PLEASE FIX OR REFUND MY $$$ Unfortunately, I'm unable to write any review because the game won't LOAD. I guess I should not have paid for the game without playing the trial first. I have uninstalled & reinstalled it multiple times but all I get is a black screen and my phone freezes. Can't blame my phone since it's a new Note 8. I'd rather play the game than get a refund..so PLEASE resolve this problem immediately one way or the other.

Won't start up. All I get is a black screen. I bought the full version but haven't been able to play a second of it. Edit: I tried emailing Big Fish with no response. I would like $ back or credit for other Big Fish game. This is only game I have had problems with.

App does not work. Just states that it is only compatible with older androids... I have a Note 9..don't waste your time or money if you have a newer phone. I should have read the reviews first. Tried contacting Big Fish but it was a joke. They need to remove the app or have a warning stating it is not compatible with newer phones before purchasing.

Do not purchase this game, it worked when first released so I stupidly paid for it but now it won't work on newer versions of Android, and there's no way to get a refund. Google should really remove apps that do this as it's becoming alot more common, or at least refund those who've purchased it.

Game will not start on my Galaxy S7. All O get is a black screen, like some others. I've played many Big Fish Games in the past without issue. Terribly disappointed!

well it would be great if I could actually see what I downloaded. after downloading and installing i open the game and to my dismay there is nothing but a blank blank screen! please fix this problem because I am a huge fan of Big Fish Games thanks

i like the others have paid for the full game only to get a black screen. please fix this issue as this is the only game i as well as many others have problems with.

ive played before but bever full version so i purchased but wouldnt work just black screen. maybe its this phone but otherwise it was a good game definitely rate a 5 if this didnt happen.

Purchased the full game but it will not start. Just get a black screen. Either fix this or refund my monies.

it's very primitive, very basic, people have no voice, only written words after the opening dialogue

I love Bigfish games, but this application WON'T EVEN RUN! I'd give 0 Stars if that was aloud! Updated the application or give a FULL REFUND.

would not open on my Samsung J3V so I had to get a refund. This has happened with several Big Fish games
