The app is great when it works. However, these guys have tried so hard to be intuitive that they got rid of the simplest feature a package tracking app needs: manually input a tracking number! "You'll never need to manually type in a tracking number again!" Except for when you do, and then you can't. It's more work for me to email a link to myself with a tracking number than to just copy-paste a tracking number in, just in case it doesn't work. Please fix.
This app has so much potential but didn't work for my use case. First, it only allows you to create an account by linking it to your Google account, which means it automatically gets full access to your Gmail. This is great if you want to use the app for automatically tracking all your package; I do not. I tried to create an account manually on the website and got a blank "Welcome Back" page. I tried with the app and it would only allow me to connect via Google. I really want to use this app for estimating and comparing shipping rates across carriers while I am away from a computer but this only works if I fully commit to having it read my emails. I don't mind having it connect to Google if it would let me opt out of the email scraping. There's no way to keep it from syncing with Gmail.
I wasted time entering all the info to ship a package & it got hung up on the part to create a label. So far, they charged & reversed the charges 4 times on my card, but even though everything was verified at every step, it wouldn't progress to producing the label. I'll watch my cc for more charges, but I've uninstalled the app. Looks like a scam to me.
Tried and tried to get the app to recognize my address which is a house, not a PO Box, to no avail. Geez, 12+ yrs receiving mail and deliveries here, and the app couldn't find the address. There's no way to put it in unless it's recognized on the Google map. Very frustrating. Had to uninstall it.
Simplify your life! I honestly did not think I would use or benefit from this service, but it was like finally signing up for Prime. My life became so much easier. Shipping is a breeze and the tracking is AMAZING! Love knowing where everything is during shipment.
Can't even try its tracking tools because 1) it requires an account (unlike most tracking apps), and 2) to create an account requires a phone number — deal-breaker. I'll find something that doesn't require my personal information.
Like What They Are Doing. This app isn't perfected but I like where they are going. With their ship tag you can ship without knowing or entering an address. That's cool. You can also create a place, invite people, and share tracking info with them. Can see that coming in handy sometimes since we only have one Amazon prime account for our apartment. Gave it 5 stars for the innovation assuming they improve as they go.
Great app!! I downloaded the app to help me track all of my Holiday purchases. So far, it has been a major help and it was a nice surprise to find that I could easily purchase a label and have USPS pick up my mail directly from my house!!
Used to be good but now I have to enter my address everytime, never shows me the shipping prices, it's always just a blank box. *Shipping options are showing up but now it keeps saying I need a phone number even though I entered it in.
I gave this app 3 chances to redeem itself because it didn't work, and it still hasn't, it first says that it will send me a verification on my phone and I never received it, then when I installed it (because I uninstalled the app) again it said error which is bull
This app has a beautiful UI and is incredibly smooth/intuitive. I'm still testing the functionality, but so far so good.
Won't even let me connect to Google it just keeps loading and and loading and loading and ... I think I've made my point anyway I have a package that I need to track and was hoping this was my answer apparently not guess I'm deleting it and keep looking.
Absolutely horrible. My shipping platform merged with this and it is no good. It wont accept my company name in my profile it says already taken well duh!! Can't get rate estimates, cant get my customers info.. the list goes on!
The app is a joke do not get it, theres no way for you to track your packages at all. Its just a picture saying INCOMING DELIVERIES and RECENT DELIVERIES. theres no way to click on any of them, the only thing you can do is change your profile the way that you want it to be thats it. ITS A JOKE.
I was trying setup the app. The app claimed my code would be snt to my phone and the app repeated times never sent the code so I can finish setting up on my androud.. Disappointing..
Please advise. I have sent several packages with no issues and now I have one that has been sent back. I have paid for it, got billed and a packing label printed out.
Ignore Naysayers! This app works awesome! I love being able to go to one spot to see where my orders are AND I can track packages I Send too, love it!

Useful App looking forward to see how this app grows. makes it easy to track packages I send to grandson. like I can see incoming arrivals to be there to receive
It was great until I updated it last night now when I click to check on my packages it asked me for my phone number and address ive entered it 4 times now and still can't track my packages...not happy
The app doesn't let me see my packages. Keeps asking for the address and phone number even after entering the information
Terrible useless app, won't let you sign in or register no matter what you do.
Easy to use, and I no longer have to search for tracking numbers!! Highly recommend this app!

Does Not work at all. It says to sign up using Gmail but I input my Gmail and press next and nothing happens.
Great app for tracking packages. I get early updates and know what's coming and when.
For some reason I have a FedEx package showing up in my shipments that says I sent out and I didn't send anything out.
Worked until update 5/31, now won't allow login, keeps resorting back to blank page
I just noticed that when I go to create a shopping label in the weekend shipping is a few dollars higher. Like something that usually cost $8 then is $12 when the post office is closed. Pretty sneaky. I will be downloading another shipping app and comparing prices. ADDING ** Prices definitely change.. same address added at different times jump . I've had as much as a $53 to $70 some dollar change. I'm not making this up. I'll still change my 3 star to a 4 star because I do like the app ithelps
