Shop Smart and Final

I hate this app & the delivery process. When you search they only offer a limited selection.Then, only as a replacement did they offer lower price items. But you can't purchase outright. They're only offered as replacement IF the first item is sold out! Example- " garden salad": choices offered $3.99 or 3.49. Click add then they show a $1.99 salad that can ONLY add as a replacement. Can't be searched either bogus! You up charge for the items then have delivery fees on top of that? I'll pass.

Im kind of disappointed in this app. It promised a one hour delivery but when all is said and done it'll be about three hours for a couple of items. I usually don't do grocery delivery but wanted to try it out for convience. Not sure if this is typical, just my experience with trying it out.

used to have it where shopper would message me the customer about changes to my order (out of stock) and then would send a message saying they are on the way to me. or at me, or etc. now i get no messages or input. most times it seems like the shopper doesnt even knock on my door as i never hear a knock. i do get a call from customer support saying the shopper is trying to deliver and that they cant reach me. if i hear an actual knock, ill actually open the door, amazing how that works

Great service. App is easy to navigate. i love that you have started this service Delano, CA. I moved here from Vegas and i was missing the convenience of having my groceries delivered. Now I have it back! Thank you for being the trailblazers in the area. A+++

this app is a piece of garbage. I tried 5 times to create an account with my Google account just so I could check the prices on my local Smart and Final store and it would not let me use my Google account to do it. I have no interest in signing up with a special account through them because that's just another account number I have to remember if my phone or device ever crashes. It's ridiculous that they say you can use a Google account or Facebook account to log in and then that system doesn't work. Don't bother with this app.

I been thinking about this for some time and as result you need to add a function to the carts that allow both the customer and the shopper/driver to sort and organize the cart for efficiency. such as by department then shopping aisle this would also allow the shopper to get in and out quickly and the customer to review easier and faster what they need from each section and not have to scroll so much. plus you need to work to add EBT/Snap/CalFresh and Amy other form of payment for qualified.

This has been one of the worse online experiences. Try to order FROM SMART AND FINAL. I called them and they said contact insta cart, no one has replied at all. Many problem app, to much to list. It should not get a star at all.

Can't get everything that is available in the store but it does help me save time, which is always a plus. Would like to see the app organized in "aisles" to find things.

Used this service for 3 years. Always very prompt. They worked hard when the virus struck to figure things out. Looks like all is back to almost normal in these strange times.

Friendly helpful drivers and fast service. Sometimes items are missing and you can notify the service if you are short. Substitutions have always been nice.

During this period of time, this avenue of shopping is a great format. I usually like to do my own shopping, but because of age and other factors not able to do so. I liked this because I was kept in the loop the whole time by the shopper.

exceptional service. great prices. wonderful help when youre sick and cannot do too much running around. when they dont have a product, they replace it.

Well I'm extremely excited I'm going to become a pay member subscription January31, 2020 annually membership subscription confirm & get my groceries delivery to my home and don't need to go through hard work walking distance with my groceries on the bus when I can get them delivery the next day afternoon I love this but I'll buy maximum shopping cart.

I am really enjoying this app/service. I wasn't sure about it at first, but so far amazing service and the delivery drivers have all been very polite and friendly.

I've never had an issue with the app or the delivery. I've probably used this app 10+ times. Never got my order wrong.

I'm a single full-time dad that takes care of my disabled mother and she bed bound so when I leave my 13 year old to go shopping it's always a little scary because he's the only one here to watch her but with this app it makes it a lot easier

All is good but, a week before and after the holiday I haven't been able to order anything. I'm given the message at the check out screen "no service available".

always right on with items and delivery, Ilive in a board and care home, I don't drive and this is convenient and always pleasant! NO COMPLAINTS HERE!!

BEST APP I HAVE DOWNLOADED!!! Everything that's in the store, is in the APP, so far!!! I'm 60yrs old and have been Disabled for decades now and have a Pain Pump implant!! THIS IS "BEAUTIFUL"!!!!!!

This app made shopping at my fingertips totally easy. Grocery list was$400.00Thank you for your help.
