Docking one star because the app doesn't work on the first day of semester. Works pretty good. It would be really good if the app displayed the last bus of the day so I could plan my schedule better. Or how many buses are left until the service stops on a day.

Keeps saying that it cannot connect to the server. It's been a month since its been doing that.

Says there is one right where I am waiting at yet I see not a single one in the last half hour.

Right after I opened the app it stopped working! Can't even look into what's in it.

It shows the buses when I'm connected to Wi-Fi but when I use my data it doesn't show anything.

I think it can be improve by stating the colour of the bus. For example, the campus route, show the red icon bus. For the metroplax route, show the green icon bus, and for the innovation route, show the blue bus.

I like the new system but could you guys go back to outlining the busses in the colors

I think the app is great. However I believe that there should be a true campus only route. While it does say campus route, the route goes to Fairmount. To be truly useful there should be one that only goes around campus.

Bus number 2425 (the one with the shockers through time theme) hasn't been showing up on the app

Can't see campus route

Would like a timer showing approximately how much longer a bus is going to be waiting at the stop.

It works great, just wish the shuttle drivers would stop at every stop even if someone isn't standing there. They just drive on.

Fairly accurate. I would've appreciated it a little more if they had spelled "Fairmount" right.

This is a solid app that does what it should to be helpful to students. I would like to be able to click on a moving bus and see whether it is inbound to campus or outbound directly in its data block.

Great idea! I would suggest displaying some where the hours in which the shuttle service operates. Also changing the bus colors to be red or green so they stand out which bus it is rather than the out line.

It would be nice to have the ability to refresh the screen.

Would be awesome if there was a feature which allowed an alert for when a bus was within a certain distance of a selected bus stop

This is awesome!

This is a fantastic tool for students relying on the shuttle. When using, pay attention to the color the shuttle icon is outlined in to tell whether it's a campus route shuttle or metroplex route shuttle.

This is what I needed especially since the cold weather is coming.
