I cant play on my note 4, the hexs are overlapping each other, looks like a screen adjustment issue
Can't play on Galaxy S7 Edge, hexes overlap each other, zoom option doesn't change this
I start a game, get the island map but... Where are the tiles to play? The big button gets me right back to choosing opponents and layout. Any help?
Thanks for the restart button!
The game takes a while to play. Don't bother with the tutorial, read the full rules. The rules are badly written but the tutorial is the exact opposite of helpful. Once you finally learn how to play there is a good strategy game here. Once you play on a big map however you discover just how stupid the AI is, I often beat it 15+ points to 0 on a large map.
Doesn't do a very good job explaining the rules, but it's simple enough to figure out. Enough depth to keep it interesting. Not much replay value, but it's fun time waster and you can't beat the price.
I'm a big fan if Reiner Knizia's Samurai so I was really excited to see this on android. Plays smooth and quick but still fills that strategy need. The multiple maps are a great feature. Menus are a little clunky but not a deal breaker by any means. Recommended.
Good Strategy game. AI is decent and also has local coop. The rules could be clearer and I have no idea what the ronin piece does.
This game is perfect for playing on a phone because it is engaging, thought-provoking and plays super quickly.
Just like Samurai. The A.I. Doesn't always make best strategic moves.
Really addictive game. Easy to learn, difficult to master. Helps to know the game going in as the rules/tutorial are poorly written.
An excellent hex based game in which players attempt to capture cities by surrounding them. Can't wait for more maps!
It almost always crashes the first time I open it. Only after that it plays smoothly. But otherwise, it's a really simple and good game with endless gameplay.
Sadly, the original functionality of Ronin and ships as fast-pay tiles is absent, making Ronin no more than tile-filler. They'd've been better off just adding more Samurai (1).
Easy to learn on the fly... the instructions aren't the greatest. Took me a while to learn the value of the peasant revolt.
Good adaption of the board game. Thanks. You do not appear to get extra levels as promised after writing a review
Fun game. Wish I could shrink the board so I could see the whole thing at once, especially on the later levels.
Lots of fun. Quick, strategy game. The menus could be positioned better on a tablet to overlay less of the board. I would also like an option for random turn order, so I don't always play first against the computer.
I enjoy playing it they are quick little rounds but for some reason the tutorial didn't help lol I just had to play until I understood how it worked
I'd love to see new pieces entered into play
Rules and tutorial could be improved. Still do not know what the ronin does.
Pretty great game! It could use a feature to pinch and zoom but that's about it.
I wish the menu and UI would be better though
An abundance of levels. No bugs. Good game, overall.
unfortunately it's too little of levels
Lots of fun, relaxing
Like the strategy element.
Perfunctory Android version of Reiner Kinizia's Samurai. The graphics are very poor and don't scale well. Transitioning from level to level results in weird graphical scaling bugs and requires restarting the app. The tutorial is atrocious and the rules have typos. Still, I'm thankful to the developer for building it and letting us play Samurai on Android.
