Shop Market Street

I don't understand how to redeem rewards on this app. I have two rewards selected refresh water 24 pack and all it does it add it to my shopping list. I was still charged for the water during checkout. I prefer Tom Thumbs clipping feature for rewards. E: That doesn't do me any good using self checkout then.

The app is difficult and unappealing. There's a lot of lag loading selections, being able to scroll through, & quite a bit that doesn't have a photo available. If you don't enter something exactly into the search bar it doesn't pull up the selection you're looking for or only a very limited number of items. (Ex: oranges doesn't pull up oranges. It pulls up orange juices only) Uninstalling immediately.

I cannot log in. I enter the information and it keeps refreshing. I have uninstalled and signed back in. I can access my account on line but not the app.

It is very frustrating to have to watch a little grocery bag be drawn every time a change is made. I am usually trying to get this activity done efficiently or I. would just go to a store.

Very laggy, and slow. Need more coupons and offers rather than points. I'm sure there is a good portion of elderly and dissabled people (myself included) that have a hard time shopping in person and rely on grocery delivery. I love United but since a rival Texas based grocery chain put 1 store in our city. I have been doing all my shopping for groceries online there for pickup and delivery. One of the biggest factors is EBT card acceptance. Please revamp the app!

Current app is broken again. Clipped coupons not being saved.

Doesn't work. Keep getting "oops" message and can't schedule pickup. Trying Kroger app next

This app is terrible. Won't load any pages at all except for rewards and coupons. Any other selection, from any specific department, to help or FAQ just goes to a blank screen. I've tried waiting for it to load and un-installing and re-installing the app. Can't even check to see if the store carries specific products. Search only comes back with "no items found". The only reason I haven't deleted it permanently is because I'm keeping track of virtual tickets

Conpletely stopped working with last update with Samsung Galaxy s8. I had been using the app to access the weekly ad, but now it's just stuck at the store selection screen. Even tried reinstalling. Does nothing. Nothing happens when you click on the buttons. It used to work great for ordering groceries, but lost that functionality a while back (I switched to ordering via the web). It's total trash for me now. Uninstalling for good.

App all of a sudden won't let me log in. Also the points don't work, you can't claim any rewards. Doesn't allow you to select anything.

I just downloaded the app, tried to sign up, and it doesn't work. Considering how much things have changed due to this pandemic, if you are going to offer an app like this, at least make sure it works FIRST! Doing grocery shopping for elderly whom can't go out into the stores, these apps would be great for them, if only it worked.

Really terrible app. It's not user friendly. It makes online shopping take forever. The products in the store are not accurately represented in the app especially in the produce and deli sections. I often get fed up with this app and order walmart instead. I don't want to but it's just that much easier.

This app never opens on my phone. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled a few times, but it never advances past the sign in screen. I know my log in and password are correct because I can log in on my laptop with no issues.

This ap is slow to load now that it's April 2022, it was great last year but now...... it's just awful.

No longer will let me shop and put things into my cart, it just adds everthing to a list...not helpful. I want to be able to add things to the cart so I can submit a curbside order, now I have to search for everthing twice. Old app worked better, guess I may have to switch to HEB

This app is pretty good. Curbside or home delivery options. It does misbehave in that the app does not exit with repeated back key strokes. You have to hit home key or recents & then kill it. Just bad form. I will say the additional "flyby" app's website is nice & worked well.

Don't want to be harsh but this app is terrible. Images are blurry. Cannot add to cart in the app, only make a list then transfer to cart. Limited selection, about 1/3 of store items, Shopper fee when Walmart/Target have no such fee. How to favorite an item for easy reordering?

Lets me add items and check out with payment. When I arrive to pick up Streetside, most of my items are missing. To allow me to think these groceries are available right up until you hand me my near empty bags (days later because pickup time slots are full) is beyond mean. Other apps are able to keep up with out of stock items. This Shop Market Street app really drops the ball. Get it together, man

This app can't give a customer any good experience, because I can't even log in time to time. No to mention after log in, how difficult to use this app. I can't even view weekly ad easily. Terrible!

Slow slow app. All email links to add coupons are extremely slow, of they even work at all. Everything about this app takes forever, even on Wifi with a new phone.

Can't login. Removed this stupid app.

Worst grocery app o the planet. Have you actually attempted to use the app and view the weekly ads? Its a horrible experience trying to read the items and zoom in. The app goes bonkers and scrolls all over. Take a note from other apps... walmart, tom thumb, kroger as they don't have the issue that this app has. Quit protecting the app developers and actually use the product. You'll find your app developers are horrible.

Literally went from okay to unusable. I tap on every 'shop in store' and 'online', nothing. No other options for viewing my account or my rewards. Just stuck on the first page and useless store info. You guys have updated to a busted app. Fire the app creator, they totally screwed you.

If I could give less than one star I would. Log on is spotty, then when it allows log in... the stick guy runs around my screen for-ev-er...The one time it went further than that, the weekly ad didn't load🙄, no coupon download possible.

Horrible app. It used to work ok, but now I can't even check out. I haven't been shopping there much at all anymore. I do the majority of my shopping on line and pick up. Hate it!

As a Person who haa signed up using mobile phone number in store, how am I supposed to login since I can't login using mobile number when I try to sign up it says Account already exists. When I do Forgot password it does not have any option to enter phone number. When I enter my email it says account does not exists. It's confusing.

App needs update. Your app directs me to the payment provider to submit my payment info. Then I submit and it takes me back to order summary and payment options screen where I click continue and it takes me back to the payment provider and it's an endless loop where I cant get to the order confirmation screen.

Used this app for a long time. Now it makes me chose state and town everytime. Then it doesn't show the sale items. Have tried for 2 weeks to get an answer as to why and still no answer.
