+ wide variety of things + good prices + the app doesn't freeze and it does not appear to have any bugs - unable to view large pictures of the products (unable to access the images, you can just slide through them from the product page, which means you are unable to see small details of the product) - unable to access products from the cart via a simple click. You have to look them up again in the app în case you need to have a second look before ordering. I am using a phone with an android OS
This not really an app, merely a shortcut to a mobile website. Navigation could be improved and applying filters on search results is slow and buggy.
Not very intuitive, just the website inside an application... It is plain stupid to have to change the phone language to be able to see that country's shop! And there is no information anywhere regarding this except for another 1 star review I saw here!
Doesn't work for delivery outside the UK :-( Only way would be to change my phone default settings but I won't be doing this just for using this app.
Too many bugs... Can't pay, can't go back, filters don't work properly, etc.. should be fixed

Really awful app. Dosent accept email doesnt let to choose another country other than UK.
When I open the app it goes to England not to Portugal as I want.
I don't understand, when I put another country than the UK, i can't connect to my account and I can't find my favourite articles...
Too bad its not working for Greece anymore. It used to be perfect. But now I can only uninstall the app.
can't login via Google account, although on pc the login works flawless
Why was the country automatically set to UK? Ut was not possible to change it. And I don't live in UK.

the app is really great! the only reason for 4 stars is that it often starts at French and I have trouble putting it back to English.
It have not sense that the delivery country depends on my language in the operation system

It only for uk shopping option .No shipping to Mauritius now.
The app is great, but it keeps. switching from English to French every other day. That need a fixing since when it switch to French I am unable to change it back to United State as primary country. I have to uninstall it then reinstall it.
The app is sadly not all that great. The app keeps going back in the default country and I need to keep switching it by every use. While changing to my country it will only load max 5 pictures, and when on the page of the product you can not use the zoom on the pictures. Wish it was as smooth as the website! Furthermore love the products and the products get delivered pretty fast!
