I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it's intentional, but I can't seem to use ShopeePay even if it matches the order total (after discounts). The free shipping and discount vouchers are a bit misleading too. There's actually a cap on the amount you can redeem. I also noticed this recently that you can't stack your vouchers anymore. Which is a shame cause it's what actually made me switch to Shopee before. At this point, it seems more economical to buy the products you want on the physical stores

Most of the time, the sellers don't use actual photos of the item and uses a different picture which is why when you get your order, they look different. I know that there's differences on the item but using editing tools/using different pictures to make your items look good is so misleading and waiting people's time and money. I think you guys should add a feature that detects that kind of problem to avoid scams and misleading items.

The changes in their voucher application as well as the poor quality of customer service I've gotten recently is why I'm giving them this rating. Shopee as an app used to be good. The deals were also good. But recently it's just been disappointing. Most especially since they removed the stacking of vouchers. 😕 On the technical aspect, it's really annoying how you can't use the back button. You can only go back to a previous page by using the in-app back button which is very inconvenient. 😕

Unsatisfactory Overall. The search engine displays things that are not completely relevant to your search, and most of the time, the listings are repetitive and make the experience a hassle. This reflects how inadequate the product display management is. The app also becomes unstable and freezes when shopping for around 3 mins. I have been a user in this app for quite a while (almost a year) and the app itself creates disappointments than satisfactions as you use it frequently.

I have been using this app for a while now and it's easy to use. However, the app is quite buggy sometimes. There are times when It'll take a while to open a product page, liking/adding to cart would be sometimes slow, and just recently, I'm not seeing any images on the app. All I can see are texts and icons. Hopefully this would get fixed soon.

Don't know if my phone was the problem or does the app has a problem when you're about to checkout your orders?! It won't let you select your payment method and not even giving you an option to add a free shipping voucher even if you have a list of vouchers to select on. Tried to reinstall to latest version of app but still having the same problem, "Selecting a payment method would just flash on screen and then a blank white screen on!" Nothing to select on! Shopee fixed this problem!

I see how everyone in the ratings are feeling the same about the vouchers and the discounts that were once available to all. It's quite disappointing, really. Another disappointing thing about this app is that, it's very laggy. You press something, it lags; you wait, it lags again. I really wish Shopee would fix this one.

User-friendly app. Easy to navigate and all. However, there are some promotions w/c are sometimes misleading. I know it's just business but sometimes I really pity those who fall to these business trickeries. Anyways, there is always a room for improvement. Edit as of May 2022: Free shipping voucher and discount/coins voucher cannot be used both at the same time. This update is very disappointing.

it's really disappointing that we cannot have the option to apply 2 vouchers anymore(free shipping and discount/cashback). it's more disappointing coz there's no shipment option or you cannot choose the courier. it takes almost 2 weeks to a month for my order to get delivered which did not happen before when there's still a shipping option.

Change my review from 5 to 1 star. I hate that they remove the optional to use 2 voucher at the same time for Shipping & Cashback/Discount. I tried to contact their mail but receive no response from them. So, I believe this issue or changes will be permament. Very unsatisfactory!! Not worth it to use to Shop online anymore. (sigh). 😩😑 Please, bring back the optional to use voucher at the same time when placing order. Shipping + Cashback/Discount.

Great app. Additional improvements are (1) to improve loading time/speed, (2) to bring back the search function in the Likes page and improve it. Searching on it before yields to less results or old likes not showing. This will be helpful if you have tons of saved items to go back to in due time. (3) to have a floating icon for support chatbox so you can easily still browse or get details of orders when support asked for it or while waiting for the reply, instead of going back again in help page

If I can give it a zero star. I would. User interface - very slow response time. You have to wait 30 seconds or more before you view something you clicked. very poor customer service. The agent I encountered didn't even know how the app works. Welcome gift is a scam. before you can make your first order you have to check out the welcome gift first. I tried several times but the check out didn't go through. so how can can i make my first order??????

I originally marked it full stars but after some time I decided it deserves no stars. I bought an item fully paid and messaged the seller to remind on the day of shipment but the seller did not have one of items so I was wasting shipping fee. I asked to cancel but since I paid already there was no cancel button. The customer service is unresponsive. I even tried calling. If your buying DO NOT pay immediately because getting a refund is difficult. After my last 2 purchase I might not use this app

A lot of reasons why i dont like shopee anymore: 1. Scams everywhere. 2. Bugs all the time, had to restart the app time to time to scroll or tap on items. 3. Cant combine vouchers at the same time (e.g., shipping voucher & cashback voucher). Less discounts, less money back. Im not satisfied anymore. Seems no online shopping apps are trustworthy.

Edited from 4 to 2 stars... PROS: Coins are very versatile-- coin=1 peso on top of vouchers that I get to take advantage. Money transfers are so convenient now in this age of high fees for inter-bank transfers. CONS: Cash in cannot include the amount in cents and same goes for transfers/withdrawals. This feature was available with withdrawals b4. Payment interface is a mess after paying a transaction as it doesn't refresh to the homepage ut rather you have to keep on pressing back to get to it.

