When it worked and under the review of the previous shop owner, it worked and was great. Under this ownership I continually observe a gradual decline in customer and operational services. For example, currently having a problem with the App. I provided and issued a email with the problem as instructed by the website......which stated I would be contacted by someone in 1 to 2 business days. It now is almost 2 weeks....nothing. Many more examples, which the space will not allow. Back to C.I.!!!!!
Won't open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Using Galaxy note 10+. App doesn't work but it will be a great feature when JR gets it figured out. I do all my shopping from my phone.
Used to be my favorite app. The deals the reviews and than something went wrong. Now I can't add anything to the shopping cart. Wont let me even sign in. Decided to uninstall. Would imagine since I have read very similar post that JR has lost some money.
The app doesn't work at all. When I first downloaded it I a few years ago I like it, but now it is totally useless. I'm just curious as to why NOBODY has ever tried to FIX the issues with this app after EVERYONE is complaining about it. I wish I could leave no stars on this review but they force you to give at least 1 so I will do so begrudgingly.
Crashes on opening. Considering that negative feedback goes back over a year you really ought to either fix it or drop it. Leaving it up for people to flame you over it is, well, just stupid.
Doesn't work at all. It did when I used it before. Now all it says is "dang check your connection". My connection isn't the problem. Did JR switch ownership or something, because I've noticed a downward turn all the way around ?
Craptacular! Tells me no network connection. When it finally connects after a long pause, asks for your birthday. The only way to enter your birthday is to scroll back decades. If you accidentally enter the wrong date, there is NO way to correct it and it will not let you in. Unusable. A lot like the company it represents.
App worked for a while, after a long period of being down, and now it has resumed crashing constantly. I deleted it and now use the full website - time to get it straightened out.
Doesn't work anymore. App used to work great and doesn't open anymore. Uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. The stores great and I use the website but the application doesn't work.
To resolve the birthdate issue, simple touch the year when the calendar prompts you and the 2018 can be changed to whatever you need without having to flip through 50 years of calendar. It was very easy for me!

Made an order 5 days ago. Still has NOT even been shipped out yet. Called but they will not pick up. Emailed but they will not send a return email about my order. At this point im convinced they just stole my money. DO NOT SHOP WITH JR. They stole my money and they can very easily steal your money as well...
App won't even open! Not worth the time to install. This app should be deleted from the app store until the fix the bugs. What a waste.
I had no problems with the app nor the website. The shipping was super fast. I purchased my order on a Saturday night and recieved my shipment that following Monday morning @ 9AM via USPS for $7 shipping! DAMN!!!!
App keeps stopping every time I try to open it. App doesn't work. Installed 4 times and still it's not functioning properly.
Awful from the start. Can't get past the enter date of birth screen because it won't let you type in a date. I'm not scrolling thru 252 months to get to a date that works. Worthless app.
Used to work great. Now i keep getting "app keeps closing. A report has been sent" will try un/re install. Well that didnt work. So uninstall it is
I use the website purely because this app crashes on startup and unable to use on my Google pixel 3. Sad it doesn't work on the LATEST Android software. Used to be a great app.
the update version is just a link to the website. Slow and not user friendly. prefer previous version which worked fine for me
i can see why the ratings for this app are terrible. I've been a customer for many years and the app continues to get worse and worse. If I want to order something I've ordered before, I have to begin all over, i can't pick one item from previous orders. And, for some reason, the cart is not working!!! Never had this before, but I put something in my cart, go back to add more, and find the cart is empty!!! Start all over!!!! Sux!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
