Terrible set up! I couldn't find the search engine. My shoe perks doesn't sync when I log in. The home page is confusing. I had no idea there was more to it. The entire app is trash. Here we are in 2021 & this is what you chose? Terrible. Theres no receipt or order history in the app. They sent me a receipt that didn't have the transaction on it because you have to sign up to get the receipt, but since you're new you don't have any transaction. Way to go on a terrible app. You did it. Shop ebay!

The app is extremely slow and no its not my phone thats the issue cause I can use anything else just fine. Any time I'd click on a shoe for more details and options and go back to the list I was looking through itd bring me back to the top of the list and itd have to reload every item and it was painfully slow. I spend a lot of money on technology so the stuff I do isn't slow.

Beyond frustrated! This app needs serious updating & bug fixes. I can't type my DOB nor phone number. When I skip all that it doesn't even recognize my email and tells me I have no rewards! I do have an account and I wanted the app for my phone. I actually got an email this AM with my rewards balance & offers for St Patrick's day. I wish there was a 0 stars choice!

App is glitchy. Takes forever to accept info. Wasn't able to add my home address to the profile cause that link wouldn't open. I've shipped with them before but it didn't recognize my email address. I've been getting emails from them for years.

The app is really slow. It doesn't "remember me" when I go to login so I have to reenter my information everytime. Doesn't keep me logged in. If I add something to my cart, click out of the app and go back to it moments later my cart is empty and of course have to sign in again.

Love being able to order shoes instead of going out. Very convenient. Shoes are perfect. There is a larger selection it seems like than stores. Orders come within a timely manner.

It took me 17 minutes to change my password. This app has so much pop up, slide in, abracadabra stuff shooting at you that you can't even accomplish something as simple as changing your password. This app needs to "calm down". It's like walking into a fragrance department and associates are firing cologne at you left and right.

I liked this app until I tried to use my reward certificates. Every time I hit the apply button on the billing page an oops error came up and said to try a new search. I finally gave up and went to the website. I've never had problems like this with the Shoe Carnival app until now. I will just use the website from now on.

This app is terrible. Very slow. Glitchy. Freezes. Interface is outdated and cluttered. Cant log in to account or change password.

Slow. Very slow. Then as I'm trying to check out, resets and empties my cart. But good prices and larger sizes (online only) that I can order.

Seriously the WORSE app I have ever downloaded, nothing good about. They dont even have a "search" box anymore. Its so glitchy, takes FOREVER to load, moves alot, hard to figure out where to go!

This is the third time I've attempted to download this app and use it, but it won't let me log in. It just does nothing every time I hit "log in" it just buffers. I really hope you fix all of these bugs soon.

This is my first time using this app. I love it. I'm going to use it again and again and again. The actual store is too far away and I love to shop online anyway. I was able to chat with an agent when i had questions, only 1 thing I had a hard time finding my orders to review them that's all. My order came faster than expected.

This App has a bug where u tap on mens shoes and it will look like its loading to the next screen but it will just refresh the screen u were already on.. Gotta fox this or else people cant use the app and see what theyre trying to look for

This app is slow. It won't log me in and when I do get logged in it won't put items in the cart. And then I get logged out again and the items that finally got put in the cart gets removed . As much money as y'all make you should at least have a decent app for shopping.

Love Shoe Carnival. Best place to get the best prices and value on shoes, boots, bags ect. Many deals and offers. I rarely shop anywhere when it comes to shoes but shoe carnival. Love this place.

App wouldn't load at all hard to shop if the app will not open. Had to visit the actual site online. Thought the app would be more convenient but nope just a waste of time.

Horrible! This is a malfunctioning app.It takes forever to load ! When it finally does load it freezes. This app needs some serious work! Uninstall!

There is no favorite button and if you select a pair of shoes to view, when you go back you have to filter down the options again.

Lately this app is extremely slow. So slow, I get irritated and don't order anything. It doesn't remember my login info so I have to constantly enter it in.

It is really bad it takes 5 to 10 munites to load and it wouldn't let me use my email or anay other email over all it is just a really bad app

The app will open but every screen is blank. Can't see rewards, coupons, shoe nothing.

The site works well the pictures of your shoes and sneakers look good And again you can't beat Free shipping.
