Easy to navigate and a nice layout. It's very simple to place an order on the go. It seems to run slow for me and has a delay in scrolling if I'm scrolling through a large section (I know it's not my internet). Sometimes it's faster just to open my computer. My only other suggestion would be to have a way to organize a selection (i.e. if I search "paper plates" it would be nice to have a way to select how the results are ogranized, such as by recently purchased, lowest price, brand, etc).

It's a love/hate kinda thing! I am disabled and I love the ability to shop from home and have it delivered right to my door. There are 2 things that bother me, though. 1.Sometimes there are pics of a product and the only description is the wording on the box. I need nutritional information so i can make my dietary choices. Some have it some don't 2. Everytime i choose something a little bit unusual to try i almost ALWAYS get a notice that its out of stock. Why offer it if you can't get it?

No issues with the app, works as expected whether online or via this app, the experience is consistent and good. The Shipt service is awesome because, as a single father, the busy/overlapping schedules makes it tough to get to the store sometimes. Obviously it costs slightly more to get groceries this way, but for the occasional times that I need a helping hand, the convenience definitely outweighs the fees.

So overall I like the app but every time I place an order, I always get a message from the shopper saying that they are out of stock on something and usually multiple things which is frustrating. I've also had an issue where I add something to my cart and when the shopper shows up they don't have my item because it wasn't in the order. I have brought this issue up and an email and was issued a credit for my troubles because this has happened multiple times. Overall I like the service though.

First time user...and will definitely do this again!! Super easy!! My Favorites work like a charm. I'v been using a pick-up service at a different grocery store (which I will continue to use some) but this is a step above... delivery vs pick-up is wonderful!! I got a quick text when something wasn't available. I got a text just before she was done asking if I needed anything else. My last text was telling me she was on the way. Very professional and super quick. Perfect delivery!!

Very convenient and saves me easily a few hours every few weeks without a doubt. Although, I hope to see improvements to the app UI including enhanced search, more accurate and expanded product offerings as well as improved recommendations and browsing. The request a product is functional and works for well known in-stock items where one can accurately describe what and where in the store to find the unlisted but available items, it's just not ideal.

Works like it should. All of the shoppers that have delivered to me have all been excellent. I'd like to see a few changes to the UI. Especially to the delivery window, and anything else that could make front end communication with the shopper better for them more than me. Every time I order. I make a note saying that they don't need to wait two hours to deliver if it makes life easier. They thank me every time.

Every day, every location: Pickup and delivery is unavailable. Worthless and a waste of time. Frustrating. I understand this is due to huge demand, however, it doesn't change the experience. How about letting users know about this? How about adding notification of availability? How about offering pickup from even further locations?

Great app and makes my life so much easier, but there have been so many times when I add items and get my grand total only for my shopper to show up without a third of my items only to find that they aren't on the receipt. It's super disappointing. This happens often enough that I felt like perhaps I should say something in the hopes that the creators might see it and fix it.

App has great design and functionality. However, the store never seems to stock what is ordered. It leaves the customer to have to purchase alternative (usually more expensive) options. Kroger is far superior in regards to produce, pricing, and other groceries. I wish Kroger had a similar app because I would switch immediately.

annual membership only $99. can tip on the app. can order anything in the store. sales and stock are kept up to date on the app. I've had 3 deliveries so far. all 3 were on time, friendly, and exactly what I ordered. one even picked me up some things i had forgotten to order. very well worth. TIP YOUR SHOPPER.

Awesome service. This is the best shopping app I've used so far. It really helps because I don't have a car to get to the store. (Also I saw a review recommending Walmart's app instead of this, but that app is terrible. I stopped using it and switched to this one. Walmart delivered me Gatorade that was open and half drank, didn't deliver half my order and offered no substitutes, you can't communicate with your shopper or select your own substitutes. Meijer is better all the way around!)

I have been using this service for a few months now. I have never had a rude delivery service or bad experience yet. very minor mistakes have been made but we are all human. over all I use this mostly for the things I can't buy online but on busy weekends or when you just arnt feeling up to it, it's well worth it!

