Inmacurate and confusing. I have a hard time navigating this app. It shows me an absurd amount of stores that do not have anything to do with me. To check my list is very confusing and I keep getting notifications of products being back at stock and none of the times it was true. So I'm deleting it because it's just useless at this point.

So far, so good. The app ui is easy to navigate, and my overall experience has been positive. I did have an issue attempting to cancel and item. They ended up sending it and charging me, and it costs to send it back so.. I'm stuck with it.

The best shopping app I've ever used! Not only I get automatic coupon codes, but also getting notified about items coming back to stock. There's an option for a cashback as well, so it's a triple win I guess...

Good Concept but there are some issues. Alot of the times when things go in stock, it sends out the notification too late and you'll miss the restock. For items that are coming in and out of stock really fast, this app doesn't even know. Also, the price is sometimes listed higher on here than the product website for some reason.

I've been using karma even before it changed names from shoptagr. I love being able to compile items in lists but the app doesn't seem to accurately display prices or in-stock status. It doesn't notify me when sales on any of my items occur either. Overall it's great to make wishlists but for me personally it doesn't seem to function properly otherwise. Hope there's a way this can be fixed.

This app is definitely useful, and i will continue to use it, but it is kind of frustrating to use. Like i have a pixel 4 and the only way to go back a page is by swiping the screen, but if I'm on a website through Karma and want to go back a page, it'll just disconnect me from the site i was browsing. Also, most of the times they've said an item was back in stock, it actually wasn't.

I used to get notifications whenever a price went down but since the app changed over I don't get them anymore which completely defeats the point of having the app really. I've checked my settings and it's not those

The app is clunky to use. Not user friendly and almost a chore. You get points on a few stores but not enough for me to go out of my way to activate the app

Saved items as guest, didn't recurrence any notification, remembered I had a previous account, signed in, and all my saved as guests items disappeared, signed out, still can't find them.

Only had the app for 24h but I'm hoping you'll add in more affordable stores and products, there's a lot of high end products that don't even look appealing aestheticaly. Maybe it needs more time to curate to my personal tastes idk

New to Karma. Put a lot of effort in loading with my favorite stores and items, hopefully it will pay off.

I still can't delete stuff even though I was told how to do it. On the app there's no delete item option or when I touch the pic there's no 🗑 icon either. I reinstalled the app and still doesn't show it but on the laptop it does. Update: it still doesn't show on my app.

My orders placed through the app never showed up after the first one which also means I have gotten no cash back. I have $10 worth but need $30 to withdraw and none of my orders come up in my history much less get me any cash back.

I actually like this app so far. I feel like it's practical. Kinda like the honey app but with a wish list. I'd give it 5 stars but I've only been using it a short time so far so I'll reserve that rating for later.

I like karma but sometimes the app doesn't save things even though it says it did. Now I only save things when I am on a computer so I have made it work.

I just downloaded yesterday and was very excited to use it so went to all my wish list items online and pressed to save it and saw a logo saying item saved.after about 20 item went to the app and there was only one item saved!!! Tried then to add items through the website but nothing was saved. So it's not really working. Shame

The app functions well. I really can't give more information than that. I've got items on there but haven't seen any discounts yet. I'll see how it goes.

It's great when you see something you want to buy but haven't got the money there and then, karma is great as it allows me to buy and spread the cost over a period of months. once its sorted out how much a month you will be paying, that will be your 1st payment on the day of your purchase it's all you need to buy and as I have said the rest is spread out to suit you

epic failure. if you leave the app focus just to check anything else and return to app, it loses completely the state you left and reloads as a new session. same reason why you can't go back with the system back

Karma does exactly as it says it will, which i quite refreshing these days full of non-truths. . . But I digress... Karma makes online bargain hunting actually easy and shopping a breeze.

This app is literally the best app I have on my phone. There are so many uses and benefits including money saving coupons and shopping wish lists that help you to buy only things you really want an d need. Everyone needs this all if you shop online at all.

App not working on samsung? Its been great. I've been using the app for awhile, but all of a sudden the app doesn't work. The pop up says " karma keeps stopped" ." "Exit app"and crashes.?

When I click on one of the saved items it doesn't open in Chrome or app it opens in its internal browser! Fix this! Also that browser is bad it doesn't even load up Amazon in browser !

Brilliant. Sent alert to a reduced price item and I purchased!! Very happy!!🙂

Well it's great for letting you know an item is on sale but if you want to pay via Klarna (extended payment terms if your purchase is from a site which offers this), then you can't shop through the Karma website 🤷‍♀️ which seems crazy when I assume that Karma charge these sites for every lead they effectively provide. Doesn't bother me but seems stupid. My comment is as a result of this happening to me and being told by Karma that I can't pay via Klarna (I know they're not the same company)

Keeps popping up all the time during check out, even after ascertaining there is no coupon available. Makes check out slow! It's very annoying.

It doesnt link with any popular companies. You know, like freakin Amazon! And it cant find any of the products im looking for. Im gonna give it another day out of sheer patients but im about to give up on it. Plus I wanted to message them on Twitter about my concerns but the company is so poorly named its all but impossible to search anywhere! Maybe they should rename it "the" to make it a little more confusing.

Great app with a great concept. There is, however, some room for improvement. Many of the images (Neiman Marcus, All Saints) were unable to load. Not all of the prices (All Saints) wouldn't sync either. Lastly, I was unable to click-through to the recommended similar items. These are some issues that end up taking away from the app, but I'm hopeful they'll be resolved soon. I can picture this app becoming a helpful addition to online shopping.
