this app might be great but I cant do anything without registering and it does not recognize my registration or current card number. very frustrating and just turns me off to shoprite. this should be quick and easy to let me shop quicker and spend more money at the store.
THANKS SHOPRITE...THANKS FOR UPDATING THIS APP SO NOW IT NOOOO LONGER WORKS ON MY PHONE GALAXY S4. I USE TO USE IT ALL THE TIME, NOW THE APP IS NO LONGER COMPATIBLE WITH MY DEVICE, WHICH MEANS I CAN NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN. THANK YOU FOR TAKING AWAY MY COUPONS AND SAVINGS. EVERYONE ALWAYS HAS TO "UPDATE" TO MAKE THINGS WORSE. THERE IS AN OLD SAYING "IF IT ISN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT".
It would not sign me in to my registered ShopRite account as it's kept telling me I have the wrong password even though I knew it was right as I just signed in with it from home before I left. I updated to the new app and it signed me in with no trouble.
Haven't been able to use won't accept my card no. Can't complete the process to enter app
Always had an easy time getting the digital coupons added on.
I've been trying to get on to put stuff on my card and it won't work at all. very disappointed in this app.
I have a valid shop rite card, but I have been unable to access the digital coupons for over a year. Should i sign up for a new card?
Keeps saying there is a new verion that I already installed and prevents using the app.

They redesigned it and it's multiple clicks to get everything. The new circular is page by page with 2 clicks to get to each page, then 2 to get out of each page. The old one flowed from page to page. That is one example. There are numerous examples from coupons to other parts that have gotten worse. I'll be removing the app and looking for other options. There are 3 other stores with similar prices and more convenience. I will look to them
The SHOP RITE app helps me to save. I'm still all about paper grocery lists and coupon clipping, but I like the digital coupon bonus available only on this app. However, one thing should be added to that feature. A running list of all the digital coupons still available to me, the customer. It's nearly impossible to recall the coupons, scroll in the store while shipping, etc. There should be a printable summary of what's still out there. Thank you! Bev Martin
App used to work well then i installed deli order app and my price plus card wont stay logged in so i cannot upload digital coupons to card. That was the purpose of using the app. Newer app is even worse takes forever to load and browse products. Worst design team ever must have worked on the new one. Back to computer to load coupons to card and old fashioned pen and paper for shopping lists. Thanks for killing a once great app.
This app is a lot faster than the new one. There is no way I'm switching apps. This one is a lot easier to navigate, I know where everything is on this, and this one downloads faster than the new one does and less issues too. It also scans easily at the cashier too. Why mess with something when it isn't broke. Do yourselves a favor and don't download the new version, keep the old one. Less issues.
The app repeatedly makes me sign in. Doesn't keep my home store and doesn't link or allow me to add my shoprite card. Wasting my time when I can be shopping already. They also don't answer the phone number they give you to get help. DISSAPPOINTED!
I used to love this app. The digital coupons were really saving me money. Now, out of nowhere the app won't open. It just freezes as soon as I open it. I have to hard close the app to regain control of my phone. Not sure what happened but PLEASE FIX IT! Uninstalling until there is a solve.
The Shoprite app New or Old version rarely works correctly. It constantly changes the home store setting on me and had me re log in countless times. Whenever I do manage to log in it will not allow me to upload the digital coupons onto my card I physically have to go into the store and ask them to load the coupons onto the card for me. This is why I have stopped using the ShopRite from home feature. it's just too much of a hassle I'd rather go to the acme
It's very important for me to save money, so I really appreciate the digital coupons feature. Still, I can never get all of them downloaded to my store card and if I do I'm never sure if they actually go through. I think they should definitely look things over and improve them if they want me to change my mind...
It's too complicated. Why can't you just see each page of the add for that week as if it were right in front of you. To annoying to go through each department and look. They don't deliver the paper to my house, which is stupid. If you don't pay for the paper you can't get the coupons. That's not customer loyalty. I've even called and asked to have it delivered. It never arrived. So why should I shop there? And digital coupons ask you to purchase a ridiculous amount of things in order to get a discount
Stick with this version. It works fine. The newest upgrade is horrible. So bad they "are taking a break". I could not log in, so I thought maybe I had to reregister on the app. I was able to log into the desktop website to obtain my frequent shopper number. Went back to the app, tried to sign in again. Still no luck. I decided maybe I did need to reregister. I completed the form and was told that the service was not available. So I tried to enter as a guest. I guess they decided guests weren't allowed. I'll be uninstalling until a better version is available
I'm super disappointed because I shop at Shop Rite all the time and now, I'm being advised to download a new app of which my phone is incompatible. I don't think that is very good customer service, in particular since the other app was working just fine. All other app simply send updates...what is the value in adding a new app if the app won't work on some customer phones. In addition, last year when Shop Rite tried to push a new app it didn't work either...come one Shop Rite...get it together...or lose a customer.
Can't access digital coupons, weekly circulars, etc since it keeps saying it's unable to connect. Last updated info it gives is from Feb 2018! It's now Oct 2018!? No option given to update the app. What a waste!
