Worst application. I've changed my device and logged in with the same Username and password & now I'm stuck with page that tells me put in the activation number which never was sent to even by clicking on re-send activation code Worst application with one of the worst security put in place. Shame on the people behind the app
Suddenly doesn't allow me to login telling me the username or password is incorrect when I've logged in many times before. Can't sign up again with another email since it needs another phone number too and doesn't send password reset email either. Terrible. Update: even worse now I cannot even top up because the prepaid ID says it has to be 10 digits when I have only 9. Unprofessional app.
Its working well with me, nice work for a good app, the only issue is the registration screen. It took me several minutes to figure out how I might register. Just press the line below 'Forgot Password' and it will bring you to register screen. There is no other issue other than this. Thanks a lot, GOD bless
The app stopped working I guess. Whenever I try to login, they say to create ticket at Helpdesk. Funny thing is when I click on submit ticket after creating the ticket, it is showing the same popup window to create Helpdesk for support. My wallet contains some amount in the app and now I am unable to utilise it. Please fix it.
It doesn't work after the latest update.. After I sign in; an "OK" button comes, and when I click on it, it takes me back to the log in screen and nothing happens. Please fix as soon as possible
Have tried several times to activate my account.. The app is saying that the code will be sent by email and mobile.. Either this or that none of them are working! Check your app quality and then publish it to the end users.
This app not working. Its showing error messages while try to login. My money is there in the wallet. But I can't use it because the app not login. Please fix it
I believe this app is disfunctional now. I have money in the app wallet, but they keep showing the same error message when we try to login.
I have been using this app for the past one year. Suddenly today it says my account is registered with another device. It's matter of grave concern and a grave security issue on behalf of this app co. I called up the help desk and no body answers. Pathetic and risky.

registration was not smooth, first i didn't receive email code at all, then i recevied 5 of them one each hour. then i tried to charge 2x and both time it failed on the last step.
Not receiving OTP for account registration itself. Have tried several times and it doesn't work. No customer IT support to sort this issue out as well.
The screen shows OTP sent to registered device. But no OTP will ever come. Request developers to kindly sort this issue at the earliest.
How can this app be released? It does not work. Says it will send an activation code to create a new account, still waiting for it 8 hours later. What a joke! This is the most basic functionality of any app.

Its very useful before i used to get up from my sleep and run towards the supermarket for recharge. But now its too easier for me shihab app highly recommended.

Stupid app clearly made clearly by an incompetent app developer. Why do I have to put money in the wallet then buy credit for electricity? Why can't i just buy credit? Then why does the token number disappear?

Earlier it was asking for premises Id. Now it's asking for prepaid id, which is the same, but add 0 in front to make it 10 digits. The WhatsApp support was quick on even Friday night 9pm.

Refused to log me in. I registered and it said it will send me SMS. The sms never came. When i tried to re-register it said account exists. So what now?

Great application, worked smooth when I first installed, was able to top up from abroad. Toped up again a month later but this time the amount was not credited to the meter, I reached out to MEDCO via 80070008 and they managed to rectify the issue, looks like the problem wasn't the app it was the meter configuration. Purchased more credit this morning but wasn't credited directly to the meter but was able to top manually. This avoided driving, the program is fantastic, thank you!
