User friendly and good layout compared to its competitors. However, the application lags so much and has tons of bugs on android devices with back buttons not functioning and even hangs frequently. Please solve this for android users. Thank you.

The app doesn't provide it all in English though you switch the language. Searching for products in English and Thai is a very big difference. You hardly find things when you search in English as most of the products are listed in Thai. The app slows down your phone and consumes loads of battery. The only good part is promotions by Shopee which makes me stay here.

Wondering what went wrong with Shopee TH app since a few months ago. It has become terribly slow, and it becomes unresponsive or blanks out after a while of browsing. It has become very irksome to use the app to shop that I just use Lazada for shopping instead now. Please Shopee team, do fix whatever is causing this issue and I would gladly come back!

Very cluttered busy look that makes it difficult to see what I need. Annoying audio announcements usually from unwanted solicitation of promotions that are another big irritating Factor that is why I need to uninstall the app after each purchase. Basically a very sloppy and professional app.

Easy App., can enjoy shopping while sitting at home. Some items are difficult to find at stores, but they are widely available in Shopee. Lots of sellers, price comparison is easy and competitive. Combined with the bonus coins and free transportation, we always pay less.

Shopee app has gotten worse and worse as time goes on. Using it is an exercise in frustration as almost every click forces you to wait, wait and wait for the app to respond. I spend a lot of money online shopping. Now when I get frustrated with the Shopee app, I will switch over to shopping on Lazada. Question Shopee. Do you use unemployed Moo Ping sellers to do your coding for you? Because it sure feels like you do. 😡😡😡 You can read in the reviews that others have this problem as well.

There are some ghost touch and some unresponsive touches here and there. But otherwise it's a good app. Ease of use, with done minor bugs, they need to work on.

Gradually becoming a joke, received an email from Shopee customer service that my account is suspended with no reasons provided despite being a big spender month to month. I guess I'll stop using Shopee and tell my other associates to stop using this service at all once. It's not like there's no alternatives around.

Loads very slow. . Missing all the vouchers because of the slow app. . And pick up is not option if you want to return item

Update: coupon not used but already not usable, the free shipping coupon cover only 2-3 products? most of products are not free anymore.. they been reducing rewards? now checking provide only 0.50 coins lol 😅👎 reat app, still need better translation for many sections like offers and categories

This program has numerous errors, and contacting the call center is difficult. Additionally, customers must pay for errors caused by Shopee and must handle the issue on their own.

This app is terrible.. crashes all the time.. can't connect, can't sign on, cant translate.. Its totally thai..

I like free shipping vouchers. They are the only reason I keep using this app and makes me want to recommend it to people. It loads really slow sometimes though despite being on fast wifi speed. There should be a translate button added in for different languages to include in non-native Thai speakers and diversity. It would be great as well if reviews were taken more seriously and encouraged to be more helpful for new buyers instead of spam and random video and pictures that do not relate.

The app is soooooo terribly, frustratingly slow on my device compared to lazada (and literally every other app on my phone), especially if you start browsing more than 10 products or so. Constantly need to close the app because it just takes a very long time to load each page.

It's gonna be better if shopee offer more about discount delivery coupon and more useful types of coupon...because the mostly of coupons are uselesssssssss ..please improve this

After latest update .. there is a serious bug that makes the screen turn on and off rapidly

Now that Shopee are improving their app and online browser, the shopee experience is better. Shame product description is Thai only, universal English should be an option.

It seems a little trouble to use and shopping with this app, I think may be unfamiliar at first time. I hope be friendly next time.

I use Shopee for such a long time and witness the development of the app that the more they develop, the worse the app becomes such as coin collecting, free shipping voucher using (I'm Gold member level and can't even use a single coupon) and this isn't even included customer protection likes when a store sends us wrong product, we need to go out and send it back by ourselves which caused traveling expenses and time consuming. For me, Shopee is the worse shopping app on my mobile!

Can't download games that water the plants and the app doesn't remember accessing it, causing you to have to re-enter everything. time to buy
