Update: still doesn't work after reaching out and sending requested items AGAIN. Used for a few months and even cashed out once. Then all of a sudden when I tried to upload a receipt it said I couldn't be verified and a token couldn't be sent to my phone. Emailed CS. They advised I had to upload my ID and it would take 15 days to verify and be able to submit again. I did that. 2 months later and I still can't upload receipts because of the same issue. Emailed last week and still no response.

The idea is great, but the system rarely correctly identifies the items you purchased from your shopping list. I almost always have to submit a ticket to get the credit. If it's one of the 2 cent items they generally just credit you for it. However, anything else and you have to jump through hoops to try and get your credit. I submitted one item for 50 cents. It was literally the first item on the receipt. They couldn't find it. I submitted a ticket with a screen shot of the receipt attached. I received an immediate replay back requesting a screenshot, date purchased, item purchased, amount of the item, my email, Swagbucks user name. If they had opened my attachment they would have seen that information. It's very frustrating.

Complete waste of time. I tried to enter my password it says the password is wrong so I reset it and I even save my password and not only does it not bring my saved password up but it gets rejected when I type it. The app and my email are under the same Google account but it doesn't recognize that. To submit a ticket takes 10 days to respond. I'd rather just give them a bad review. And I bet the head staff make at least five figures yet they can't employ enough customer service staff.

Edited 4/30 I haven't had any trouble recently with rejected receipts! So I changed from 1 star to 4. So glad you fixed it! .......... For the second time my receipt was not accepted, I opened a ticket and immediately received an email saying they closed the ticket, and gave me a walk through of uploading a receipt, which I had already done. Exactly. I'd give it less than 1 star if I could...

Terrible app would not work. Sign on bonus missed because scan button wouldn't work. Can't scan any receipts. And good luck getting any actual help either!

Love this app for specific items. Most of the time the app submission process is simple and if any problems occur, customer service efficiently rectifies any problem one might have.

Downloaded the app. After creating an acct and trying to upload 4 different receipts from past couple days I have received no welcome bonus nor the $4 bonus that I keep getting emails from you about or credit for certain products bought. App keeps freezing also. I have already sent 3 messages to your customer help support email and have had no response. Also it wont let me upload or attach anything to my email. Wasted hours on this App.

This is not the best way of saving money, at least as far as what research and shopping I have done while using this app, apps like these tend to be a bit bothersome if you have multiple apps trying to save you money online in your chrome browser then it can really actually slow down the entire buying or checkout process, but if you really want to maximize your cash back and your overall savings while shopping then Tada is not the worst app, but I prefer CapitolOne Shopping extension to this.

Not the best cash back app. It freezes often and doesn't always recognize simple offers (bananas... hard to screw up, but it does all the time). Most annoying part is that it freezes all the time though.

I bought 2 Sensible Portions Garden Veggie Straws Stars + Stripes for 1020 points. Submitted a clear visible receipt where you can see these are the last 2 items on there. But y'all don't want to give me credit!? Submitted for a review and still no points or explanation! Haven't had a problem with this app till now! So can y'all please look into and award me my earned points!

Tada app is not working for Android phone users. It will not pick up your location so that you can scan and earn swagbucks. I hope swagbucks will fix this issue soon.

You HAVE to select ONE product from your entire receipt to get cash back??? That's the only item you earn cash back for? All this selection of stores and specific products is frustrating and time consuming.

Was pretty good until recently when the Treasure Hunt Scan and Earn stopped working without any explanation. I am inside a store so it is not that I am too far away.

Horrible since last update 😢 unable to do treasure hunt while being In a store anymore..says there are no participating stores for 2 miles!! Please fix and advise.

So slowly. You need to wait abput 2 minutes to load your grocery list. My last visit it didn't opened even in 4 minutes. PS: I'm used wifi with excellent speed, all other apps, youtube videos and etc are fast.

APP is COMPLETELY broken!!! I have tried no less than 50 different installations over 3 devices and cannot get past login screen. Created account with email, return to login it says invalid login credentials! Even attempted lost password recovery, no dice! I love Ibotta and fetch. Swagbucks is current most loved, and I am dying to use this app PLEASE help me iron out this incensing damn login issue PLEASE, I'm afraid I've put up with enough horseshit will not be wasting time on a lost cause!

This app needs were you pick your own stores in your own area and then you wont have to worry about seeing a coupon that u cant use. And it would be nice to scan Receipts without going through the coupons to see if you got it or not. i like the app so u dont have to go through the swagbucks app

I doubt that this app is for real. I'm trying to redeem my rewards but they keep telling me that I need to have a valid pay pal account( I do) then they tell me to verify my account info in settings but I can't even go to my settings. I've been trying to message to customer service, but they keep telling me to verify my contact info. Sorry but I can only rate 1*since I can't cash out and can't contact customer service. 😕

There is a scan button but it doesn't work. I've missed my sign on bonus and others because of it.

This app does not work properly at all. It has never fully loaded not once the entire time I've had it. I try the website and that is just as bad. It's a shame too because I would really like to be able to use this app. Is an update possible?....anything????

Have to give you a terrible rating. Unfortunately your app is extremely buggy. It crashes every time I go to take a photo of receipts. Let me know when you guys have a working app and I may try it again.

App crashes constantly. Or requires you to reverify your number constantly. Minimum cash out is $20, probably will take you over a year to hit that, and by that point you'll be so frustrated with the app you'll stop using it.

App worked for me for a while and now it won't send reward. No one has gotten back to me as to why this is happening. Everything has been verified and still something has gone wrong in their system and they will not respond! UGH

Have tons of crashing issues just reinstalled the app from the play store now when I try to open flashes a white screen then nothing. Phone asking to put app to sleep cause of it's crashing. Any ideas

The app freezes and shuts down just about every time I am trying to upload pictures of receipts. There are not many choices to choose from for money back.

I'm having trouble with this app. Everything I fo to use it, the app is unresponsive when I snap a photo, and whenever I DO upload a receipt of an eligible item, it comes back as saying there is nothing there and unreadable

This app ask for too much personal information to verify your account, who would want to upload their ID to a site that offer a few bucks to risk loosing your identity. Definitely gonna delete because that's way too much personal info. They want you to upload your passport, state ID etc

App was decent at first. Now it's constantly freezing within the first minute or two. Plus when I am actually able to upload a receipt it misses pretty much 90% of the offers. Now I have to do even more leg work buy sending a ticket to the support address. That is when I can actually get the app to work long enough to perform that function. I'm giving it a few more days to be useful then I will just cut my losses and delete it forever.

The experience is just so slow. I appreciate the extra few cents. But it's painful slow because you have to go through two menus before the camera for receipts even starts and then submitting isn't fast either. So many other apps can start in camera mode and submitting and adding extra images is super quick. But not this. I don't need to see a FAQ and EULA every time. Just take my data and hurry up!

Every time I try to use this app I have to delete it and then reinstall it. Now I am locked out and no way to finish my goal through Mypoints for today. It does the same thing through Swagbucks so they need to just do away with it. I still can not log in. I can log into MyPoints but not his app. I turned in a ticket but they have not helped at all. This has been going on for a week now.
