Straight to the point kind of service. A lot of good tips and you do sense a different approach than a regular bank and that's always good.

Excellent app, excellent service, managed to open account in a matter of hours and received credit card in two days!! After dealing with traditional banks for years this is a breath of fresh air...this is exactly what freelancers need! Got the reduced rate with sumup to top it off. What's not to like?

The service is really bad, I spent 9 days asking them to add documents but each time some of the support team chat with me and each one of them ask for another thing, there is no communication between them, and after I Pay the fees they start to not reply fast and they are just to answer without understanding the issue like a standard answer. Sorry but a veryyyy baaad feedback

I'm pretty new with this neobank and so far, I am loving my experience with Shine. What I love most is the Transparency and the ease of function in the mobile app. Also, they're affordable. And as a starting freelance teacher in France with not a lot of income yet, they're my best choice for online banking. 👍😎

I love shine, super helpful! They do all the neaty nasty admin for you so you can focus on your work. Much more than just a bank, specially for independents. Only thing I'd like them to improve is customer service but then again they respond within 24 h and for 4E a month that is splendid. Thanks shine for helping me out in my entrepreneurial journey in France!
