The app works ok until I try to scan something. It keeps telling me that the license validation failed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I checked my device permissions and the camera is allowed, I looked through all the FAQ and there's no tech support answers there at all. Please help. The scanner is the only way I use the app.

Don't know what's wrong, after the last update it puts my pw in backwards, checked my saved ones and it was reversed. Can't log in no matter what I do. Reset it several times. 🤔😔

Love this app as it allows me to check nutrition values for my type 2 diabetes while making my grocery list. It recently started having a bug with it's camera function and I hope they fix that soon as I use it frequently

The app needs some work. Search function isn't very intuitive. Hard to find stuff on the app, even though it's in store.

Woodman's is a great store with amazing selection and low prices. It's my favorite store for grocery shopping. The app has some issues though. A few times I've set it to delivery, and it says it's in the delivery mode, but no cart appears or option to buy items. It can take a few tries to get it to work. There's an option to add notes for items you pick but I can't enter anything. Some prices (not all) increase slightly but I'm okay with that.

This app definitely needs some work!! Not very user-friendly.. If you accidentally refresh the page while "shopping" it will bring you to a blank page saying "No Results Found" rather than just refreshing the page you're on. It's annoying and time-consuming to have to keep retyping what you're looking for because the page doesn't properly refresh.

Could be better. Drains battery fast, my phone warns me its using 3% per hour. Seems to have to refresh everytime you unlock screen, should keep some local data for when you're in the store with poor service, annoying to have to wait for it to refresh every time my screen times out. Would be better to have an option to view as a text list so you can see more at once. Also a clear list button. Otherwise a nice app.

Many features are frequently unavailable. I want to look through coupons right now but the screen is blank. I would also like to scan every time I go shopping instead of keeping track of every digital coupon I might use. If I do not have an appropriate digital coupon, have the system tell me when I scan. Instead, the register does nothing and the cashiers become irate because I've wasted their time.

The search function for products is nearly worthless. Sometimes it gives you what you want. Other times you have to be less specific and search through many results. Also, the grocery prices are higher if you order for pickup vs just going to the store. Some items are more than 20% more expensive. These higher prices are in addition to a $4.95 fee for ordering online. I wouldn't recommend using this.

Terrible app. While shopping in-store, I noticed that one of the items I was purchasing had a digital coupon available. So I downloaded the app and tried to get this digital coupon to show up somehow. There is simply no way to do this in the app. This functionality doesn't exist in the current app for the in-store purchase/checkout workflow. Heck I even tried to see if this was only applicable to digital orders but I can't seem to get digital work either. Not that I want to order delivery anyway

This app used to be...well...functional. It's awful now. Scanning barcodes to add to shopping lists is gone. Half the time I use scan from the main menu it just gives me the item with no options to do anything with it. Like, I'm not scanning kids medicine to read an electronic copy of the instructions that's already on the label in front of me.

Doesn't always give you the discounts even if you clipped the coupon and it shows in the wallet. I have to mentally keep track of the coupons to make sure I'm getting all the discounts and if not go to customer service where they give some dumb excuse like 'you must have already used it'. Also sometimes it shows a coupon, looks like it clips, but then doesn't go in the wallet and you don't get the discount. Plus the wallet won't always load so you can't even see what's in it.

Complicated, not intuitive. it would be nice if something said "coupons" , but you have to activate them, under "offers", then go to "My account", then "shopper ID" to get the bar code! My phone doesn't get good reception in the store, so, if I don't do it before I get in line, it takes too long. Crazy!

Ver. 1.0.65 updated on me a couple of days ago. Lost the ability to see the aisle # when you searched for an item. I found that the isle is listed if you create a list and add the item to the list then view it. CUMBERSOME! I use to use this feature to create a list on another app so I could sort and arrange to the way I work my way through the store. No back and forth searching through the store. Especially handy in this time of covid - get in and get out quick. UPDATE: AISLE # IS BACK! THANKS.

This is a handy app. I did have 1 issue though and that's why I only gave it 3 stars. When I tried to use it at the check out the bar code is so big the cashier couldn't scan it. He also tried typing the numbers in and it still wouldn't work. I was a little embarrassed holding up the line. Three other people tried to help when finally the lead cashier just gave me the discounts to the coupons I had already clipped in the app. I have a Google Pixel 2XL if that helps you at all.

