The game is fun with a lot to enjoy. But I have to give it a one star. No matter how fun a game is lost, progress is something I'm not a fan of. I went from level 78 to level 42. I lost my ship and alot of progress and unlocked items. I tried to start completely over, But during the process it just brought me right back to the level 42 with the previous ship. This is a critical error in gaming. I was hoping to place this one in my Youtube videos.
This game is fun, and would easily earn 4 or 5 stars if it was stable. However, I spend more time waiting for the game to reboot than actually playing it. There is no telling when the game is going to randomly shut off, either... I would also add that if you (like me) are often tempted to purchase small booster packs, etc for your games, this game may break you of that! The prices for ships start in the double digits and go well over $100!
this game is the best one I've found on the phone. I have a few suggestions to improve the game. One is to allow you to create you own ship using part of other ships and to be able to paint you ship. This would being more people to the game. Depending on the part it could cost money or gems. You could add a more intensive fights like adding better storms. You should also add more ships.
I'm enjoying the game, the trade system is fun, and the combat while, simplistic is engaging. But I have 2 big issues. 1) Sell prices only show 3 digits, only way to find real sell price is to try to sell something. 2) the requirements for the better ships "defeat all gunships", "Defeat the flying dutchmen" Sounds fine.. but I have no idea where the gunboats or flying dutchman is.. so I'm stuck on the lower ships with no idea how to progress. I've scoured forums and can't find anything. Fix/educate and I'll give you a 5
Pretty solid, though i have found a few bugs. Mainly, the chainshot is very overpowered. One hit can not only immobilize a legendary ship, but it also prevents said ship from firing. Another would be the limitless number of videos you can watch for both resources and time shortening, to the point where i can watch four videos instead of waiting four hours for a chest. Its pretty fun all around though.
Edit to my previous review. This is the second time in less than a week where I have totally lost a save game because of the horrible save game system. Don't bother playing this game until they have redone cloud saves. And for sure don't spend any money on it Third update to review. Third time the game has eaten my progress and devs still haven't replied to my email. No fix was offered for any of the times I lost progress other than be patient. Been weeks since I emailed for support.
Enjoy the game, great entertainment. Only one problem. I wanted to reset the game and start over, going from level 100 back to level 1. I tried using the reset button in options but it did not work. Each time it would always reset the game at level 100. This occurred even after I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it.
This os a great game runs smoothly.. What i dislike is that the story mode is entirely too short, you cannot open world sail, no crewmen visable, and a lvl limit on the quest... people can be lower lvl and still beat the quest it should be their decision. also if more maps were added it would make the game alot better. I like the game it is similar to assassin's creeds mobile and i like that but needs more detail and story i finished story in three days without playing much. i give 3 stars until
The game crashes once you reach the loading page with 2 ships in the background. I have a samsung galaxy tab and I can play other games flawlessly. Uninstall. I tried to restart, reinstall, reboot my device and even clearing cache. What bothers me is that my other games work fine. It's just this specific game that doesn't.
Addictive & Engrossing! I play this game all the time. My biggest problem is that every now & again the Video for the treasure chest will freeze up & i'll have to re-load the game. Here are A few update suggestions: #1 The option to sell unwanted ships. #2 The ability to transfer ship crews to a different ship. #3 The ability to capture ships. Game has been froze for weeks now. Sadly, I'll have to uninstall. Too bad. Dropping to 1 star & uninstalling.
The game and all looks nice. Many ads doesn't bother me, but 5.99€ for 1 week premium on a phone non multiplier game looks stupid same as the pricing overall. This is phone game not PC mate. I was considering to get premium if it were 3€ for a MONTH, but sadly 6€ is needed for 1 week. I understand that devs put a lot of time in making this and they did great job but this is mobile platform plus it is non multiplayer so pricing is far off the way it should be.
Fun and has potential to be better. It was fine for a while, but now I'm at a point where other ships are doing 4x as much damage even though I'm 10 levels above them, and unless I'm missing something, there is no option to upgrade your ships armor rating. You also get outnumbered 4 to 1 in some fights making it literally impossible to win.
nice game, but every day i open the app it starts exactly where i left off, meaning if i had 3 hours and 9 minutes left until a rare chest would open, when i close the app and open it the next day it still has 3 hours and 9 minutes left. That and no matter what i do as far as ship upgrades, my crew doesnt last more than 2 battles. which only makes it repetitive having to go back and buy more, which thankfully isnt very much. sometimes while shooting at one ship i notice another taking the damage
with the last update i love that i can destroy ships super fast. but i dont like how its taking way longer to level up now. and that i have to wait till level 50 something to start my next quest. i enjoy games with a story line. but i forget it by time im leveled up enough to start it again. everything has become way more expensive. i do love how much gold you get for completeing quests tho. also the whole ship upgrade is dumb. and crewmasters im dissappointed with too.
It doesn't save at all. Many Many times I have done the quest and brought some new improvements and newer upgrades to my cove, after spending whole hour of obliterating ships took a break and when I get back, guess what nothing has changed I'm sick and tired of doing all of it again and again. I like the old one better it doesn't do any bugs like when u buy at a merchant dude and just right after you bought it its not working I'm not counting on pvp I'm counting on game development and great xp
Everything about this game is terrific. Runs well, looks fantastic, easy control scheme. However, there's a big bug. I spent around 2 hours playing, exploring, fighting, etc. Got to level 10 and purchased "The Morbid Lie". I had also acquired several customization items and had upgraded a bunch of equipment on my ship. Then I was ready to save my progress. When I hit the cloud button to save my game and sign into Google, the game reset and forced me back to the start with no progress. Very upset.
