Great, just wish that messages could translate to English much easier. I enjoy using this app. Language translation is a problem. But I have figured it out. Now you can copy text with one touch and using google translate for help.
It's good but some seller not give exact items,missing items，i paid exact ammount but some seller not refund it,how many times i experienced like this way,please be aware like this,if there is stock just show it or tell it,so that we know,thank you

Error making it impossible to purchase anything. Can't add any addresses. Already contacted customer support with no results. Friends have tried with same results. If you can't buy something on a shopping platform, then it inherently fails at its primary function

I really like the interface of the app and ease of use but as a foreigner it makes it a little bit difficult since my Chinese is limited. You can change the GUI to English but when you are searching it is very limited. I always have to use Google's translation app to figure out stuff but if they could somehow integrate it it would be even better for me
Hi shopee why I can't place my order ,I tried all my pick up store addresses but I can't confirm when I selected the preferred store.
For some reason my review has been disappearing. There is no reason to force users to use this app full of ads in order to access all features that are available in browser. It's not 2015 anymore. Awful user experience from shoppee.
Forced to install this app to check order status. Current version is apparently running in the background at all times -- I know only because it keeps crashing.

Not bad but consuming power very fast while using it.
it needs an automatic translation for the language. not all users are taiwanese..some foreigners also wants to buy online and its to hard to screenshot and use translate inorder to understand it

1. No English (even if Android UI is set to English)(in Taiwan anyway). 2. Where you have purchased more than one identical item, when you apply to return one of those items, you cannot. (I bought three glass bottles, one arrived broken - so I can return three or zero, but not one (or two) - UI does not have any way to modify the count, it only has a checkbox). [Update: removed one star for (probably automatic) stock response (also in Chinese) from the developer]

shoppee taiwan is not fare on return refund,i have experience seller who send me incomplete item and they review it i send photos to prove but shoppee taiwan say my evidence not sufficient,i been using shoppee for quite a while and spending money,i am always a good buyer,please do not tolerate bad seller who send incomplete item and be fare to those good and honest buyer...dissapointing...
This app seems to always keep causing problems in upload pictures and upload videos. DO NOT update to the latest version. It keeps hanging at 95%. Why change if it is working
