Easy to use app, great intuitive interface, and awesome support when you need it. Would recommend if you're starting out a small business. Use their platform. I have zero experience in making a website but Shopify makes it simple and easy with templates and customization.
This app is super easy to navigate and work with. I have a small business selling cards and I tried many apps that I just couldn't work with but I absolutely love this app. I totally recommend shopify to anyone who is brand new to small businesses because it makes your small business feel so big! The only thing I would change is that you have a password on your site, and you have to pay $20 a month to take it off. Other than that the application is flawless and I love this for my small business.
There's a big issue with the app. When I click on search, to make an automatic discount for a specific product, when I type the product name in, it just show ALL products, instead of that specific one. There are no other products that I have available, that are listed with that name, not even in the tag. I literally just updated this app a few minutes ago.
Shopify app works great for me, every now and then I might get some filtering when I have to switch to different things but it's not that bad & it doesn't last that long, it could use a better editing tool it's not enough fun options or colors... Also I would like to update the app when I need to with out having to uninstalling it... But other than that it works fine...
It's a very fine app in terms of it's usability, though monotony sometimes enthralls boredom. Also, uploading products through app is quite cumbersome.
I'm still utilizing this application but this is a e-commerce site that can be designed in any way that you would like to service retail or commercial products and also has an end template to handle accounting invoices and payments made. All in one simple application.
Absolutely terrible customer support! If u have any issues you will be redirected 24 times through their help articles to maybe send an email that gets you no answers. What a waste of time.
So many taps to update inventory. They keep updating the app to supposedly make it better but the most recent update requires more taps in order to update the inventory of a product. Very frustrating!
App and platform is very easy to use, I would not use any other platform. They have a pretty good fraud alerter compared to other platforms as well which is one of the reasons I switched from Square. Shopify is a million times better! Shopify has grew our business in more ways then I thought possible. Love how easy it is to upload products and edit website. Highly recommend!!
Thought this was free. Obviously not. I'm not paying monthly fees up to $79.00 to just sell items that might not even amount to $79.00 a month. I'd never make any money that way. All of my profits would go to Shopify. Sell items to pay for a Shopify app!? 🤨🤔 Noway and goodbye!
Used to love the App, but recently, I'm not able to upload any pictures to my products. I always get a message that there's an error uploading. I'm not trying to upload from a URL, only saved files in the correct formats. I would really like this glitch to get fixed please.
I had to downgrade the rating by one star. The biggest drawback of this app is its too reliant on users using Google Chrome web browser. Having an app based on one web browser is not ideal. For privacy reasons I don't use Chrome. Login on the app is not functional on Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Took me 20 minutes to figure out the browser was the issue as to why the app wasn't allowing me to login.
The app has some short comings for sure. It's okay and workable. It doesn't let you configure the analytics home screen - it just shows random stuff that is either great or not useful - but you can't have it just show the great stuff. Often, it shows only the not useful stuff. Seems crazy that it's not configurable.
I'd love it, aside from the fact it's so slow and freezes even on 5G (on a new phone even) making me not want anything to do with it. Pleez fix this. Alot of business owners have been discussing other options. Nobody wants to have to start all over again .
Two days in a row now, app says "unable to load content". How can I possibly manage my shop effectively when the app doesn't work. How do I know what my customers' experience is? Only about two months on Shopify and I am not impressed. I thought this would be so much better than Etsy.
Extremely disappointed with the policy of Shopify and organization. On this platforms, as experienced by me, there are numerous store owners who are simply fraudsters waiting to recieve payment and go away after.. It is the policy of Shopify which have given wings to these fraudsters so as to commit these kind of frauds every now and then.... DO NOT DOWNLOAD SHOPIFY.
The last shopify update really did ruin an already good update. The layout is confusing and I have trouble trying to enter the conpare to price for a sale. Each time I click the back button, the keyboard dissappears. The app is very annoying to edit listings on which is disappointing as it was so useful before.
I did not host a platform but I got scammed by a dealer hosted by this app. I have proof, actually I bought some items in a clothing wardobe created by shopify and I bought those stuff and even paid for it but I never got the item. You guys have to take action that I lost money and didnt get what I paid for for scammers this is a good platform they are using it. You are hosting away sites without any kind of background verification and here I am got scammed by one of the hosted site.
Shopify is the worst in case of e-commerce , more and more frouds are happening , they provide people way to make their online site but dosent guarantee any kind of delivery assurance to the costmer who buy from their store . I ordered some product and didint even recieved product not even confirmation text. You guys only providing they way to spread scams ,
Platform is VERY easy to use and train team! Great for a small buisness. Would love to have reporting more user friendly and be able to seamlessly connect Shopify to QBO to reconcile daily accounts easier.
This site is a merchants worse nightmare I lost out on 2 transactions my merchandise is gone and so is my money they never paid me and I would never recommend them ever to anyone this was a total nightmare
Everything I read about the ease of shopify had me excited to start my store. I started with the lite package (under 10$) to explore before committing. The next morning I checked my bank and there were 3 seperate charges totalling over 50$! I reached out to support which partially refunded 20$. I was ready to invest years into shopify but it was a little greasy.
Do not download you can't get in contact with customer support if you were charged for a fraudulent order placed. Do not download this app. I need someone to contact me regarding an order that was not authorized
Is my first time trying a print on demand tee-shirt business .I still haven't set up everything.I think I somehow have 2 different shops.I want to change my banner I don't know how.Its definitely a learning experience for me.I hope this works out.
Great app and great company. I list all my items through the app. Love the live view so you can see how many people are on the site, adding to cart, or checking out. Can print shipping labels right from the app for discounted prices too!
Updated: The app now doesnt allow us to view the store online. I think there is an issue with the app communicating with the browsers. Great app but after the recent update, the installed apps within the shopify platform cant seem to be used as it keeps saying you need to install a browser app from the playstore. Further now you cant even view your store online. There seems to be a problem where shopify doesnt allow you to access the browser Please help
