Why are you still existing into the market? Worst experience of online shopping till date. App is so slow that have to wait just to open the product details and adding to cart is another heavy task you have to do. Checkout has altogether a task inwhich you can come from roaming galaxy. Now Want to exchange the product due to size issue, there is somthing wrong and not happening. Mailed to them no reply from them as well. Like with so many isssues why are you still there. Please improve or exit.

(Old review) : Looks like a great app. I used to shop offline in shopper's stops. But i hav to uninstall the app as there is no filter by cloth material and it has rendered the shopping experience not useful for me. Wud love to reinstall and shop once you add the filter by material option. Thank you.
I had placed an order for an item but after payment I didn't properly receive the confirmation and page was not properly redirected. I had to once again reinitiate the transaction. There seems to be an issue in the payment flow
This app is a joke, placing an order was a nightmare with so many errors. Finally out of the two products ordered, one was out of stock and got cancelled. The other one was a wrong product sent. Uninstalling and never using this app again.
Really disappointed by their recent response. It has been over a month since I exchanged two tops. The tops were collected the very next day after the request was made, but the new tops are not being delivered yet. I have registered complaint query twice, but there is no response.
The shopping filters don't work at all... Search a brand n choose category... Or sub category it will still show everything despite using the filters... There is no notify me feature for out of stock products... U see all these offers on every product but there's no coupon code to apply or link to see the listed product under that particular offer... Using member points it's another task... It takes a lot of navigation to apply the points on cart...
I had ordered for unwired bra during lockdown. They sent me wired ones. Inspite of giving many assurances they haven't changed the wrong products. Very unprofessional attitude. Won't buy anything from shoppers stop and would always recommend otherwise
Has a good collection however the Returns & Exchanges are a havoc! I have not till date received the refunds for the returned products. When mailed the compqlints, received responses which sounded positive but machine like. Even if they promised the refunds...It never reflected in my account! I still buy with now assured sizes n styles with my previous buys' experience.
I cannot even access my wishlist anymore.. Been getting an error from a month.. I thought the developers might correct it but no such luck.. Click on contact us and i am prompted to download the app when I already using the app.. This seems to be the only forum to reach out
If you have extra money to loose then use this app or Shoppers Stop to order your purchases. I have been waiting for a delivery and refund of returned product for nearly a month now and still following up to get resolution. The service desk only provides you excuses for no resolution and don't put any efforts to resolve. You should be lucky to get good products to complete your purchase or just forget the money you paid while placing the order.
Pathetic experience! Does not even allow me to login. After entering mobile no and OTP, it shows a technical error on screen and does not allow login. Seems like some bug in the code.
Worst online shopping service, I ordered shorts and they sent wrong product, I return it and ordered again they delivered wrong. I return it but it's more than month they have not refunded my money. It's just 747 rs but these bhikari don't have it to pay me. Always said we have initiated in 10 days it will credit, but still I didn't got money.
Worst Shopping App, Don't Shop From this app all are fraudsters, once u buy the products, if return or Exchange is their, they will fail product in quality check, 3 months now didn't got the product changed or Refund for paid product, worst Costumer Care, they don't know how to talk with Costumer. Seriously Don't buy anything from app or website.
Still some bugs while shopping. At times cart gets empty. Logs out automatically.. can be better. Collection is awesome.
Slowest app I have ever operated. On click of place order it's redirecting to home page. This is miserably designed and developed.
I have ordered on 17th May , then after that not recd any update about the order so I called customer care on 24th and after calling they were giving illogical explanations... Then they cancelled the order ,it was a birthday gift for my loved one ,his bday was on 25th , i thought that it would be delivered on or before 25th but this worst app ruined my plan and surprise... Worst app.
Worst among all. I paid money to renew my card which was expiring on 28/02/2022 and had 350rs cash back in it. Store (MBD Mall, Jalandhar) said that you don't need a physical card when I asked for it. They said your app will automatically pick up new card and you will be able to use it. It's been nearly a month and I still haven't got any card showing on my app. I tried to call customer service but noone is answering.
Worst app ever used. Doesn't open the filters or the product.. it shows page refresh all the time. Secondly my refund amount showed less.. had raised the same with customer service team but worst customer service too. You guys need to work both on your tech support and customer service. Also I don't understand why we can't use the refund amount I got online at the offline stores?? This is just not right and too much hassle to deal with!! Seriously I am so put off!!
Horrible shopping experience. Last 2 orders were cancelled by shoppers stop after 5 days of placing the order. Why isn't the product marked as sold out if it isn't available? Also sent an email to their customer service team in Nov whn the earlier order was cancelled and there is no response till date. Whoever is heading the ecommerce division needs to look at some serious upgrading for giving us customers a better & happy shopping experience. Extremely disappointed.
Never ever buy anything online on this app Its been more than a month my products are with them, which i requested for exchange and still they have no clue what is the status of one item and need another 7 business days to get an update. For the other item the courier partner called me once which i missed to pickup and later i called him back and explained my situation and requested him to deliver it next day, he updated his team that i refused to take the product which i already paid for.
The worst. My refund is pending since last 5 months and always customer care is saying that they are doing the quality check and it is to be reverted back with in 48 hours. The but no body called back and 1 question when your product is marked return immediately after receiving that the quality is not at par ND and also cancelled all the orders. And you people are just cheaters.
Placed order atleast 6 times... Payment gets deducted but order doesn't get through... What a failure this app is! 🤦🏻♂️ Please refund my money!!!
Very bad interface and UI Experience. I'm log out automatically every now and then. Also unable to reture the product. Getting error still after filling all detail - reason can't be null. Edit - how can you connect if you try to connect me with wrong number. From where you've found this number that starts with 98**.
I have ordered the life Jeans.....they delivered the wrong size of the product........ their customer care service is very bad ...nd very slow......I have returned the product before 10 days.....yet I didn't get my refund.....their survice is too slow....they are so rude to customers..... I'll suggest not to buy any of the product from this store/App.
Tried to order numerous times, from proceed to payment comes back again to delivery page, when tried their website payment got deducted numerous times, but no order placed Bad customer service too. My card balance also has been deducted. Seems they don't want to sell
Pathetic customer care.Even after raising request for return 15 days back, no one came for pickup. Customer care gave reply that my pincode doesn't have pickup facility. They have delivery for my pincode but not pickup. They are asking to go to store and return. If I can go to store, why will order online? I will not order here again. A big lesson!!!
Poorly built app and horrible service. At first I was not even able to place return and exchange request on app due to bug in there app. After lots of mail they picked up the products for exchange and now it's been more than 15days and still there is no update at all. I mailed the customer care multiple times but still no response. Can the service be much worse? Oh yes, they also take weeks to deliver!!!