The shoppers are great. they keep in touch and try to get exactly what you want. If something is not avaiable they check to see if you want a substitution. The prices are higher on produce and with the deli as some items aree only sold by the lb. Sometimes i dont want a lb of lunchmeat. Only one time was there a slight mix up and it was fixed immediately with a refund. i love this service.

I love the app. Simple to use. One thing though, when you switch back and forth between favorite lists, it automatically fills in the list and you have to deselect everything then reselect what you need. And double check your cart!

Your app has not loaded or worked for a month now. No pictures, no products, just a shell of a screen....Update....Still not working...now over 2 months and counting. I love the Shipt service, but you're losing my business to Instacart because they have an app that works.

saves me time. i noticed a few upcharges on some items, but not paying shipping and not having to spend time going to the store is an easy enough way to justify that. or just go buy those items yourselves :P I have had only one bad experience, but the customer service team more than made up for it. the order took around 4 hours, and I was charged for some items (ex a 24 pack of coke) but given another (a 12 pack, etc). Overall happy with the service

The app has froze up EVERY Sunday, and intermittently throughout the week, since I installed it. If I hadn't paid for a year subscription I would cancel it. I can't say I would recommend this over the competition, but u will not renew mine when it's up

Spent 30min shopping. App wouldn't let me make payment. On hold for an hour. Troubleshooting was to reinstall the app... Didn't work. Was told to go to the website. So I did... Had to shop again. Online tried to charge me for delivery. Downloaded shipt app. My original order was there, and payment processed no issues, don't use meijer app, use shipt. Customer service is so much better then meijers also.

Dear developer people, This is a huge huge huge improvement over the previous experience to order Meijer grocery delivery online. Thank you. One suggestion, I wish I could start an order much farther inadvance. For example with the Walmart app, you can place an order for at least $30 over a week in advance. Then you have up to the day before to add items to it. Also, FYI, in the browse section the meat category is listed twice.

I have tried other delivery services. And this one is by far the BEST!!!!! I love they communicate during shopping if they dont have something. And I can always add something I missed before they end my shopping trip! I will NEVER use another! This is the best thing I ever did!

Simple enough to use, but takes some getting used to finding specific brands. 95% of the time the order is just right. The shoppers communicate well and if you want they will let you select substitutions when something is out. Each week they text back and forth with my wife as I drive to the store.

If I had known that Meijer pickup and delivery was through Shipt, I would never have started it. Not only do they charge a yearly membership fee but they don't honor sales from the store and you pay more per item. It's an awful option when Walmart is free if you spend $30. Don't get suckered in.

Works, but there are issues. Today for example, after many tries I found a time slot for 8 pm. No shopper ever claimed it and then at 8:09 I get a text from shipt that it has been rescheduled for 9pm. Well that is fine except half an hour later they text me saying there's no way the shopping ng would be done before closing and instead of even rescheduling for another time they cancelled it. No option available even for creating a new order with the same items. No support at all.

The shoppers are very nice. Good communications with buyer about a unavailability/swapping. I sign up by the year so I never have to pay for deliverly. I always tip my buyer upon delivery. Makes it more personal. Highly recommend the home shopper.

My first time experience was 100% positive. Nice and professional shopper, and timely. I was concerned about how to tip the shopper and I was able to call and actually talk to a customer service rep, which was a short and sweet instruction. I will be signing my sister up for the service too. I wish there were senior/handicapp discounts for the service though.

I loved this app and the service. Now, despite checking for updates and uninstalling and reinstalling, it will not load. Terribly frustrating since I have a subscription. I've been shopping at Kroger for almost two months now.

So far when placing the order it was very easy. Compared to another popular app that I feel completely rips you off. Pricing is not far off from in store (unlike the other delivery app) and being able to apply your mperks is great.

Used to work great, now not at all. Says "Loading" but never loads. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, closed the app, reset my phone, checked my internet connection and none of that had helped. Please fix this. It was great when it worked.

Professional shoppers are very good, friendly and helpful. The shoppers communicate with you during the shopping and let you know when they are on the way. The Ap us easy to use, you see a pic of what you are ordering so it makes ordering much easier. Also having your info on the Ap makes ordering simple.
