Bad Shift App, but has a great pickup gig concepts (read App's descriptions). I couldn't log on to the Shift App; kept routing me to Snagjob posting. No matter how much I'd attempted, or re-installed -- still takes me to their regular site. Very sneaky App!!! Why developed (or posted) App for public to use, when none of us couldn't access it!?!?!? And, if it's only for selected few, keep it within that crowd of territory, rather than the public networks.
Won't even let me log in. Once you click on submit to login, a message pops up says "Oh no! We hit a snag." Tried multiple times over the course of 24 hours. Same message. Great idea, poor execution.
A great concept the very badly designed app. If you try to log in it'll give you an error and kick you back out to the lock screen repeatedly. If you go to the website and try to log in it'll do the same thing.
If I could rate it 0 stars I would, cant open the app and log in ever. It always says it hit the fan somethings wrong. Goes back to log in screen or closes out all together. The first time I tried it, the app did the same thing months later its still doing the same.
As many others have noted, the app freezes, sends you to dead page options, etc. A good idea in theory, but a terribly run app.
There is literally nothing about this app that works. Everything I do just takes me right back to the log in screen and it says "oops the shifts has hit the fan" or something like that at the bottom. It's impossible to use.
The app itself is okay. But if you need money, find something else. I've had the app for two weeks. I did receive one notification about a job one day, but as soon as I received it someone had already claimed it. There has been no job listing other than that one since I got the "job" two weeks ago.
Keeps saying oh no! Looks like the shifts have hit the fan and something has gone wrong. I can't look at shift and it keeps pulling me back to the login screen.
Horrible. I downloaded the app a few minutes ago. It boots me out of the app every time I try to open it saying something went wrong. I haven't even had this app for a whole day. Waste of time. Scam. Just horrible.
Can't login to the app, keeps saying "Shifts hit the fan", which while their pun game is good, I can't say the same for their app. Keeps directing me to the website, which I also can't login to, even with resetting my password.
Doesn't work properly. "Oh snap, shifts hit the fan" or something like that. Tried multiple times. Tried force stop. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. 🤷🏾♀️
I can't even log in. I've tried repeatedly for days but it logs me in for a second gives an error message and then logs me out again.
For some reason this app keeps crashing. I can't even get past the log in screen. I already reinstalled and it still doesn't seem to work.
Terrible customer service I even tried to email them about errors with app/website they dont read the emails but has enough nerve ask you same questions you answered in the email. i mean really read your emails you ask me first time i answered the 2nd time is DONE deal. i told them i used 2 different devices and still same results.
I created an gaccount but didn't schedule an interview for a few months. Then the app wouldn't allow me to logon. It showed "shifts hit the fan" everytime I attempted to logon.
I went through everything to fill out the application and put in all accurate information and hit the done button and it does nothing it just sits there thanks for nothing.
This app is trash. I've been waiting on them to fix the system for 4wks now. Just so I can get pass the background check. They don't care about their clients.
I was not able to upload my information because they have a step in their process after you fill out your I-9 information where they want to verify you using someone else that you know they don't tell you in the instructions that you need to call in so that they can add this person nor any of the credentials needed for them to be added you guys need to go back to the drawing board with this one
Do NOT download!!! Gave my phone a virus. I was not able to use my ohone due to this app bugs. I rebooted my ohone twice and once i tried to open the app it would take control over my phone. Not cool at all. Do not download.
Every time I log in to get a shift or anything I get the message "we can't load your information" message and can't apply to anything for the savere lack of anything besides an empty GUI.
Legitimately way to easy to kicked off one of the jobs I picked up was extremely difficult to get to as the entire road was closed for construction so I dropped the shift saying and even tried contacting the store 24 hours before the shift I still got kicked off and was told I was expected to find a solution this has happened multiple times pay and everything is good just too easy to kicked off regularly for no reason
When I attempt to login, it sends me to the website... Why make an app if it just sends you to the website? Horrible execution of an app. My advice for the developers: Don't send people to the website unless they want to, otherwise there's literally no use for the app...
Can't complete employee verification. Tried inputting contact details of one of my coworkers and I'm getting an error message saying "something went wrong. Please try again later".
I give no stars because I can't login since I did the information part it tells me oops shifts have hit the fan how is someone supposed to get work if y'alls app doesn't allow it very unhappy especially when I get emails and texts messages about jobs but can't access them
When it works this app is fire, appears there is an auth issue with API causing the app to not properly allow entry into the application. There are multiple auth issues which could be tied to the new update especially the change to SSO aspect.
I applied through the app and was told that my interview videos would be reviewed. Then I get an email back stating that I have to do the videos over because apparently they aren't available
it won't load anything. It won't let me update availability. No matter what screen I select, it gives me a blank screen..
Please fix because I would love to try this out..it was working at first 😫 I deffinitly want to try this out. It doesn't let me log in I thought Uninstalling and reinstalling was going to work but nope.
What in the world. Seriously. Tried logging in and the damn app won't let me. Says there's an error. Uninstalling...lame.
Can't login.. Ever! Everytime I try to, app notifies that my password is not correct. I've changed it twice already. The only times I can login is once I reset my password using my email, then I try to use it after logging out and can't login again. Infinite looping. Please fix it or I'll have to uninstall. Thank you!
