So they upgraded this app and it's no longer compatible with my Blackberry Priv. Well I still have the website access, NOT!!! Now the webpage on my laptop says "This version of our app is no longer supported". I mean what the hell? I get about 8 prescriptions from ShopRite but I think I have to transfer them to another pharmacy that has decent accessibility. I need to be able to request refills and see if I have any ready to pickup, I can't just go there every day or so to see. I am so bitterly disappointed.

The app needs to be updated with better features!! 1. Put prescriptions in fill date order. Not in prescription list with the same script on repeat by date. So that we can just go to that prescription name and see everytime it has been filled. 2. Show quantity filled. So we know it's a 30 or 90 day supply etc. 3. Allow alerts or text so that we know when a prescription is ready for pick up. Etc..

Very frustrated - used this app all the time, worked great! Now it just kicks me out and says app failed. Had to go to store to make rx changes- very frustrating. Fix this asap, please!!!

I want the old app back! before I was able to check what prescriptions were pending what prescriptions were waiting for approval from the insurance company and how much it was going to cost me before I go to the store. Now the only thing I can see our prescriptions that are ready and ones that are ready to be refilled. this app gives me no information that the old app gave us. I don't know why they changed it but please put it back because it worked. This one just doesn't. #oldappback

I would give it a zero if I could. I use to be able refill my prescription thru the app. now since I updated my Android phone I no longer can open the app. it just keeps knocking me out. very disappointed had to uninstall

I can't see or refill my prescriptions. What used to be easy and convenient has now become frustrating but I'm glad to know I am not the only one experiencing an issue. I sent an email to the developer via some link here but I don't know how responsive they are. I guess we'll see.

I was able to sign into my pharmacy account one time after creating it. Now, every time I attempt to sign in I'm told that my account does not exist. Great idea for the app but it's not supported by proper implementation.

Update: I uninstalled and reinatalled the app and it works now. Worked well before 7/19 but doesn't work anymore. Won't let me log in or scan my refills. Keeps giving me error message and no way to troubleshoot or report.

Doesn't, open constantly crashes on Samsung S9+ reporting does nothing! This used to be a good app but not anymore.

Having same log in issue. Message says "ssl connection could not be established". Regular shoprite app working fine along with all my other apps on my device also working.

App won't work at all since last android pie update. I have to call in prescriptions now. It's been at least 2 weeks since update and no attempt to fix it. App is worthless.

app works fine at the moment, however it doesn't really need to exist. the web version worked fine for me for years.... Just one more unnecessary app to clog up my phone.

The app has been working great until today. When I open it I get an error no host available. I can by pass it. But why does this app work for a while then there is trouble again.

This is the worst app I have ever tried to use. It works maybe 1 time a week the rest of time it is down. I can't believe anyone could put garbage like this out and expect us to use it.

What does this say about a large company that refuses to fix an app that has been broken for months. Not even a heads up from the developer to say they are working on it. Terrible customer service.

Was never successful in creating an account. Even though I have a current RX # it kept denying me- saying invalid#. Called pharmacist to see why and they don't know. I was instructed to just call them. What good is having an app when the people it's for just tell you not to use it!

terrible, you changed the format, it's confusing. There was nothing wrong with your old app.

Incompatible with android 9. App crashes when opened. Edit... Works again as of May 2019.

Can't use the app keeps shutting down. no matter how many times I uninstalled and re installed.

Since I updated to Android Pie, this app will not open. Keeps saying it stopped. Please fix!

I got a new Google Pixel 3 and app won't work at all. Always used this App, have to power up old phone to use - worthless!

I just switch over from Walgreens that had no problems with there app now this one keeps crashing so I can't refill my prescriptions. please fix asap thank you

Hasn't worked since the Android Galaxy S9+ update in early March 2019. Currently looking to switch pharmacies to one with a stable mobile app.

crashes all the time. Can't get refills even when it seens to be working.

What you guys did STINKS. You could have a least made the new APP Backward compatible for those of us that have been and are still Valuable customers. Thanks but NO THANKS

Loved the service! Unfortunately, they closed from my local store.

I am trying to login and it keeps saying ssl connection error. I have connection so i dont know why the app wont open.

Confusing. I don't know what will happen when I press any button. Will it order immediately or give me a chance to review before accepting? I won't touch this until I know how it works.

New update works great. Excellent modern look. All features work exactly correct.
