After navigating in the app for a couple of minutes all of the sudden it takes me back to the main page, I was trying to make a payment more then 5 times and it took me back to the homepage after a few minutes even when trying to do it quickly just placed the order on there website instead. Really annoying experience with the app needs better optimization honestly

Hard to navigate. Sometimes I get notified about sales or new releases ON THE APP and it takes me to the link on my web browser... I didn't get the app just to open links on another app that's even harder to navigate. Also there's not that many sales and when there are, its the same few brands I or probably most people don't like. In addition, I ordered shoes for someone last year and never got the reward points for it. My biggest issue is the links, however.

Had this app for a month. It wouldn't let me make an account(for a month). It kept saying try again later(for amonth!). It wouldn't let me enter through rewards with my phone number (for a month!!!) even though i am a reward member!!! So annoying, just uninstalled. No point to have a app that you have to check in as a guest. Might as well go to website!

Lame excuse of an app. The UI is average, not confusing; but there is so much lag. This isnt even a proper app, it just uses the website instead. It does have a useful feature in which you can check if a shoe is in stock at your nearest WSS.

This app is horrible I cant shop from the app because I have things in my cart I cant remove and it says my total is almost $400 when I have to pairs of $20 shoes. Also it never gives me any of my rewards makes me not wat to shop at the store at all. I love the convenience of online shopping when things work the way they are supposed too but this hasn't ever worked for me since I downloaded it it's been probally close to a year and same problems.

Always says I do not have internet connection when I'm on Wi-Fi. Doesn't update points. I'm missing 81 points on the app and will not update despite contacting customer service. Does not filter items correctly. Please, just move the rewards to the online account because this app is a waste of time.

App won't let me see my cart. I can add items to my cart but to actually view my cart and buy them, it doesn't work. App just kicks me out and starts itself over. I uninstalled it just to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong. And of course I'm not. It's just a bad app. Permanently uninstalled and going to your competition, DSW.

A pair of nikes are stuck in my cart and when I try and add something new that I actually want to purchase it will not appear. Although I see a little message that appears at the bottom of the app that says "Item Added to Cart". Waste of time and effort.

I downloaded the app and every time I open it it starts to flash and glitch. I never received my 125 points for downloading the app and I waited 2 months. Truly disappointed in their app and false advertisement. I will be uninstalling and never reinstalling. Such a waste of time.

ShopWSS continues to send $30-$35 hats in plastic bags. I've given feedback to ship in a box but it falls on deaf ears. I would avoid ordering hats from this store. The most recent hat I ordered arrived with a punctured poly mailer bag, the hat was heavily stained, and the bill was bent

It's a good app and all, but when you try out the filters on certain products such as choosing brands, colors or genders it keeps saying "No items available" when it clearly shows all the items that are in stock

it doesn't let me log into my account or check my rewards. keeps saying I have the wrong password and I keep changing it to try to log in and it still doesn't let me. so frustrating to have to call the customer service to check rewards not to mention the pain in the neck it is to not be able to shop over the app

app sucks! it does not give your points when you purchase. It freezes up all the time it really does suck it frustrates me to the point that I end up ordering somewhere else.

What's the hell is wrong with this app you can't delete nothing from your cart can't order anything it keeps telling you that the address is invalid this is one of the worst apps I think it is on the Android market it never works I can't even order anything from this app. Wss FIX THIS APP!!!

I rerurned some shoes that did not fit in stores WITH a receipt and wanted my cash back but she gave me a gift card. I specifically asked the girl that i needed to order the shoes online since it was in stock online, and she said that was fine that i could order them online and pay with a card. So I went home was checking out and surprise.... the website and app DO NOT ACCEPT GIFT CARDS. This is the 1st store that wont accept their own gift cards online. Annoying!

For some reason it doesn't let me sign in even when I change the passwords many times on the website, it always says my username or password is invalid. Yet I can sign in on the website on Chrome which doesn't make sense. I am very disappointed, they should really fix this.

False advertisment, the only reason I downloaded this app was because of the 125 points wich I never got, at the store they told me to wait up to 72 hours but its been a week already and nothing shows up, dowloading this app is a waste of your time and a waste of space in your phone.

Never adds up my rewards and whenever I order stuff its stays in my cart for a week or two so I can't order other items. Also you can't pick in store pickup which makes you have to pick delivery which costs more and takes longer.

HORRIBLE! I ordered sneakers last week and they still haven't shipped. I asked them to cancel order 1 day after order was placed and no they can't do that. WHY???!!! You have had plenty of time. WILL NEVER order from here again.

thia is app is pure garbage, never received the points i was suppose to get. the app has been glitchy the entire time. tried downloading it multiple times, and still it does not work.

You need to fix your app I just put an order in and you guys took out of my bank $220.94 and didn't get my order then customer service is very poor they just tell you they will call you back when they get an email they don't send you to a department that can help you with your order. This is fraud your taking money without the order going in.

It never allows me to sign in or create new account. I stopped shopping this store due to app over 3 years ago and tried ago just now and I'm still having same issue. I Give up.

FIX this app please! I've downloaded and deleted this app more than 15 times! In a time span of a week. I try to load the app but it stays on the logo screen and NEVER loads.. I'm trying to view my order bc the WSS website also has ISSUES showing me what I just ordered.

I use this app to see my reward amt. But if I dont go on the app for a while. It'll glitch on me and I'll have to uninstall it and reinstall it to log in again. I've done that for at least 5 times already. Including right now, so 6th time....

I don't like the app because loading...... show up Everytime i scroll up and it is get annoying i wish i can put a screenshot of it to show you. I recommend you not getting it a waste of your time. wish can give it a zero

I ordered 7 times from them. Three got shipped with no carton packed to protect the shoes box. Four of them got cancelled without sending me any cancelling information, while they have the stock on their website. They tell me they don't serve customers in Oregon any more coz too many people shipped there. Fine, wss, I would never order from you again.

App doesn't work Glitchy all the time ,try to download many times does the same thing can't even see my points. Still doesn't work

I found a great pair of shoes, but it TOOK FOREVER to navigate your horrible App!!!!!! Never did get that "Save $15" coupon, but I was happy with the price of the shoes!

horrible app!!! didn't receive points for adding app. doesn't load. keeps glitching. didn't get points for shoes i bought on line. all bad!!

Uninstalled & reinstalled several times...still not working! Can't see rewards, can't find stores...like really WSS? Y'all wasted money on this app if u weren't even going to update & fix glitches! Last update June 10, 2018? It's almost June again...get it together WSS!
