All of Legend of the Seas cruises for 2016 aren't listed, we are booked on 21 November 2016. 11 night South Pacific- Fiji cruise. Could you please put it on Shipmate
Better than the new version. You don't need to have Internet access to get a simple countdown.
I have used this app for many years with no problems. BUT can you please add Anthem of the Seas as I am going on her in April.
Used this app before and it was OK. Can't assess if it's improved since then as they don't have Anthem Of The Seas available yet.
love the app just wish they would fix the the ship locator I've been watching the cruise ship I will be going on next month but it is showing the ship is in the same spot for the last 4 days hope they fix it soon

This app has failed me several times, but when it works it's awesome. I'm trying to be fair, so I'm reinstalling for an upcoming cruise once more. If the new update is as good as I expect, I'll change my rating to 5 stars.
What a worthless app. Wasted my time downloading this amateur effort.
Why are the pictures of the ship soooo small? You can't even see anything. Never used to be like that. Also the colour scheme is so drab it's almost depressing changed so much since my last cruise and I used this app and not for the better

Won't install. Gives a msg about usb or sd card being unable to install app.
I dont know why there isn't a shipmate all cruise lines. I love the app but it's not easy to use on Android. Downloading every shipmate app isnt very practical.
Error at install - unable to load to USB or SD card. Used to love this app.
This app great
Private chat doesnt work, i cant login using facebook. And now i cant recover my account because i forgot my password and theres no way to make a new one or recover the account. I will rate 5 stars after these issue are fix. Because other than that app is great.
Any one having a problem login into ship mate app through Facebook. I receive an error message "Login didn't succeed. Error: com.parse.facebook. FacebookError: Failed to receive access token." It also happens on my wife's phone. I have a DROID RAZR by Motorola 16GB she has a Samsun Galaxy 3. Pleases help me thank you.
Itinerary listings are old no itineraries beyond 2010. Deck plans are old as well. They do not show current deck plans for renovated ships.
VERY upset that Royal Caribbean doesn't communicate to customers about Visas that are required to certain destinatiobs within a cruise. We are in Spain for a cruise starting here and ending in Brazil. Just accidentally found out that we need Visas in Brazil but cruise leaves in 3 days and it takes 7 days to get Visa!!!
