best online shopping sites i m doing online shopping from all centrepoint brands from last 4 years n never ever any problem happens... sometime they take more time to deliever things but its not happen all the times.... but with return n payment n quality never experience any issue keep up the good work ....
Three times ordered online, either got a used pair of shoes or display piece every time, upon returning the product lost the money paid in delivery charges and cash on delivery. product displayed online is new however when received as mentioned above not a new one. they have nothing to loose even if u will return the product as they have already enarned money in the term of delivery and cash on delivery charges plus your time will also be waisted by gooing to there outlet to return the product.
This app doesnt work on honor phones. Been a while since the home page doesnt load and it says there is no internet connection. This happens to every huwaei and honor phones. Have no clue about android phones .
They gave SM10 as extra discount, when it applied at the time of check out, it doesn't work at all... Bcoz of that discount I purchased, eventually I bought things without discount, it's really disappointed in all Landmark group.. Half an hour back I ordered.
very bad application, when I make order for shoes and I pay then send mail for confirmation then send mail again that my order they cancel because it is not avilable in the stock, so why they show it in the application if not avilable. really they are Un- professionals
For no reason, I received an email after receiving a confirmation email that the purchasing process successfully done, that the process declined and the money will be returned to my card again, but when I'm checking the application, it shows that the process ongoing and in progress. Very confusing.
Nothing loading on the app. Just says loading. I uninstalled and installed and same result. Been that same for months. Are you going to fix it? Or you are okay with losing sales? I'd fire the tech. team!
swift, easy to filter. needs work on returning to favourites immediately without going back to main menu each time
How it's possible shoemart cancelled my order that has been paid through atm. You failed to deliver my item for always two weeks and sent a message that it was cancelled then u didn't give my money back where is the justice about this one?I earn that money legally and u cancelled the product and I don't know how to retrieved my money. what kind of service is this? How many times I called in your customer care still no one give me the right answer and solution.
I revieved a wrong product, i ordered 30 jeans and get 32 and worst part is i cannot exchange, if i return it i need to return all products as i bought it in discount. im unable to buy products with cresitcard and debit card conversly i always paying through PayPal and unnecessary oayinv more money due to currency conversion.
Application shows same day delivery while ordering shoes. But it takes 4-5 days either you choose self collection. No need of of this application better to purchase directly from store.
RIP landmark mark group tech team and android app developers. Lagging, auto closing, poor performance. Idk why the favourite items and order history options placed in account setting. Got fed up to do shopping on this app. A high school student can develop more smarter app then this reputed business group's. Only the products bringing back us to shop on this app.
late delivery I have been a shoe mart customer for the longest time. And I am very frustrated at shoemart now for how long it's taking to deliver. And my order was on 31st, it had to be delivered b4 Eid. Literally every other online store puts extra effort to ensure delivery is done by Eid. But shoe mart is just using the 3-4 business days excuse to say it might be delivered after Eid. I am never going to shop from shoe mart and I will always recommend my friends and family not to.
The items that are on sale when accessed by Web browser is not shown here on the app.Its difficult to find ones desired product.Refine search is not good as the online website.
I'm trying return items but the app not accepting the reason As your request I did the needful but it seems my money gone .many times I sent email and your answer is we will reply soon but nothing since one month, Worst app to buy online no customer service, don't deserve even a piece of star.

Everytime i open this app it shows that server error try again later after sometime i open it again it shows the same thing again please check with this... I am really very upset with this app
Layers. Buy 1 get 1 free. When u will order . it will come just 1.no free 👎. And then if u want return or complain o tollfree numbers will work... I really hate it
I am using app n applying correct promotion code but not working.. also my shukran card never gets linked to my app... No matter how many time u add it... I lost so many points like this
Why none of your landmark website is working?please fix this fast....As soon as I click on something it comes back to the home page...its not the phone issue as many customers are facing the same issue...

Long time all apps from Landmark does not work very disappointed. I tried un installing and installing again useless it says uh oh ur offline while im very online 2 months now it doesn't work

It cannot be open!everytime I tried to open,it says something's not right and the link is broken or the page has been removed !
Pathetic service, I have returned the item in Nov and have not received my refunds even after several complains, every time same feedback "you refund will be processed within 48 hours" and it has been 90 days... Very pathetic

SCAM ALERT!!! Landmark Group online shopping is a SCAM!!! they list items online and when u purchased them, they send u an email that the order was cancelled and does not refund the money to the bank account rather keeps the money with them. then either u have to forget about your money or forcibly make another purchase from them. How stupid can these people get? All Landmark group apps are a total disaster. How can they not make a proper app? It seems they are scamming people and the apps are designed exactly for that. Stay away from landmark group apps for online shopping made several complains but got a final reply that either i forget about my money or make another purchase online. THIS IS HOW THEY SCAM PEOPLE
