Short project planning

The program objective is to enable you to plan your projects on your mobile phone, or tablet, and so have them always with you and can immediately see the consequences of problems during the course of projects.
Planning is made from the decomposition of project work in tasks, the estimated duration of tasks and links between tasks. The results are presented in the form of tables (beginnings and ends of tasks, margins ...), a Gantt chart and a dependency diagram.

This program is especially designed for projects of limited size and short duration, typically a few days. Task durations are entered in hours and fractions of hours (you can even go up to a precision of one minute), work days and schedules are managed, and the Gantt chart has been adapted to show the working ranges.

Specifically designed for a phone, the main objectives of program are to simplify data entry and to clearly present the results. No compatibility with other project management software has been searched. More I introduced concepts that are found rarely in other programs such as the essential tasks and events distinct of tasks. Also for delays, you can define delays in working time, and delays in elapsed time.

The mandatory information is minimized and filled by default, but it nevertheless allows to completely plan a project.

In addition fields have been provided to allow you to record other information.

Finally, to simplify the definition of the calendar, you will find a mechanism for taking account of holidays that I have not seen in other software.

Results are presented as a Gantt chart, a dependencies diagram and tables: tasks groups events with begin and end, margins (free and total), workloads, responsibles. You will be able to create pdf files containing all or part of these results and save them in the mobile extended memory (program private or public).

Project data will be saved as an XML file in the mobile extended memory (program private or public).

Export functions will allow you to manage data and results files in extended memory, and save them to the cloud (or print) through specialized applications of your mobile. And you can then reimport the data files from the "cloud" with the help of your specialized applications.
