I signed up for an assignment, which did not describe the parking conditions there, like there is none, I had to park blocks away. I tried to check end but did not understand how so I emailed David with a "HELP"..I waited but no answer..emaiIed with I'm going in. Then I found I could not add text to the surveyI emailed him again asking for help..no answer..I did find a way to complete it and along with a photo sent it in. Now I see they put me as a withdrawal. B### S***

I wouldnt recommend this app to anyone! They require quite a bit of detail & observation when going into certain stores. Which is great! I had look forward to my assignments but cuz I missed a few assignments and wasn't able to reschedule or contact help due to my phone being destroyed they removed me immediately. I put alot of TIME AND EFFORT GAVE THEM 💯 BUT DID NOT GET THAT BACK IN RETURN. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT OVER A MONTH TO BE PAID FOR MY COMPLETED ASSIGNMENTS! GAS PRICES...I LOST MONEY!

love using the app as I can easily input the shop immediately afterwards. The ability to upload the receipt from the camera needs to be implemented. You do not have that option and have to take a photo and then upload.

I live in a small city in western NY, so there are almost no shopper opportunities around here - not even in a 100 mile radius. Because of this, I haven't had a chance to try all the capabilities of this app. If you're in or near a more populated region, your experience should be different.

So I did a few shops in one day my experience was mixed while the people that work for the company are very responsive I feel like when you invest money up front you should not have to wait longer than a month to get paid and that's my experience so I won't be working for this company anymore

Marginally ok. Started to use, seemed great. Got covid had to be hospitalized forgot totally that I had jobs as I was pretty out of it for 2 weeks. Another 2 to 3 weeks or so get out of hospital. Go to login and bamb deactivated. Waiting on the 15th or so to see if I even get paid for what was approved which I'm not holding my breath on. Jobs were close and who doesn't like getting free groceries. Pay is ok especially since we all have to eat and you do get reimbursed.

Nothing in my area I've even tried a more populated area in Colorado and more populated area in Nebraska they have GameStop and little Caesars in the shops but they don't list the ones here in the area I live. No stars.

Layout of the website or app is decent the availability of the actual shops at least where I live is so so but they make you wait to get paid like a whole month so they don't tell you that and the last thing it takes a long time to upload one single photo took me an hour could use some work

I enjoyed doing the shops for extra money, but when a client can just remove and ban you from their platform for an unknown reason, I have an issue with that. No explanation, no recourse at all....21 shops I had scheduled..GONE!!! And they were the only shops that showed up regularly that you could make any money on...Deactivated

Amazing money maker. Takes a bit to get paid, but there are actually people who respond quickly if you meed help. I have 5 secret shopper apps, and by far, this is the highest paid and IT supported one. You will make $$$$ without going crazy.

Need more tasks and need to be able to do them sooner liker at leased the same week but 72 hours would be best

My experience with the app was great. It's a really good side Hustle. And I was able to get my first pay straight into my bank account direct deposit $100 for doing what I must say the most easiest jobs ever. Thanks to Shoppers Hub. Aloha and may you have a blessed day.

I couldnt registar with my email and had to do it with facebook link but then my email came back as spam to them so i was deactivated? How is that? This sounds suspisious to me. Also that all happened within an hour. Also deactivation happened as soon as i put in my bank info. Like literaly when i sent it i was loged out and couldnt go back in

Search shows inappropriate results. Settings are restricted by miles. Help desk is inoperable.

To fill out the information to register once you fill it out and hit the register button nothing happens so you cannot register I filled in all of the things correctly and nothing happens when you push register so you cannot sign up for this app you cannot get any jobs from it because you cannot register in the first place you need to fix your app so that people can use it.

It's only there to collect information from you so it can sell it to other companies, there are no jobs at all on the platform it's bull. When you deactivate it won't let you be careful

Bombarded with emails that either dont apply, or are already scheduled like 2 seconds after getting the email notice. Never ONCE been able to schedule a shop!

Avoid! Data collectors, not a real functionality app. It will dump your data outside.

Who do I contact? I am having trouble logging into my account. Ive changed my password several times but still having trouble logging in. Help!!

Took way to Long to order then it hadn't even been charged. So we're good .

I would give it 4 or 5 stars. There are only 2 jobs in MS...both being more than an hour away from me...

Dont waste your time !! Downloaded and found 1 job for $15 and was 35 miles away and was required to give blood nd urine for an insurance company. (id spend more in transportation ) emailed company about why only one job& this is responce i got "I understand that there may be multiple shops near you but if they are not our clients then we can not pay you to mystery shop them. " So they only pay you to review places they work with so selection is low or non-existent .

Won't let me Register. I put in all my info. Hit register and it does nothing.

There are no jobs and no way to deactivate account, probably a scam

Used by the company About face, so far nothing but good experiences.
