Good for setting up suspension. I have learned a great deal & my suspension works better plus I am tweaking for different trails. Unfortunately Bluetooth connection to shockwiz often takes a while. Also ride statistics (number of jumps, events etc) seems to have stopped working with latest firmware / app combination.
App not saving stats in profiles, 9.2.1, android, and doesnt update inputs into the profiles at times, you make an ammendment then it still shows the old settings untill you log out and in again. App functions well. Tuning resposive to riding styles. If that stats part could be fixed it would be a 5 star product
While I'm no pro, the shockwiz device and app are a game changer. Riding is so much more enjoyable with properly tuned suspension. I just wish it was easier to have preset components saved, I swap my shackwiz between multiple forks/shocks and wish there was an easier way that loading the profile to select which one Im using at the time
Great app. Intuitive interface. However there is at least one problem found - it is not saving statistics in profiles. Instead just show current one. App v.9.2.1 on Android v.11.
At this point the device is useless to me as it won't work with the latest version of android. I have tested on other devices and it works fine. Hoping the app is updated ASAP so I can actually use the shockwiz..
I have a problem with the app, when the Calibration wizard starts the lower part of screen is blank ( I need to click blindly on a blank part of the screen to proceed on the next step). I reinstalled the app, restarted my smartphone and same result! How can I solve this?
Won't connect via bluetooth to my Samsung S10. Works fine ok old phone but kicked me off a few times which is annoying. Sort it out SRAM asap please.
Keeps asking me to add more pressure, I'm 80kg with all my kit on and my shock is nearly at max pressure. Wants more compression and my shock is dialed all the way out. I've got a fox x2. Having said all that customer support was great reset shockwiz and got it working well. It's good to help you understand what your shock is doing
Love using the app and device. Did you guys make a change that now zeros the air pressure to 0.0? My shockwiz previously always showed a few psi if unmounted from my shock. Keep it up!
It gave me riding settings I would have taken ages to get to. Used on a 2014 fox float 29 ctd fit factory 100mm fork.

Profiles dont seem to sync when changing tune to different terrain?
Great device and great app. Simple to set up and well thought out. It would be great to be able to export profiles (in case i switch phones, etc.) and it would also be great to actually see graphical data from the sensors. If I close the app and re-open it, it doesn't see my device. I have to force close, re-open, and it's there again. This is on a Galaxy S8. Otherwise, everything works great!
Really good idea, but my shockwiz does not link well with Bluetooth. The app seems to have a few bugs that need fixing when connecting devices. Please fix.
Stats don't save when you download a ride to a profile. Was in direct contact with them about this back in October 2020, and they said in November 2020 that they identified the issue and have submitted a request to get it fixed. Also, the user interface is a bit confusing from time to time. For example - ride logs are called profiles which you can then upload (or is it download?) back onto the shockwiz.
