Every time I go into and out of any item and continue scrolling down, it will always bring me back to the top page of the product. So imagine scrolling quite far down the list and I accidentally click on an item, I will have to start all over again. Please fix this irritating bug/error.
You cannot access the "my account" tab in this app, and the items keep repeating itself as you scroll through so you see the same thing over and over. It'extremely irritating. I had to order through the mobile website instead.
Terrible every time there is an update. Doesn't register sign-in, my favourites and wish list cleared, brings me back to top of page when scrolling or going back after looking at an item. Too much time and effort spent that it turns me off purchasing.
Won't stay logged in - every time I try to heart an item, I am asked to log in but doesn't work. Missing out on my business! It's too much of a pain tbh. This has been like this for a while which gives the impression of a lack of dev agility. Please fix!
This app never works properly! Used it a few years ago, deleted and then just re-installed it...NO IMPROVEMENTS. I have to scroll forever to see new products, the same products I just saw keep coming up! What's wrong with this app?
The Android capabilities of this app are disgraceful. Amazon, you should know better and build a decent app for Android users. Filled my cart and when prompted to check out it cleared my cart (multiple times), among other issues.

First of all you canceled my order without explanation and didnt Let me know about It Second while I was trying to check Any information you blocked and deleted my account , Also without Any excuses Third you didnt send my money back. Login doesn't work with the latest Google Pixel phone. Heads up to ShopBop sales and marketing - you are losing my business to Revolve because i can't shop on my mobile device. Please look into this - its very annoying and I'm sure I'm not the only one affected.
Was this app released in a rush? It clears my cart and prompts a sign-in loop every time I try to add something to my cart or wishlist. Dysfunctional.
That's fine. Don't take my money //endsarcasm Shopbop can offer all the 15% offs it wants for app purchases but what good is it if you can't apply promo codes properly?
This app is just broken.. Can't sign in and whenever I browse it keeps on repeating the same page over and over.
Cant find my pending order on the apps, need to click on the link through email confirmation, strange
Very sluggish app. And there's no record of past purchases.
Transaction does not process, it just returns to proceed with purchase screen.

When browsing you suddenly find yourself looking at the same items again and again...like a wanderer lost in a forest of fashion. The items loop endlessly and then suddenly you are signed out of the app and can't log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a bunch of times but the issue persists. Doesn't make for a fun shopping experience.
Horrible app. Rarely works properly. Clicking on an item causes all items to then repeat themselves in a never ending loop. Cant even save anything as a favorite right now. Seriously the worst shopping app that I 'try' to use. I love Shopbop but this is terrible.
For a accompany gives such good customer service, this app is just SO DISAPPOINTING. The account just logs off by itself even if you click 'keep me sign in'. Unlike the Shopbop app for iPhone, you would not be able to check your accounts or order status through the app if you are using an adroid phone. Also, it won't filter the products as you wish and, it just keep repeating and it takes ages for you to see new products.