Terrible since January 2021 update! Previously could find activated offers/coupons easily. Now, once activated, you can't see what you've activated. Shopper ID no longer populates under shopper id icon. Staff in the store could not even navigate the updated app, so I realized it wasn't just me. Digital coupons, when checking out, do not deduct from the total bill. Too many regressions in this update. Needs to be rolled back to previous version or get bugs fixed ASAP & update again.

Nice start, but the app needs work. Just like the stores, they are good, but lacking in a few areas. The selection is tops, the docking style carts are GREAT. WAY too many self checkout lanes. The stores need a remodel. Adding a butcher and deli area ( meijer is a good model). will keep us shopping there. The meat selection is horrible.

This app is extremely frustrating to use. The search engine does not find products reliably, the items in categories are listed in random order instead of alphabetically or by brand name, and there's no way to transfer items from one list to another. Also, there appear to be many items missing from the database, since I'm very familiar with the store's products and I can't find most of my items anywhere in the app.

Latest update has some bugs that need fixing. When you open the app the location screen continues to pop up. My address is on my account so having to continually select a store is a pain. Maybe ask on account set up, with the ability to change location settings, and not EVERY time the app is opened. Its not like it really let's a shopper know if your local store is out of stock on a product. Developer-no this is the only device the app is installed on

UPDATE: thanks to Woodmens App IT's timely response & glitch fix I'm back to 4 stars! PRIOR A week ago I would have given the app 4 stars, even with its tendency to crash. I use it weekly for my shopping lists. Today tho, it's a one star rating. All my lists are blank. When I search items I buy weekly, the app indicates the item is in my list but go to the list and it's blank. I use the lists to help keep my spending in check. Today I'll need to shop off a paper list and hope I stay in budget.

Good, except... It is a POWER HUNGRY HOG. I can enter the store with 100% power on my phone and 20 minutes and half my shopping done, the phone is turning itself off. It isn't as bad IF you do not connect to the stores Wi-Fi, but then you have connection issues as the store is one big dead spot. I don't know what the stores Wi-Fi is looking for when it searches my phone but it drains the battery FAST.

I use this app primarily to find stuff in the store. It does an excellent job!!! The shopping 🛒 carts actually have a small cradle to hold your smart phone which provides a great viewing angle as you navigate through the aisles. A shopping cart with a "GPS" to find groceries.

After I close the app and reopen I lose all my past order history. I have to reinstall to add to my order every. Single. Time. Annoying. Update did not fix this. Clearing cache works, but as soon as I close the app, same problem. I go back and my cart has disappeared and I have to clear cache again, relog in, pick my store, etc. Just as time consuming as uninstalling and reinstall....

my only concern is that I shop at Woodman's every week we should be able to use the same coupons for the same items every week if they are available. When I use your app and clip a coupon one week, the next week i try to get the same thing the app says that the coupon is already clipped, should be able to use every time not once, if the item has a coupon available.

I find it ridiculous that you inflate your prices for store pick ups. I certainly understand paying a fee or even % of an order when doing pick ups as they are a convenience. You should be more transparent in how you charge for pick ups, hiding it in the price is not the answer. This really makes me want to go somewhere like Walmart instead and I really don't like Walmart. I will say besides finding this out recently, my wife and I really like Woodman's. I hope you change your policy.

Got the updated app. Shopping cart has disappeared completely no way to add items to a cart. I love woodman's been shopping there for 25 years. I've used their old version of the app. The roll out has been disastrous. I think maybe Phil Woodman should pay an actual app developer instead of his IT people to create one. Maybe a little more time spent actually cataloging items with pictures and making them searchable rather than worrying about how a grocery cart is sorted.

Unless you put in the exact word of an item it doesn't show up as around even though I've done this while looking at an item and omitting a word. It's very overall bad of an app and doesn't offer anything even while signed in and is pointless

App has gotten much better over time, I rarely see any bugs now. And the store notification process for pickup works really well each time. No more needing to call the store directly. In-app feedback from staff on order substitutions is a really cool recent feature!
