Shop Albertsons Market

App doesn't give online coupons. Take forever to find what you're looking for, and doesn't reflect coupons clipped on the website. Have spent ages in store trying to load digital coupons (a primary reason to have the app) and the items aren't listed - the coupon function doesn't work and hasn't worked since they rolled it out. I have yet to be able to load a coupon using the app. You have to use the website. The only thing this app is good for is creating a shopping cart. Also of note, if you make a change to your cart, you have to resubmit credit card info, making you wonder if you have created a duplicate order.

This app isn't working for me. Edit: I have installed and uninstalled this app several times. Sometimes it behaves and sometimes it doesn't. The most recent issue was that coupons that I clipped weren't staying clipped. I un/reinstalled and got the same results, the only difference being that I then couldn't see the coupons I wanted at all, even when I specifically searched. I clipped a "test" coupon, then checked "clipped" and there were the original coupons I had wanted but not the test one.

Guessing the look of this app UI was directed by a higher up with no real mobile experience, or even customer service experience. The "cute" little grocery bag redraws every 30 seconds or so, making this painful to navigate and use. Once you are able to look at the grocery items, and then tap on one to view, what useful information is provided? Item description, size, ingredients, etc.? No, of course not, why would your customers want that info. You get to view the UPC, yes, the UPC number. Wow.

Store is fine. App is worthless. You can not access coupons to load.

Frustrating. It is supposed to link to your phone number to connect the coupons you clip. It doesn't 🤦🏻‍♀️. It's also supposed to link every time you input your phone number at the store, it doesn't 🤦🏻‍♀️. Twice the cashier's have had to input the discounts, instead of it linking, which makes a long hold up for customers behind me. Only cool thing are the awesome discounts! 😍

I haven't been able to get into the app for several days. It just spins so I uninstalled and reinstalled now it goes to the log in page but when I enter my login information and press login it just flashes and stays on the login page.

PLEASE HELP!! Anytime I try to sign in I get this message. SORRY, AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST. I'm usually really happy with my app but unfortunately I'm not able to get on there to get the deals that I would like to. I Aways take advantage of digital coupons they are so helpful for my budget.🙂

I have entered my items twice. I then go to the store to shop and it doesn't work. There is no widget so I have to go hunting each time I try to use it. I'm frustrated, your employees definitely are. Why have you not either fixed all these issues or dropped it? It's not worth the trouble.

I HATE this app! It never works. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The poor cashier's have to void my order and rescan everything and MAYBE I get some of the items at the advertised price. I used to be a faithful customer, but no more.

Been trying to place an order for 12 hours. It says "oh no something went wrong". Guess I will make my order at Walmart instead.

App does not recognize the zipcode of the town the store is located in. App refuses to acknowledge my email address even though I receive emails from Albertsons to that address. So... can't find the store I have used... before... WITH this app and I can't login. Great advertisement for Walmart.

What a POS. Was working just fine, then today it says it's somehow not compatible with the same phone it was just fine with yesterday. So I uninstalled and reinstalled, and now the only states it lets me select my local store is in are TX and NM. Never mind that I actually live in CA. Totally unnecessary "improvement"

I downloaded this app to use the online shopping and store pickup option finally available in my neighborhood. The app will not let me sign up as I keep getting a   error. I believe this is an error in the drop down box for my state. I guess I'll keep going to the other store that offers this service.

Worst app ever! I have tried several times to set up account. I can not get past the preferred store. I live in Idaho and it defaults to Texas. Entered a search by zip and city with "no results found."

I signed up because the local Albertsons are not owned by Albertsons. And this app is a complete joke. it doesnt even give me any points when i shop at the stores. After all the times i have shopped, I've earned only 3 whole points towards a reward even though i put my number in at the register every time. And the coupons are not worth it. At least when i used to shop an actual Albertsons in my old city I could get good deals with their app.

Doesn't work for me on Android phone. Doesn't recognize credentials from earlier version of Albertson's Deals & Rewards app. Only shows stores in TX and NM, not my local store in AZ. I currently have to use my wife's iPhone to go shopping. After further review, it appears my issue was with a new version of the Albertsons Deals and Rewards app that wouldn't run on the older version of Android on my phone. So I updated my review to neutral.

Update 9/25/21, app won't even open up now after latest update, just a circle spinning endlessly. Your app & website are miserable! Update 10/25/21. Fail ... Fail ... Fail!!! I have taken 2 additional updates now that we're supposed to fix bugs. Still can't get into the app. Just an endless spinning circle on your logo page. You need to fire whoever is your app developer. Even the people who work in your store can't get it to work. Your website is pretty miserable as well.

Would NOT recommend the new app. I had the prior app and it was great. That app was removed from my phone somehow. I tried to download the new app. It's a mess! Guess I'll change where I shop.

The app will not allow me to change my store. I live in Louisiana and the only option is Texas and New Mexico stores.

I've been trying for several days to get into my account and it won't let me. Very poor app

Apps said that it needed to be updated then it says phone's not compatible so uninstalled and then reinstalled and now it doesn't work at all and only give two states to choose from Texas and New Mexico it was working just fine and now it's all screwed up

Have you ever wanted to waste 10 minutes in the soup aisle (surrounded by covid) trying to learn a confusing new UI so you can save 30c, rather than getting the sales price automatically like a normal grocery store? Boy, do I have the customer service fail app for you!

Can't complete sign up because it only have Texas and New Mexico stores and you have to select a store, so it's a useless app. Don't download unless you shop at a store in one of those places.
