like other players before me, game will not open. the same goes for Moonlit grove. shame really cause they look good games. come on team Fix this!! I love big fish games so this is disappointing! I also notice yove not replied to the other players. Dont let the Big fish name down!
downloaded this and it won't open...just black screen

Wouldn't open
I purchased this game and am disappointed in the control . I have a tablet and I had to tap really hard on the objects at times to get control of them. The games were especially hard to control. Love the graphics! There is a glitch with the pipe to fix the water. Even after you use it , it remains in your inventory. It lies on top of other items and makes it extremely hard to use them. I messaged Big Fish and all I got was a "standard" reply. Will have to see what they do.
I don't know what everyone else is talking about when they were giving it bad reviews they must not know how to play the game. This was a fantastic game and played very well. You just have to pay attention and think about the puzzles and the task at hand. I enjoyed this game and being able 2 decorate the fish tank and doctor's office.
It keeps me coming back for more. However, I feel it's too expensive too continue. I can't afford to get the benefit of finishing. That brings me to the question which is, are you guys in it for the enjoyment of playing your games or is it about the money. I've played and bought other games with the same or better guilty as yours. Please help us afford your games.
The design in wording is terrible. Very broken English with lots of spaces, making it difficult to read the dialog, instructions on games, or find things in HOGs without the overuse of hint button. Sad, since this is the complaints of most, and yet the positive of most is that the story is great. Yes, it seems the game IS designed to be a large series of anagrams and fill-in-the-blanks-with-the-missing-letters for nearly all HOGs and instructions. Very frustrating and poor design! I'm doing a lot of skipping of games because of this, and hitting the hint button way too often!
Art was great, but game could have been better. Flow not so good & just didn't grab my attention like some of other big fish games. But if I pay for game I have to finish it. 3.5 stars
This game was unplayable!! Each time I tried the trial lasted a total of three minutes before I was dumped into the exit screen. None of the script was visible. Couldn't tell what I was doing or where I was going. Options were almost non-existant, right along with the instructions. Art work was mediocre and very like every other hog. Seems like we have been encountering an unusually high number of sub-par functioning games lately. Hope Big Fish is working on this problem, it's a good site.
This is the type of game I love to play! The graphics weren't the best I've seen, but this was more than made up for by the creative narrative and well developed clues and mini games. The ending was actually fully formed and made sense. The bonus chapter was also just so well done in adding to the narrative and tying up loose ends, while leaving the game open to continuations. There was not so much of the back and forth that tends to occur, and what little there was felt natural and not just filling a need to keep the game going. Other game developers need to take a clue from Shiver and implement some simple yet effective measures to ensure a worthwhile gaming experience.
There are only letters here and there need to fix that I would not but this game if u can't read anything
Great production values, excellent puzzles. Maybe a little on the easy side but very highly recommended nonetheless.
A little short but bonus content made it longer. Only complaint is not being able to zoom well in the hogs because glitchy screen and every time you zoomed and selected an item the screen returned to original so you'd have to zoom again.
Tried installing 3 times and each time it has downloaded glitch in game, letters out of words would be missing, meaning unable to play the game. Shame as it looks like it would be good.
A lot of these games are really lazily done and feel like adventures-by-the-numbers, but this is one of the few that actually feels like someone had a think about what makes a good game. More of this, please.

Was loving this game so much, i purchased it, it keeps saying my purchase didnt go through even tho i have receipt, wont let me play. So sad i wanna play. Fix this and ill change rating
Utter waste of money and I could not continue playing as nothing moved when I was doing anything. I would never recommend Big Fish games as you have to give them up so lose your money. For goodness sake sort this out..........
Love the graphics and finding the pearls to fix up or upgrade the house. I greatly enjoyed this game. The map is also really awesome. Love the shiver hog's
I liked this game and it's graphics. I wish I could zoom in on some of the pages in the journal because the font was a bit small to read for us older players. I still rate a 5 star anyway because I enjoyed playing.
Good game up to chapter 2. I can't see the words instructions, can't get the manual. Keeps having me talk to the mechanic but can't see the words. HELP! I finally got the manual. Thanks
I would like to play this game but it keeps force close a minute after load. Tried several things to correct it on my cell but nothing helps, I hope to try later if u can fix this
It won't start so I can't give a higher rating. It dowoaded fine with plenty of memory available. I click to open, screen turns black & then error message appears saying it has stopped working. I've sent feedbacks but I dont expect any response or resolution.
Love these that are not the same ole same ole. Great graphics, i hate the ones that have all blue in them and dark.
This game WOULD NOT load for me. I literally tried everything I could think of to make it run but all I ever got was a black screen. I spend a lot of money buying games from this company so I was pretty disappointed.
