ShopClues: Online Shopping App

It is very bad app for user. The price of the product is different in upper page, the price in the cart is other and when we place the order the price is different. It only wasted the time and effort of the customer that want to buy something good in reasonable price. I have only wasted my time and effort in it. So I don't refer this app to anyone.

What's the point of this app when 90% of the orders get cancelled after showing for days that it will be delivered , and never bring able to talk to a real person when reaching out for customer support. Edit: got a response to give order numbers yet only an automated response and no actual way to reach out

I placed order when the mobile was available in stock, payment debited and order also confirmed, the delivery date also given but still after 3 days of placing order seller did not ship the order and shopclues are giving reason as seller not able to procure order. It was mentioned that procurement delay. If product was not available to ship then why these ecom sites accept the order in first place I don't understand. It is very disappointing when you expect product but they do not deliver it.

It's been 20 days, since I placed the order, still there is no update and there is no proper customer support. I'm really unsatisfied with the service and there was an order which placed, package came at the communicated time, but product was not up to mark, when I raised return request, instead of refunding they have given ShopClues coins, which I was not expecting, really really unsatisfied, never again going with ShopClues, people out there please think before placing the order in ShopClues.

3rs class vendors providing cheap and low standard products on sale and the policy does not allow to return the substandard products. Also vendors tend to cancel or postpone the orders for weeks stating "Product procurement is under process" Also the courier delivery partners are pathetic. Think twice before purchasing anything with your hard earned money

This is a worst app , I have ordered an product but it seems 4 days till now my product is not yet shipped and when I am contacting the customer service they are telling that the product is going ship .....what's the nonsense 🤦 I would not recommend any one to use this application..... I would recommend to delete this application if my frnds, family members were use it

I would like to give it only one star because it looks like a fraud app reason is it asks for your personal banking details whenever you place order any product and one more thing is this app sales it's products on high rate by the name of telling customers sale and it's all coupons are invalid. so guys I recommend to all pls don't install the app and get away to another one.

Worst delivery service and Customer support there is no other option to reach CC very bad services I faced this 3rd time... My order should be delivered before 3 days till now no response for delay, only there is a option raise ticket it's not at all useful worst Services by SHOPCLUES TEAM.

Very pathetic experience, app tracker is not responding, my order was to be delivered today but no news yet, customer support is not there. So be careful.

Not delivered on time. Every person has a schedual of time table but they didnt understood what actual customers need. This is my last order from shopclues. I will never repeat this mistake again.

Verypoor shopping experience. No responsibility for delivery of items. Status shows item delivered but item not received . No any contact number for complaint, only whatsapp based prefabricated complaint system useless

The only app which has no facility to call the customer service And one thing more that I have ordered the products and after a month they are sending back the orders without giving any prior information

Awful app. Ordered a board. I didn't even receive it. They are showing as delivered. When I raised a complaint, they didn't even contact me and levelled it as solved. No costumer care support.

Really ShopClues number one waste for online shop. For one order after payment also more than one month is over but still not delivered. No customer care number only chating whatsApp but no replying also some email give it's also useless💩 Really it's waste of money and time also don't order in this shopclues app

Worst case delivery got to see damage in delivery (minor) as I need to use that product immediate I haven't asked for replacement. Not good hope with the product delivery things.

The app is not useful.. The price are in cart is low but when you buy it the price is too high... 89 rupey price of the product and 89 rup delivery charge + another charges.... What the hell......😠😠😠😠😠

Such a waste app. This is my third attempt in writing a review. They deleted my previous review. All the products they sell are of very low quality and they claim that their products are delivered after proper quality checks. I wish I could see their sub-standard quality checking procedure. Such a bad shopping experience. I bought a watch recently and the clasp of the watch doesn't work and I tried to return. They haven't arranged a return yet. They claim that it was upto the standard. Gross!

Worst app..please don't download .money debited from my account got tick mark on this app that payment successful and suddenly it changed to payment failed ..refund not initiate yet ...check your what's app complain number already sent you details ...

Very very bad app don't use to anyone and no buy a thinks my order was cancelled but not refunded in my account my money. Fruad app cheeting, to customer please don't use this application

This is worst app for shopping. I try to place order 2 times, amount get deducted from my account but order didn't get placed. I didn't get any refund nor getting any response from their customer support. Don't order any thing. Fraud app.

Today again executive came for pick up of this item I don't know what your backendteam is doing.I have already informed them that the product is different it's a second hand product its dirty useless full of scratches and nothing like what I have ordered and paid full money in advance the product which have I have ordered is of golden colour. Update: after n numbers of complaints and getting no replies I had to go to consumer court today dear guys never ever buy from this site

Worst app don't buy anything from this app, i have purchase a order but automatically showing canceled after that i tried again on 18 may 2022 and still showing requested 4 days complete today

I ordered 4 Books on ShopClues and the delivery date was 24th feb for 2 books out of 4 books. I still didn't receive my order and it showing that it delivered. if it's not possible to deliver on time than refund my money back. Because of all this I am already very disappointed . Please deliver my order as soon as possible.

I hate this app. It didn't refund my amount to my bank account and instead refunded it to their cluebucks rewards and the products are also of second quality

Worst, they lie all the time, don't give proper information, never deliver on time , don't use this app, it doesn't deserve a single star.😡

One of the black day of the life experience at this application. Faltu app faltu product and faltu service even doesn't have the customer care number also I will request everyone don't buy anything from this site.
