Shop IT - Stealth Notes

This app is a must for mystery shoppers. It has helped me with every single shop, from the easiest fast food to time consuming apartment and hotel shops. And the developer is hands on and always updating the app to meet our needs. Twice In the last year and a half, I had a small problem and he quickly resolved my issue. This app was the best $3 I've ever spent. Try it out, you will not be disappointed.

This is a great idea, but, the top of the page says "Save Event" The point of this app is to appear you are texting and not taking notes, however if an employee looks, they will see "Save Event" instead of a person's name. You need to fix this app to where we can change the title of the notes page or permanently change it from corporate end from saying save event to a standard name, like Bob or Sally something.

After using the older version for years I got a new phone and reinstalled it. I lost the seconds functionality. i wrote to the dev a week ago and am still waiting for a fix. I'm done. I have shops to do. I downloaded mystery shopwatch and will use it instead. It was fun while it lasted Shopit. Its not me, its you.

This app functioned much better on my iPhone than on my new Samsung. The time stamps don't include seconds on Android, which is necessary for some shops. I also find it oddly harder to navigate and find my old shops than I used to. Still fills a need but it could be better. Like it is on iOS.

I started a dialog with the developer, but when I advised that I could not get the reload to work either, I got no further response. Until the seconds issue is fixed, I would not recommend a purchase.

It's great at marking the time but unfortunately it only goes by hours and minutes for the version I have I need hours minutes and seconds

This is a great app. The customer support was above and beyond. I am not a techie and Saketh was very patient with me. I now want to use this app for all my shops

Used to be good now I've lost the seconds function which makes it useless.

Careful charged twice, £3:12 taken after 2 years from purchase. Why? Would it be possible to have an answer?

Sent email over a week ago, no response. I purchased the app but am still getting the basic free app. Web site is no help.

I bought new phone and my premium membership. I contacted and had lots of back and forth emails as I am not good with phones. So so helpful and considerate. Cannot rate highly enough and I love this app. Thank you again.

Bought the premium version on my old phone. Now I find that it doesn't transfer? Irritating. Thought it did and now I can't get timing to the second. Messed up one of my shops. I also can not find how to get premium again. Lousy documentation. Very disappointed.

This is a great apps for timing. Customer service was great as well.

Does not record time to the second - only to the minute, which is of no use to a mystery shopper

Only part i don't like is that the notes are not recorded to the second

Bought the premium version for 3.49 and used it to record and take a few photos. The UI and navigation is confusing at first and definitely needs to be more user friendly. I like how using a volume button enables one to mark a specific event and gives the exact time down to the second - however only the increase volume button did the function, the decrease volume button wanted to lower the system volume. You can take photos by clicking the camera icon using your default camera or by hitting Send on your keyboard - in this case the screen does not change (i.e. camera does not show up) and the app takes a photo of whatever the phone is facing at that time. My issues with the app are with the UI but more importantly, being able to access what I recorded. I try to play back my recording to review and instead it gives a popup stating "Shop It unable to load the media file, please use your phone's File Storage--> Shop It folder to find the file and load it." Why? This completely ruins the purpose of using Shop It to use as a recorder. Please fix it.

Brought the premium edition. It's great for everything in one place but a little user unfriendly. The first time I tried locating pictures taken on my first run was a nightmare to locate. I thought I lost them all. Second, retrieving notes is a bit of a pain for the first couple of runthoughts, being buried without having to use some trial and error to get there... which leaves me with my third point, the icons seem a bit cryptic. I still haven't figured out what they all do. Lastly, and the biggest problem, there's no way of remapping anything. All my shops are littered with 'image uploaded' because someone thought that the 'send' button, the most used button to actually send something, was the perfect button to set to take a hidden picture... super super SUPER annoying.

Bought it on one device, doesn't carry to new device...not helpful. Also, keyboard enter as hidden cam not good ui

Does everything I need it to! It's definitely worth the money for the premium version.

Better documentation sure would help. The web page has apparently not been paid for, and so users can't access it. I can't figure out how to find my recorded events! That would be good. Otherwise, it looks like a helpful app.

Must have app for companies who are employing mystery shoppers to improve their customer service

App works offline, secret video option is fabulous. Also in recent version reopening option is the one I always wanted.

really a life saver app for me.. after using this app i'm not switching between apps for photos, videos, voice.. it is now a go to app for me. .

Tried to run it and it wanted too many permissions to my info. One was manage my phone and make phone calls I don't really see that that's necessary for this app uninstalled immediately!

I was using the same app on iOS which was a number one and recently I switched to android and no doubt it's awesome here too

I'm using this app for all my meeting notes. Excellent for recording minutes of meeting
