Shopclues Seller

Poor experience. App does work properly. Unable to show listed products , orders, unable to schedule pickup. Unable to update the product inventory. Like this app the company cannot run because every time people can't sit on computer. Now every thing should be mobile friendly. Please update the app with all the seller tools and app must be fast working also.

Worse app and absolute unfriendly listing options at website is killing this platform. Make brand approval easy, allow generic products to list and keep the fees competitive. Make listing easier and faster, respond to thr queries and overhaul the whole system of approval. Unless u change it will remain useless.

What kind of an app is this? The developers should know that just making an app doesn't solve the issue with ease in selling. One must keep improvising what he has and after all the critical reviews i think the developers have given up. I would have rated 0 star if possible. The app is super good when it opens. But it mostly takes 15 to 20 minutes to open the dashboard.

Very very worst app. I'm unable to login. It's showing my email ID as invalid. But I have entered correct email ID only. I suggest don't download this app it's really an waste app

Not at all a user friendly app. Almost evrytime you have to log in the app by filling details, whats the use of app if evrytime we need to log in. As a seller, selling on ShopClues is getting a loss making affair, orders getting returned for reasons like, wrong address, customer not accepting package, and ShopClues is not even returning the material. So its a double loss for Seller, you have to pay courier charges for shipping and also loose your product. Dear ShopClues atlest return the material

Payment not released by ShopClues from 5 months. They cannot responding tickets and mails. On call they every time give round around answers. On call they respond that there is technical error in payment from 5 months. Be ware to sell on this portal.

Very bad app!! Whenever i try to make my account it registers my account and then say that user has been logged out pls login again and when i try to log in it says that the email and the password are invalid!!! What us this?!! This app is really bad. I didn't even wanted to give it a 1-star rating!!

I am not able to register as a seller Every time I try to register my shop They throw me back to the log-in page stating reason as i was logged out and i have to log-in again I dont know what's happening with the sign-up process I have tried over 10-15 times And same error occurs I tried to call on customer service But the call is not getting connected Kindly look after this I want to register as a wholeseller on shopclues seller Help me fix this as soon as possible. AWAITING

Nonsense online apps. Worst customer service response. U purchase a thing from their app, most of the time they will not send the product U paid for. Later they will initiate refund and deposit in form 9f ClueBucks. U cannot withdraw or deposit the ClueBucks back in your bank account. Means they show you a thing and make you pay for that but won't deliver that to you and put your money as ClueBuck. U will have to buy anything from ShopClue with the clueBucks. Else you will loss that money. Fraud

Rubbish App. Extremely slow. Does not show orders, payments, inventory. Even worse, ShopClues is not trying to resolve these issues for the app.

Worst worst worst seller app. Always carshes and hang even didn't show any notification. When I check over desktop there are many orders but when I checked over seller app showing no order to dispatch. Devloper of this app has lack of knowlege that how to develop an application. Worst work. Not worth a single star.

App doesn't work at all, on mi note 5 pro. No notifications pop ups, look like freezes.while opening.. Need high attention to rectify the glitches. In app

if you are feeling free and have enough time to waste so kindly download this App for selling your goods because it is just a waste of time!!! After downloading and registering it was still showing Invalid User ID and password. This app don't deserve even One Star...

Is i can give - rating... I love shopping from shopclues but that app is worst one... And every time i get back its start from new... If i put the app in background then its again start with new... And no loading shown... Taking too much time to take action... And lot of more errors.. Ui is as bad as i give rating... I am fan of shopclues soo please update seller app appoint a good developer please... Or call me i will provide you app designer 🙏🙏🙏🙏thanks.. Please do something

ShopClues is one of the worst ecommerce sites I have worked with. They have not given me my payment it's been more than a month and when we call their executive they pick up the call and put phone aside. Nonsense

Why doesn't it get opened, why??? I hate it. Atleast you should check if this app. Status is in working mode. Moreover the seller can't go to site from system everytime to check small small things. Plz be smart like other portals and improve.

It's worse app. Hangging issue. Data deleted every time and app restart automatically. Plz resolve the issues.

Beware of app or while selling on shopclues. Not releasing payments from last 4-5 months. And not replaying to tickets also.

Customer care service is bekaar , not reciving call & very high charges we paid not a back call support .sometimes app is not working proper.

Mr. Sanjay Sethi, Please improve you support services. Its totally poor. I register as a seller on shopclues recently & delivered 9-10 orders only for each order I raised support ticket that pickup is not done & now raising multiple tickets for payment. No support is getting from support team.

Very poor not getting new order updates. Very worst and useless. Snapdeal & flipkart is doing great with their apps
