5 star for the product quality. But the app needs some updates. 1. Keep the scroll page where it was left before, otherwise have to go through the items all over again 2. Request option needed 3. Rating and review option is not easily accessible. 4. Catagory - wise search is not so convenient. ..best wishes to the team. Keep updating the latest items
I had a very bad experience with them. They didn’t deliver my order in 10 days and then I had to call them several times to know the update of the order and finally I had to cancel the order. They did not even bother to call me when they failed to process my order though I paid them upfront. Some of my friends had similar experience too. So, I DON'T recommend them to anyone.
Everytime i open this app it says Internet connection not available. But i always open this app with data on. Plz help me.
this app doesn't work properly in my Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G. Can't type email address, password.

And I am their truest and most loyal customer. Because they are the authentic brand. I have never experienced any negative service from them. When a product is out of stock, an option to request for stock will be very helpful for consumers, also it would allow the producers to know about the demand of consumers and respond accordingly. Hence, an option for request stock would be very appreciable.

I'm not commenting about their service. But the app seems having some bug. I've ordered through the app. Checked out and everything done but the order doesn't show in my order section. So I'm completely unaware whether the order has been received/processed or not.
