Works great for me. Still wish I could combine orders, have to do that from the computer. Been using this for years and no other complaints.
Extremely complicated for the average computer user. Almost impossible to use. No simple tabs to just "SHIP" .. there's more graphs and tracking for inventory, this is as complicated as CPA accounting software, it's almost like it's more for inventory than shipping.m I haven't been able to ship 1 item out.
This service is terrible. I purchased 3 labels in a row and all 3 were recycled USPS numbers that do not update on the USPS website. I use Mercari to sell and I cannot get paid until the item shows as delivered to the correct zip code. I contacted support and they were no help at all. Avoid this app and service.
Support is terrible now, slow and bumbling answers. The updated version is terrible. And the USPS cubic rates aren't the lowest available and they refuse to acknowledge that. Use Pirate Ship if you need the best cubic price. And since about a week ago, can no longer login on the mobile app, even though nothing changed. Just says "login failed. Try again, or contact support." And of course it's completely unusable on any mobile browser.
It keeps importing the same orders that haven't been fulfilled yet, so I will have double and triple of each order in the waiting to be shipped box. There's no way to get the extra copies out. Now even though I've fulfilled the order from my computer it still shows the order as unfulfilled in the app. The app has great potential, but until they get the bugs worked out, it3prerry useless.
Good app, but if you press "create label" by accident (which is easy to do) than go back the image for the product will disappear. Plus better preview image quality. Our company relies on the picture of the product a lot for finding an item within our huge invetory, fast and easy. An option in settings to alert or have a pop up when there is an order note & a different color font on quantity when over 1 unit would be useful as well. Maybe a feature to mark as packed too... Good job team!
Tha last update broke this app. There is no support for Latin characters and it replaces this characters with very long strings of "/". The main problem is getting the shipping rates correct. Some times when I try to switch to different carrier the rate is not recalculated for the new carrier and keeps showing the same rate even for premium services for the same carrier.
I'm seeing a lot of reviews saying the app didn't work for them which gave a bad first impression but I decided to give it a try anyways and it's working as it should so far. Able to create labels through it if need and everything. Our shipping team still uses the desktop version but the app is definitely handy to have as a business owner to be able to easily check Orders in the system.
Has been causing me a boatload of problems ever since the update, most noticeably the unrecognized characters problem (specifically forward and backwards slashes). Its also crashing much more frequently. I have to restart the app 5-10 times a night. Edit 5/29: Uninstalled and reinstalled the app... the problems are still there. Constantly crashing and restarting is making my job go very slow.
There was a problem intializing data from the server. Tried this version and beta version. No luck. Android 12 pixel 3 xl

Horrible customer service, technical issues, and constant problems. 1st time using them 2 years ago was great, I raved about it. This time I canceled my account after 2 weeks. Can't get through to anyone, no replies via email. Overall go to pirate ship or any other one. This is a rip off for the quality of service
Get the app! we are an e-commerce company and mostly use shipstation on our desktop at our studio, but the app helps me communicate with customers remotely by providing info. Definitely worth it. user friendly, powerful, and the best addition to customer service for non-work hours that we have. the ability to send return labels and accurately follow packages is extremely useful when we are away.
screenwont rotate and I can't schedule pickups from the app
Auto refresh seriously needs to be frequent. The auto refresh never works. They say it does so on its own.. It doesn't. If I relied on it, I'd be late on a orders by a week. It needs to have options for how often it loads all store orders. Also needs a refund tab. Quickship should also be on here. So I don't need to download or send to printer. The app should just let me hit ship and it sends directly to printer without needing a middle man if enabled.
Painfully slow login time. Using website on my phone, even with the annoying splash screen that comes up to recommend this app, and even with the site not being optimized for mobile, works better than this app. Seems like there's potential here, but waiting 3 or 4 or more minutes every time this app is opened just doesn't work for us. Please be merciful and at least kill the annoying splashscreen when opening the website on mobile until this app is fixed. Thank you.
Pretty disappointed that this app won't work with Android Debugging Enabled, and Root. Even if I exclude the app from root it has an advanced system to not allow me to login while having either enabled.
Have to close and restart app when you hit the refresh button or else you cant access the product page. UNABLE to see pictures of the products like I once was. Why?? If I see the products I could live with closing the app after refreshing but both... not good.
Edit: I can sign in again, but still take issue with it's limited functionality. We print orders in batches based on how they need to be filled. You cannot make or place items into a batch. Nor can you sort by order price or customer name. You cannot split orders which is important for our fulfillment process. It also keep crashing when switching views. Their team seems to be responsive tho. I like that I can have the barcode for the end of day without printing.
This app was great at first, then as soon as my trial ended and I restartey service I haven't been able to get ship out any packages! And I can't seem to get ahold of a real person to talk to! This is extremely frustrating as a small business owner.
Been a loyal customer since 2010 but i have to give them 1 star because of the worst customer support ever. We have a ticket regarding a major issue with their magento 2 module that have been escalated to developer for more than 2 months with absolutely no response from them. So if your business rely on that shipping tool and you got issues, your stuck...
Honestly, knocking off 2 stars because I can't landscape use the app. The goal is to use a android tablet around the shop to print labels. But I can't even landscape use the app which makes the app unusable in my scenario.
Fixed issues quickly. Will give 5 stars when shipment splitting is implemented in mobile. As there are no possibilities to automate split shipments, we at least need the capability on mobile to reduce number of times we have to sit down at a computer to split a shipment manually.
Was very good. Not sure what's happened but with no explanation from company about fixes, The amount of times I have to re-sign in a day and how many times it's made me frustrated... 4 down to 2 stars

it's a 4 Star App and very effective if you run a small business from your phone. Shipstation online gives full control and is 5 Star. The phone app is just for basics. 5 Star - Ability to Split Orders and Assign Multiple Packages. Gives phone app basically everything you need to run a drop ship Operation anywhere. 6 Star - Sync w QB desktop for Vendors AND Store Owner. That's a money app. since Invoicing expenses practically eliminated. bulk import, auto invoice created w fulfillment fees...
App no longer works. Cant connect. Even shipstation desktop is broken. Going to switch to a different product. I do not reccommend. Fyi...developer responses will be ignored, just like my support tickets were Update. As expected developer replies to feedback with smoke and mirrors. They act like they are ready to help. They fix nothing. Read the other reviews. Will confirm what I am saying.
it sucks but it's the best thing going for now. I wish they'd let me pay for an IT guy to write code to make very slight improvements, they would be inexpensive and yet make a huge difference, saving me hours of work a day. They either have a company writing their code that is lying to them or they really don't care about making things better. I like to imagine they're a big little company and just don't know what mods to make because they received responses in their survey from non-techies.
Horrible. Most pages will not load and when they do they are blank. Shame on Ecwid for suggesting the use of this and in addition it is not free. Who wants to continue to pay more for shipping? Also, the direct website is not functional.
The app worked fine until recently. Now it rarely works. Contacting "support" at ShipStation is just as frustrating. Really disappointed with ShipStation as a whole and their customer service is non-existent. We had huge problems when we switched our shipping department desktops to the new "v3" layout which caused all of our shipments to be charged to a third-party shipping account rather than our default account. Three months later we are still trying to sort through it. Zero accountability.
