why would an order placed using budget pay, show one price adjusted into payments, and then upon checkout, nothing of the sort is there and the full price is my balance paid. Ive also had the amount of items change to a higher count without making change myself and not realizing it had changed until too late, i caught it this time..i ordered 4 then i looked over order and noticed it had been changed to 5 without my knowledge. its happened 3 times before.

I have a love hate relationship with this app. I've found the most amazing things I've thought I'd never own. That's for the 3 star's. As for the app and as well as Shop LC customer service they are both terrible and the worst I've had encountered. I get and love there many rare and beautiful things I've purchased but I have also purchased many poor quality items that I was not allowed to return. That says a lot about a major business not backing all their products. Service is most IMPORTANT!

Check out was fast and easy everything else was easy and painless. Great to work with.. minus 2 stars as shipping fees are way to high! When shipping costs you half of what you bought it is way to much. When it can all be stuffed in one bag and mailed. Ridiculous!

I didn't receive a few items I paid for and they insisted I make a police report and contact UPS even though it came USPS and I have been hung up on and sent to a survey so many times I can't count. I have purchased around sixty items from them and then they treated me like I was in the wrong for not receiving the items and they were only around thirty dollars. I have never felt so disrespected. And then I signed up for autopay and it says free shipping but it's not evidently they changed it

Every time I try to shop I get a "technical error" message. I've had this app for months & it's a continuous problem. You put items in the cart, try to check out - error message! So I log into to my account using laptop. Go to cart, try to check out, I get different technical error messages! AND even though your transaction doesn't happen, they take the money out of your bank account TWICE for some reason. 2 withdrawals of $90.67. They put the $ back in about 8 days. Terrible app. 🤬🤬🤬

I've only had 1 problem with shop lc. A ring that I believe was defective when I got it and only got to wear it once, but by the time I realized it was defective they wouldn't do anything to make it right. Otherwise I've been happy. I don't like the cost for shipping. I think they charge to much especially when you buy more than one item, they shouldn't charge you separately for each item

Great deals, love dollar bids section. Can be a little slow sometimes, but it's only a minor inconvenience.For websight in general not just app, it stop giving applying discounts on promo codes which is very annoying.

Too much wasted time and space when items are shown multiple times just due to different size options. It's frustrating because the site is often slow to load.

Half the time I order and pick the credit card to finish, it says something went wrong and u have to try it a few times to make it go through. This problem needs to be fixed. This doesn't happen with other shopping channels, just shoplc. Worst shopping channel ever.

Great place to buy gemstone jewelry whether you buy it set in gold or sterling silver varieties. They also offer a myriad of misc products from decorative items to clothing and accessories in different prices. The 4 star review reflects the 1 thing where this app can use improvement: it can sometimes be difficult to find a product being aired especially if it is very popular. Oh, if you buy something, you can save your info for future purchases.

I Love this app! A friend got addicted to shopping with ShopLC.... now it's my go to. Some times I shop the $1 auctions and get great deals for future Birthday gifts, other times clearance and find great deals on jewlery and house hold items! You never know what you'll find in this app! You will find Good deals just need to look, and read the descriptions and also the opinions of others, but this app has saved me A LOT of $$$!

Everything is great! I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered. The blown glass on wood is unreal. I ordered the vase cant wait to see it. Thanks LC!!!!!!

I love the auction site but not the s&h charges the go with it, I paid almost the same amount in shipping and handling as I paid for what I bought at the auction. Unless they lower they're shipping & handling I won't be shopping on the LC For A While.

I purchase many items of all sorts from ShopLC for myself and others. They have very nice products and excellent prices. I have been shopping from their site for years. I'm am extremely satisfied with their products and prices and they have enabled me to be able to purchase items that I wouldn't otherwise be able to afford. Thank you ShopLC for making this possible.

Fun and easy to order on app. The issue that I have had was two orders canceled with the explanation that they had "sold out". Unfortunately as April is my youngest daughter's birthday I've had to postpone her gift.

Every time I select but all it only gives me one of the buy all which messes up my order expectations and the deals offered. Very frustrating.

App is hard to use and offers no guidance if there is an error or something is needed when checking out??? I never could checkout and therefore gave up on purchases.

Web site slow and at times will not show live TV products. Also stop saying you get money back if you don't like product. You are charged restocking fee.

Easy to navigate but needs a little work. Errors out often. Delay to respond and end up missing out on purchases and I have had it do double purchases due to errors. Overall, not happy with the app.

Awful awful awful. The website is useless, the app is mostly non-functioning. Photos do not load, bids don't go through, features and functions do not work, orders get declined, customer service is rude and inept. Prior to the so-called updates to improve this site, (#dumpster fire) there were no real problems with the website or app. I WAS a frequent user/customer... No longer. Customer service has always been abyssmal. So, almost 3 months since original review, nothing has improved. Worse!

Took over 10 minutes to finally get the order to process...app just sits and spins and you have no way to know what is going on with the payment processing

App is easy to use, jewelry is always gorgeous and made with integrity. ALWAYS have great deals!!

This app will not work for my account. Ive tried many many times. To Start from the beginning I won $100 to your site Nov 1st and have tried to place app orders so it will not work . So I call to put my order in. Well EVERYTIME my order gets cancelled or just disappears while the customer service representative is placing the order. I'm so over the rude service I have gotten from the customer service people. I've never in my life seen a business ran like this.

I don't like the new updated app. You can't enlarge it and it's hard to pay it always hang up or stop.

Once you complete the registration, a "quick buy" makes it a fantastic experience.

Why when you have a sale for $399 and you have everything in your checkout and you go to check it out and it goes back to the original price that's not fair you're checking out that item it shouldn't go from 399 back down to 1299 it's wrong and that's happened twice to me today and I deleted everything I will not buy it and if that keeps up I will not buy it all

My new favorite place and way to shop. App is easy. Payment is easy. Superb customer service. Superb secure shipping. Fabulous prices on really nice items. AND.....dollar auctions!

I love having the app because I can get my items quickly and without waiting on the phone for every item. BUT this app is TERRIBLE! The only way I can shop is with Fast Buy. If I try to add to my cart, I get an error message. So I am extremely frustrated because I can't ever use a discount code! Also, when I try to look back over the last 24 hours I'm often lucy to view only the last 1-2 shows! This makes me so ANGRY!!! UPDATE 3/15/19: Thanks so much! With the last update, I can now add items !