I'm actually satisfied with the service they provide. Unfortunately, more of the vouchers can be used with Shopee Pay. I don't have any problems about electronic payment since it's more convenient. It's just that, I'm afraid or overthink about the delivery man. There is a possibility that they will just take a pic of my order in front of my house and not give it to me since it's paid already. PS: I had a trauma related to this but not with Shopee Express delivery guys

They just keep getting worse. I always give proper reviews but they won't reward you for it even if you did not repeat anything (I can provide screenshots). I'm not reviewing anymore. Better yet, I'm moving to another shopping app. Oh, and they won't let you use free shipping + Shopee discount/cahsback voucher at the same time anymore. Good luck with that.

The app had some changes. The voucher system has changed wherein you can only use 1 voucher per purchase unlike before that you can use 2 vouchers the free shipping and discount/cashback vouchers. The Spaylater is also different because after paying it turns out that my credit lessen unlike before that what you have paid is also what you will credit. The changes makes me sad as a loyal user of this app. I hope they update these changes.

The advertisements in the app are missleading. It says free shipping on these sale days, but in reality you get a discount of 50 peso only. The prices fluctuating, so that you never know, what the actual price is. For example the same fridge is advertised for 5000 and for 22000 peso. You have no proof of warranty for your goods and most item pictures are created in Photoshop to make the size look bigger. Shopee sells items, who are the size of a dollhouse item, and not really usable.

Edit May 2022, after the latest update, app is very slow, even showing some 404 errors. Live selling is freezing and muting on its own. Also why is it only allowing 1 voucher to be used at 1 time? I used to be able to have a discount and a free shipping voucher for 1 order. *****Very easy to use. Has a wide variety of items to buy, which is dangerous to my wallet. Not spamming with ads all over the screen like Lazada. Support team is always helpful. Also has a lot of payment options.

Brilliant shopping experience and I have found what I want by searching around and in most cases I have saved between 20% and up to 70% off the store prices and quality and delivery service has been almost perfect. I should have started 2 years ago instead of waiting. I have only been using shopee for about 10 months now but have saved a minimum of 30,000 peso on my purchases. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

The app is your go to whenever you need things to buy. However, the voucher system is already different. You can only use 1 voucher at a time and that's something we consider a downside. Though I understand that it's due to abusive users. Also, SPayLater is unfair because they lessen my credit score instead of increasing it even if I'm paying every month and up to date with my payment due. Pays earlier than usual so I don't know about the system of Shopee.

New install on a new device. There's this annoying chat pop-up that you can't get rid off. Going to the Chat section you'll see that the tab combo, Chat & Unread, has been replaced with Chat & Status. The status tab doesn't load and gets marked as new which you can't get rid since it doesn't work in the first place. This is most likely a technical or apk issue for new installs which hasn't been QA'd.

I don't like the new update, you can only use one voucher in every purchase. I wish you can turn the old shopee that has a lot of discount and can select two vouchers every big sale. Please bring back the old discount on shopee. I do always order on this app because it was convenient to order and has a lot of discount.

it's a great app, back then i can use the shipping option to change the shipping channel, but now it doesn't work anymore. My suggestion is to let the customer pick their desired courier. I know you have many couriers to choose from, but in different places delivery time of courier varies. I don't like to be bias to mention the name of the courier that can deliver products in short span of time. I hope other couriers do the same.

It's so easy to search and browse on the app. The layout is so neat and clear, and product recs/suggestions are organized and clear, rather than obtrusive and confusing. App is easy to learn and navigate after using it a few times. I prefer Shopee because small entrepreneurs and large organized businesses alike are available here and there are a lot of categories. I appreciate the regular updates/improvements they do to the app. The how-to guides they post on landing page is helpful too!

This app's shipping service is getting so bad !! I thought some of my orders were just unintentionally delayed but somehow it happened multiple times already and even now !!! There were worst cases where I almost waited for 1 month just for my order to arrive but now, it's not just once but repetitive !!! 5-8 days ??? Srsly??? Even the app itself has some launching issues, like blinking infinitely (the last time I launched it to different devices), some bugs that are annoying. 😔

This is used to be a great app and a great place to buy as they offer almost everything. But now, it is getting worse. It started with cutting down much of the daily coin rewards which they did months or years ago. Right now, you can't use both the shipping voucher and coin voucher. I don't know what Shopee is trying to do with this move. Instead of improving and upgrading their services, they do the opposite.

Bad customer service. Lost package and took a month to refund. Agent said it's already in transit of return but I haven't received any. They'll choose their courier by default, Shopee Xpress lost my package. They should've just let J&T handle it. Update won't allow cashback and shipping fee discounts. You'll have to choose between. Been a gold member but rarely gets vouchers/discounts. Disappointing. So much fees to pay as a seller.
