2 yrs after my 1st review & you still cant fix a silly thing like a currency symbol. South African flag shows still under $ which is not our currency & you still use $ for 99% of all countries listed there which again is still not correct. If u reside outside of the USA dont bother Downloading!! Why do you even open the app 2 other countries if you are not accepting their currency? Customers won't pay in $ if the shop is in a different country, its just crazy & unprofessional nevermind expensive

I just downloaded this app and when i open this it asks to update where as there is no update available in app store foe this. When I accepted the prompt msg requesting to update within the app its been more than 30 mins and this one is still updating.. guessing if this one is stealing my data unknowingly as there is no update actually available on google play store.

It won't let me sign up because it keeps saying network issue when I type in my number. And when I try to sign up with Google or Facebook with your app it never works it just constantly loads forever. There is nothing wrong with my network because it works well with all other apps and websites, the problem only exists with your app. I sent a screen shot of the error message. Please fix this issue as soon as possible, thanks

Highly recommended. Easy to use and can set up a professional online store within minutes. Everything is inbuilt and the templates are customizable. The support team is just awesome, very helpful and friendly.

There are many glitch and error in website. Can't able to login in app, many technical errors are there in App.

I really was excited about the possibility of having an e-commerce site. Went through the process of creating my profile. Only to told at the end, that my country isn't on the browser list. Looks like a user-friendly app, and a great platform. Disappointed and frustrated of having to log all that info, only to be told its actually not available!

Only started using it a few hours ago. So far i have only added one product to test the experience from both the customer and consumer side of view. The creation of my site is basically done and published within a few hours. Very easy to create a professional looking user friendly site. Experiencing a few problems with the sizing of my products photos. But i'm sure i'll get the hang of it. If you could add sms or email Notifications for products that would be super. But Im very pleased! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have used this recently for 1 year. They dont have a SMS services. I mean if ordered the buyer and seller must get the SMS update. Also UI of the product page one cant read the full colour name while purchasing and seller can see in full. So i had stopped using your services. But now i have signed off the contract. Thanks....

It is taking so much of time to process but after several attempts also I'm not able to fill details.It is asking for web address.I want to suggest few things to improve. 1 Try to prioritize mandatory columns. 2 It is automatically changing picture size and not providing crop option.Try to include crop option. 3 Make it in a simple way

I do not know how the app work but just received a $1 bill for something that I did not utilize. I have tested the app by just uploading a picture and uninstalled it after finding it not suitable for my needs. This is not the way to force ppl to pay for something. I have already responded to you by requesting for a removal of my account. If you are willing to pay for just trying out their service.. you may go ahead and they will keep billing you every month even when you uninstalled the app!

Just wanted to explore the app, and i forget to delete the account and realise they started sending me email regarding their fees. When i emailed back regarding this issue. They recommended me to self delete (which i need to pay the dam fee when i never even use their platform LOL) and recommended me to stay live their platform if possible. Lol. I prefer using carousell/shopee 🙄 Would not recommend anyone to sign up if you just wanna explore.

I hadn't expected that for my purposes, I wouldn't need web developers. This has been a seamless experience for me, especially after I started seeing positive results. Much appreciation to their consultants! Have been seeing more improved features. Looking forward!

I am liking this app. It is very user friendly. It's my second day. I have only one confusion: Shipping. How do I get an item shipped? I have one unshipped item in my cart and I've not been contacted by the team. The option for shipping is enabled in the app but it doesn't show which logistics partner will help me. Moreover, I can't find any contact number to talk to someone from Shopmatic.

This is the most unprofessional company i have seen.I had purchased there paid membership for an entire year.It has already been 8 months & i am not able to use my website with its full potential because of several bugs in the product.I had raised bugs several times but none of them have been resolved yet. They will chase you only till u do the payment and won't solve the issues once the payment is complete.

Worst app They charge for every service like payment, order commision. Even you don't get order also you have to hosting charges and I logged out the app after somedays I downloaded and I didn't get any order or I didn't use any service even though there are charging for hosting. And really app interface for customers is very worst, it's better to use popshop app (The best of all). Better don't signin to shopmatic or you have to pay hosting fee every single month if you just signed in.

This is a very good app to create a online store. One can create a ecommerce store very easily and they have many tools to help you also have many payment option with inhouse delivery mecanizum. Just one thing it missing is giving option to mention the size of the product which is quite difficult at the moment

Before The app was working quite well but currently after the recent update it's creating a bit PROBLEM ........ the App is always showing NO INTERNET CONNECTION , Even though the Data is enabled and internet connectivity is quite good....... So with this I would REQUEST the Company SHOPMATIC to look after this Problem/Issue . Because it's really creating a problem while using the App.

This app experience is horrible. It does not even let me go into the application and it does not log in as there is a pending update. However, there is no update and the latest version of the app is already installed. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not work.

No customer service + they never inform you about their charges. They say processing fee is 3%. 3% of 32 is 64. I recieved an order that was cancelled and they still charged me money. I sent them an email regarding this that I am not going to pay. They still send me the invoice. I have already said that I am not going to pay and that's final.

Each time I want to open a product, the app closes. Appreciate for this to be fixed. And really don't like that all the products are jumbled together. No categories/subcategories layout.

Best App for making an e-commerce website and so far I have been loving it. The interface is so easy to use and only the drawback was that on desktop when I used to change the size of banner on desktop site it used to get automatically changed in mobile site which I didn't like. On mobile website the banner comes in a small size and product images are of bigger size which looks weird.

Worst app, open after update, bt didn't update more than times i ll stupidly watching how log to prosece to update one day ya one month 🤨🤨...

They charged 50+9 I paid it. Even though i didnt used it,. Please dont just register by seeing the ad , they will send you the bills at the end of month all of sudden, .and it dont bring you sales like other portals, you have to do it all on your own , u need to market your website,..ntg like amazon or meesho, or club factory etc Just dropping your phone number will cost you money, think and register

BEWARE: Do not give your credit card number. I give it to clear debts so that my account can be deleted, but it keep repeating payment failure. Called their office and a robot voice said to leave a message at their chat bot. Also emailed to their support and it only keep repeating to log in to my account and delete it myself. No checkup calls too. It should be easy to delete my account on my own, but it is not allowing me to. This is scam. Pls remove it from Google Play Store, thank you.

Doesn't even able to understand the app..the first thing asking after sign in is to allow camera access and take picture. All other clickables are disabled and no access anywhere.. cant atleast what this app is intended given a help guide on it.? Very patheric user interface designed..

User friendly, no issues encountered so far. Update: Shipping Fee does not reflect on final invoice (it appears to be free) even if it is already set to a specific amount.
