The Shire Cares Patient Assistance & Support Program provides prescription medicine assistance for people who have trouble affording the Shire medicines their doctor has prescribed.Using this App, patients and doctors can

- Track the status of applications
- Track doctor appointments as well as new and refill prescription requirements on their mobile device's calendar

Connectivity issues won't let me access my info in the tracker section. Not sure if it's temp app glitch or because I'm running Android 7.0 now?
Please update app to include more than 1 profile
They need to fix the app so that you can check on more than one case, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to check on my other case.
I wanted to see how many times I had used my card (and how much longer til it expires). All this app required was my first and last name and I had that info. Great job Shire!
This app allowed me to find out the status my application within 3 minutes of installing it, just two days after having submitted the application!
My tracker constantly says application incomplete and patient info missing. I have called Shire and they have assured me that my application is complete. It also doesn't sync correctly with my phone calender (it shows all of my appointments a day early!) I think this app is a wonderful idea and would be a great app if the info was correct!

Great if you're applying. Not so great if you already are approved.. Also showed my status as incomplete due to missing documentation after I was already approved & rec'd it.
Tells me instantly how my prescription progress is doing and how my doctor screwed up.

This app used to work great. But it no longer works correctly it cannot pull the information from their database anymore
