App is fairly easy to use, but pricing is misleading and, in some cases, incorrect. Prices for most items reflect the cost after maximum trade-in, but few customers qualify. Also, in my experience, you cannot even trust the prices in the app until you have gotten to the final payment page. I ordered 2 items today, and it wasn't until I got to the absolute final screen that the prices on both items increased by a combined total of $30. Very misleading.

Overall, i like the app for the convenience of shopping for Samsung products and the exclusive deals. Though there are times when I'm unable to complete a purchase because the app or their system glitches. I've spent a good 2-3 hours trying to buy a galaxy book and finally gave up. 4☆

When itasked me at the very end of purchase (after putting credit card info and everything in) to confirm my account, when I put the password in, it completely emptied my cart!!! Also it is super slow some times and get stuck so O have to close the app and re open and start over

My personal experience as a vet, once you link your samsung account to your service record, only on this app there will be deep discounts not found online, have to search and find them but I have got great great deals but never able to find them online, again only on this app for mil community, now, diffstory with shipper, tells Samsung one thing but deliver bad customer service and schedule not on customer's best time but their time and on the phone are the worst ever! This app is BEYOND frustrating. I don't understand why what you chose doesn't stay in the cart. I have tried to order a phone at least 10 times or more and the price is always different. I even called their customer service so that they could take the order over the phone but they couldn't because of an error message. I gave the agent I spoke with my email address SEVERAL times and she still didn't get it right! I even said L for Larry and everything. This app is a joke and a waste of time!

Always out of stock or with a month delay for shipping. Also the 100$ Google play credit is a lie. I purchased an s22 ultra and Samsung wouldn't give it to me sighting some fine print. Update5/11: my order had been pushed back 3 times by Samsung and now a fourth time. At this point you deliver products worse than doordash. Why is a phone charger being pushed back 4 times and why don't you just post it as unavailable on the site and not let people buy it if you can't deliver?

All products plainly and logically presented, with a bunch of popups and , expanding widgets that keep it simple. My only thought is that you would think the prices here would always be the best anywhere, but they aren't. Alternatives like membership to an elite group would be a partial solution.

UPDATE: NO UR CS👎 Samsung has the worse customer service! They will not help me locally at all! I have a z flip3 with issues. Send to Samsung or 3rd party fix the phone and the turnaround was 2 weeks without a phone. So next, Samsung tells me to make a appointment at ubreakifix. They sent me far away to be turned down, and Samsung sent me. Knowing ubreakifix does not service the zflip3 nationwide as they dont have the tools or parts. Extremely bad service and the CS on the app is third world .

Horrible app!!!! Its the pits! Worst app ive dealt with since 1998. 😒 We are sorry.....yadayadayada. FIX IT!!!!! STOP REPLYING WITH APOLOGIES AND POOR EXCUSES!!!!!!!, Even with the update i attempted to order the S22 ultra cell phone. After completing the order form i pressed the order button and it continued to disregard my attempt at purchase. I repeated this several times. I tried getting assistance and no one was available. This is the poorest example of a site to purchase samsung equipment

I'm not to wanting to buy Samsung products anymore! Everything besides Note phones fail to receive system/app updates. I've been loyal to Samsung & I feel they've failed me! I have 360 cameras that can't get updates anymore, a Giga stereo that has no app, my 3D headsets that don't go with updated versions of phones or my earbuds that I was so excited about that wouldn't stay in my ears and ended up falling into my yogurt & fritzing out. My TVs, Stereos all lack app updates! I work hard 4 my $!

5* This app is great just like the website but more convenient. People complaining about "false" prices shouldn't be on the web 😂 For those with a common sense and can read they mention how low it can be if you trade in or with other promotions but people that believe that a $1200 phone is under 400 are 🤡. Great app! I love it. I saved so much buying from here than retail stores.

The app is great but Samsung's policy on returning items is lacking! They only give you 15 days from the time you receive your order. So beware of that! I had to order new earbud tips because the Buds 2 don't come with them! That took time! The dams things still rotate in my ears while I just watch videos. And forget about being active with them!! I can't even walk down my driveway without them falling out!! Can't even trade them in!! Samsung really screws their customers sometimes!!

Don't ever buy from this app. I paid a good amount of my hard earned money to have my appliances lost and but screwed up companies, Samsung and the ship company XPO, are blaming each other. The most unprofessional service and customer service I have dealt with. Stay away from buying from this app and go to your retailer store instead.

Customer support is great 👍🏻 But your prices are misleading guys! Not cool Why does the app have trade-in defaulted to On and always cuts down the price by maximum trade-in price. Because of this not a single product's listed price it true. I have to manually go through every link to check the price!

For a world class organization - pretty poor app and overall service has been long and arduous. Follow up calls get you routed to the Philipines to an outsourced customer service disorganization that utilizes very respectful people but difficult to understand. Agents have limited ability to solve problems with product and delivery issues. The app- I waited 2 months sliding delivery dates for a Tablet S8+ only to discover the damn app won't rotate to enable landscape typing with S's own keyboard.

Deceptive advertising prices listed. Teaser prices listed for phones if you trade in only the most recent phones will you get the samsung s22 ultra for $349. I have an older phone and only received a $135 credit instead of the advertised $850 credit. My $350 turned into over $1200+tax. You punish people who have older phones for upgrading and reward new phone "flippers" that get new phones every year. You should incentivize people that want to upgrade from old phones, not punish us!!!

Samsung requires permission to access contacts. Can't login without granting the permission. Plus the prices are misleading. The prices are only valid if you have an expensive phone to trade in and/or you qualify for a work or education account.

Deceitful pricing, how does this app have such high ratings? Samsung are a bunch of scammers. On one page it says a phone or washer is one price, then the next page doubles the price. Sometimes the price changes from phone trade in values, sometimes who knows why the price doubles, not like I can do a trade in on a washer that said $500 then $989 at the product page. Bait and switch, simple. Lol Samsung will respond to this to sync with c.s., pretending not to know what they're doing. Shame.

1. I need a dishwasher and there's no way to filter by dimension, only by price. 2. What I mean by "None of the prices are advertised properly" is that the lower price advertised is the price WITH TRADE-IN, which is disappointing if you don't want to trade-in.

If you want to be spamed with endless ads and promotions on the daily basis with no guarantee any order you place will go through, then app is for you. I've been trying to place an order all week and it keeps getting canceled and customer service is completely clueless on how to actually resolve any problems. Samsung's whole buying process is set up to where if anything is wrong or off with your order they just cancel it instead of reaching out to you to resolve it. Complete waste of time.

I'm done with Samsung. Ordered a tab s7 2 months ago and found out it was on backorder. Today my order was cancelled by Samsung because they decided to discontinue it. The other option was an S8 that has half the memory, cost over $200 more and it too is on backorder. So pay more, get less and keep waiting.
