Update: this is the slowest and least responsive app I've ever had the misfortune to use. It is unbearable! Does not work if you have a VPN active, but it won't tell you that. The app is very slow. Increasing an item's quantity, for example, takes several seconds per increase. Why? The app updates weirdly slowly. Only on this app, I get... 4 frames per second? It's very hard to use.

I have two main negative points for me about this app. The first one is the incredible price hike that certain items have overgoing into the story yourself. I'm disabled which means I'm on a small income but also physically cannot make it into stores all the time so this is quite frustrating. My second complete about the app is it has no way of saving things for later anymore or creating lists.

Finally uninstalling this app after I spent 1 hour trying to sign in using password resets and multiple devices, even tried creating a new account. They send junk to your email everyday, and then finally when you want to give them money, their app refuses to take you farther than the first screen. Joke of a product, not mentioning any of the other problems with this service. There are more grocery apps out there.

Omg! Was feeling under the weather and decided to try out Shipt! I was not disappointed. My shopper Rico was awesome. He made it his point to let me know about substitutions and even sent me pictures of how the products were looking! Great experience! Definitely worth it!

I've tried other grocery delivery services. This one really is fantastic. I like the fact that it is subscription based and the shoppers communicate real time to ensure you get what you want. You get same day delivery. Prices are good and you are able to use your stores shopper card.

Love shipt! The shoppers are the best! I use shipt through target online and I can use the target sales and coupons too! This makes shipt better than Instacart for me. I have been using grocery delivery with shipt and target for a year and I love it! The money I save from target circle mostly pays for the shoppers tip so it is not an extra cost for me to get delivery! So nice!

My Shipt person went above and beyond ,kept me informed and let me know what was and what wasn't in stock and made substitutions with my input via texts with pics. I don't have a car right now, so this service helped me tremendously today. not paying the yearly amount tho, will use as I need the service, so $7.99 plus tip and the cost of your items. it's like DoorDash for groceries.

Please let the customer pick the store location- i have to call shipt for every order for the best one! I dislike that Shipt removed the option for favorites. But I will say the customer service is excellent. The app is easy to use and makes substitutions easy.

App needs serious work but I doubt anything will change. Every update slows my app down so much that I don't even want to use it. It also doesn't list everything that the store offers. It sometimes says items are out of stock when they are not and vice versa. Can you guys fix the app instead of saying "we'll pass this along"

Love the Shipt service, the app is disappointing. It's snappy and responsive until you load any menu, which causes the app to become laggy and diffuclt to read. Force closing helps sometimes, but the issue comes right back. Its been like this for months and has slowly gotten worse.

Instacart is better. I had worse customer service with this, worse delivery times and lack of notifications, worse prices, fewer store options, no app feature allowing you to pick item alternatives, no secure phone# change like Instacart or doordash for messages, far poorer communication and my shopper wouldn't use the app but had poor text service. It's nice to get delivery on an app, but you're far better off with Instacart than this.

Good platform for utilizing a personal shopper. Affordable prices and quick delivery after sceduling is complete. Not very many stores to choose from. Could be alot better with a few more participating merchants.

The sticker shock is real, but it's honestly worth it when I simply couldn't help my bf when he forgot his meals for a long work day. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because there was a delivery fee AND a service fee ontop of tipping. I'm more than happy to tip the shopper, but I don't understand why the company thinks they deserve to charge 2 fees? Either way, it was a good first experience, just not something I'd use if I wasn't in a pinch

I'm currently having issues with the app. I can't submit my order. I purchased the yearly subscription and I updated the app. I keep getting unable to submit your order at this time. An exception has occurred message.

I have a hard time getting out and driving. First time I used the service. I scheduled the delivery, I received 2 reschedule for the same day. I could do the late delivery so I called and rescheduled. That went well, I received a text when my shopper started shopping. He was quick and text for questions. I will use again.

I appreciate a vast majority of the shipt team getting orders in on time and items correct. They also sub out stuff for things like it if necessary. My only concern is with the stability of the app, it is super laggy on my phone. Samsung s22 ultra.

Been using Shipt for over a year now, can you build a feature in the app to allow people to select bag preferences in profile ie paper vs plastic. We have a mounting pile of "reusbale" plastic bags because we don't have the option to choose...

Although processed twice with this app, it's convenient, yet I'm relying on a supposedly responsible, trustworthy person to fulfill the order. The first was to a tee, the second was performed out of "Just a paycheck" type attitude, or "Just don't care" - Did this because it's the job. Not very satisfied with second orders performance. 🙄 Then I'm tipping the delivery person at least ten cash dollars, both times, monies I can't really afford, but because I really do appreciate the service.

Room for improvement. I add to my list throughout the week just as I would a shopping list, but if an item goes out of stock, it's simply disappears from the cart. I'd like to see a notice that my cart has changed or a note that it's out of stock. Otherwise, I don't always know what was removed. The Favorites feature was removed. The search function doesn't work well. And the help section offers instructions for changing default store, but the app doesn't have a "change store" option.

Annoyed is an understatement. I tried to order twice. My first order got rescheduled multiple times but it was after bad weather occurred. I get it. What alarms me is that maybe half of my order came due to things being out of stock when clearly it was in stock when I put it in my cart. And the rest of my list was useless with the omitted items. This happened on both occasions with different stores. There is no convenience if I still have to go out after getting a partial delivery each time.

This is the BEST shopping app. I have tried almost all of them, and Shipt is consistently the best. (now, the only app I use) I am disappointed that folks are giving a bad review to this app on the basis of out of stock items. Supply chain issues are a major issue. We are in the middle (I hope) of a PANDEMIC, people. No matter what app you use, if it ain't there, you can't buy it. My shopper almost always comes up with a solution. That is the beauty of Shipt.

No delivery windows available.. but only for me. For 3 days now I have tried ordering from my usual store Target and it will not let me. It says no delivery windows available this for all stores except 7-Eleven and another store I never use. To see if it's just me singled out, I had my mom make an account and she's able to order. I tried contacting chat support but it ended the conversation. I will now be calling to find out what's going on and why only my account isn't able to place orders.

UPDATE: NOW I CAN'T LOGIN AT ALL. GUESS I'LL BE CANCELING MY MEMBERSHIP. Shipt insists it has a spot for you to enter your zip when adding a card...IT DOES NOT! I've tried everything....and customer service is useless...text them a screenshot like they ask and they send an automated message bc they Closed the chat.

This app used to be amazing and far easier to use than instacart. The shoppers communicate better and I find the whole experience to be better. Unfortunately for over a month any time I try to use this app as soon as I attempt to add anything to my cart the entire app crashes and closes itself out. Sometimes it logs me out entirely other times the app just repeatedly crashes and I can't shop at all. I wish it would get fixed because when it works Shipt is far better than other shopping options.

Always rescheduling my orders, had to call last few orders, door dash and instacart much faster. This one has gone down hill. I canceled my last order as they rescheduled for 4 hrs...I order when I want it....not later

This app runs soooo slowly. It's like molasses whenever you're trying to add items to your cart or type anything. It takes twice as long to place an order as it would take to drive to the store and shop it yourself.

They up the price, they add prices to the regular day items then charge you a fee for the program and then a Fee for the driver, I paid about 35$ more for just groceries then another 20$ in fees, I'm out!
