshiftwork work team in resolving the issues that I have encountered. Myshiftwork team has been prompt in responding to my emails and resolving the issues. Thank you!!!!

It has the option to upgrade to get more features but when I click to upgrade, it doesn't allow it (even after changing my privacy settings as suggested). Also, the app states that it had a Google calendar sync feature... and unfortunately it doesn't sync either. Would have been a really good app to use for shift work if these kinks were corrected.

it is a decent app. you can add 4 shift types in the free version. i wanted to sync with my google calendar and it said to upgrade to pro for $1.99. I did so, went back in and now it says that one feature is a subscription service that is asking for more money. Feels like false advertising and now i have upgraded for nothing. free version would have worked for my needs

I FRIGGING LOVE THIS APP...I used it all the time when I was with iOS and it was one of the first apps I bought when I crossed the floor to Android. I have to admit the transition was a little shaky for me, as all the Android versions of iOS apps I used but the functionality of the Android app has been worth spending some $$, and the uploading of the shifts to my Google calendar? Awesome, once the update dropped so the days actually lined up. Not an easy job but someone's got to do it, I sure as hell can't. So, I have now tried to start up the app for a half dozen times now and it still gives me an Oops message since the July 20th update...Play store shows a July 22nd update...hmmm.. no joy. Still giving the thing 4 out of 5 because I don't want these guys to get too cocky, and I'm hoping to get a reply at some point. They're usually pretty good about replying when there are issues. It's intuitive after you much about and you can back it up locally or else where. I appreciate how flexible it is for my shifts, updating exiting info when I catch an OT shift while still showing my annual leave dates so I don't miss taking a holiday.

happily used and recommended this app for years to manage my shift work rotations. we just recently went thru rotation changes at work and i input several scenarios to get a visual of the schedule, but now ALL my calendars are a mess and I can't easily delete or fix the problem. I have tripple shifts in my Google calendar, 11 different rotations, I now want to delete all but one and the app won't let me. seems like I'm not the only one having issues or dissapointed Guess it's time to move on.

I've used this app for many years and as a paramedic it's been very useful throughout. I updated the app yesterday and immediately had issues. Sadly I've lost all my icons, diary entries etc, but I can't fault the support from the team. They dealt with the issue immediately and provided ongoing support throughout. Definitely worth buying and using this app.

I'm really disappointed that this app has started charging for google calendar sync. I've used this app for years, paid previously for features, and now that previous patronage is worthless in the face of a new subscription service. It's extremely frustrating to update an app 'for minor bug fixes'and find that the singular feature you've used the app for, for years, now carries a fee. I feel dupped.

Bit of a con really. The Apps easy to use and fairly good, however you are forced to pay the full £1.99 for the app or else you can't really do a proper shift diary. I've no issue paying the £1.99 until i then went to sync it with my google calendar only to find they want you to to pay a monthly subscription just for the privilege!! There are apps on here that do that for free? Why do you need to pay....poor

Originally this app was a little clunky and rather than sync any changes to Google it simply added dates/shifts etc. really confusing. I ended up with three shifts per day lol! (my rolling shifts are on a 3 week rota) HOWEVER....., after an exchange of emails with the support team and they explained how months and months of work have resulted in a better app (albeit with a subscription -not expensive) I subscribed and hey presto!! All works. Syncs well with Google Calendar. I would highly recommend this app and happy to talk thru it with anyone looking.....

With the latest update there was a glitch that caused the app not to work. Contacted them. Within 24hrs, they had fixed the issue and texted me when there was a fix. Clearly these guys care about their product and their customers. It's a great product that just works, and if there is an issue, these guys are onto it. Impressive!

EDIT: I did the install and update, an it deleted every appt I had in my calendar. Not just the shiftwork. OMG...It deleted long standing appointments, meetings, tasks. EVERYTHING IS GONE. Beyond upset, this is a total failure. The WORST app ever. Don't bother using this. It synced to my Google calendar, but it tripled the number of shifts. I deleted the account and the app, but the triple shifts won't delete from my calendar. Had to do it manually. Very not happy. Edit: I did email you about this epic fail. Still no resolution. My Google calendar is messed up. Very not happy. Edit:I have done that twice... And nothing. And I have replied to your emails with that info. I realize you want to protect your rating, but come on. Really?

Solid product but not as user frieldly as i would like. Its one of the only ones i could find that would allow me to put in two separate rotations and as a shift working family i appreciate that. The user interface is a bit overwhelming with two rotations applied and any changes mean completely deleting rotations off of the calendar instead of editing but besides that it is nice.

glitchiest app i have ever installed. worst funtiontionality most of the time trying to enter an event changes the month. terrible efficiency. after last update can no longer edit types of events saved. doenload anything else. and a few days after leaving this review the app stopped working all together. fails to load. no problems with other apps on phone.

I've been using this app for more than 10 years. I still really love it. Icons are big and colorful. It allows me to load my entire 12 week rotation and make it perpetual for an x amount of years. I load mine for 5 years at a time. It's so convenient for trading into the future and booking my vacation time. It's simple and easy to use. The support team is awesome. If I need any help, I just email them and they respond right away and are super helpful!

I've used the app for years to juggle my somewhat tricky roster, and now find it even easier to use as a calendar so I can clearly see when I'm planning events or appointments etc. I've reccomended it to/set it up for many colleagues over the years which is easy to do and they've all loved it too. So for that, I give it a 5* review!

Used this app since 2011. Still have the receipt from my purchase. Was my most used app in all that time. New phone and now, like so many others, it says I don't have the paid version. Before I get the copy/paste response I've already followed the recommended steps and nothing. This is clearly a widespread issue. Stop asking people to send pointless screenshots and get it fixed.

The app is very useful, I can manage my all shifts days and duty hours.
