I am based in the UK. When I first got it - everything workt perfectly. Then I renewed it after some longer period and I am paying 14.99€ some bits were working. This month nothing works - yet the money was taken. Also, for some reason, when I want to cancel subscription it takes me to google play, yet It doesn't appear that I am paying from google apps but dorectly from my bank card - so I can't even cancel service I can't watch!
Installed it on my Android box, but the content does not play. Gonna switch on Viasat. Edit: Viasat app doesn't have a problem with "uncertified" devices. If you let Google to pick the customers for you, then so be it..
I use shortcut on tv and mobile, recently(after the new update) I've been expieriencing alot of freezing(espacially in the evenings) is it due to people watching alot and the servers going down? If not please add the change quality button, because i have never had this problem before. And how come the only two channels that work in evening normally is ltv1 and ltv7, not even archive or any shows is buffering except for those two. In all i like the app, just that the new update is a bit annoying
Subscribed to the service. Next day got a call from an unknown number. The caller said that he is from tet and they need my personal id number. I got suspicious. Why would they need my personal id number. No other subscription service asks for such info. Asked to send me an email. They refused. I ended the call. Wrote an email to tet support to verify that the call was really from tet. Got no response, and next day my subscription was canceled.
Not supporting Android TV 10. The image gets stuck and nothing. Also in tet.lv store, it shows that TV with Android 10 supports tet+, but that is false information. As tested on 4 devices running android 10 and android tv 10 nothing. Android tv and android 9 all work. I guess developers are sleeping.
App just don't work. Can't play anything - TV archive, live TV or movies. It just how's black screen with 'play' button. I can click it as many times as I want, nothing happens.
Would love to see language preferences propagated to the UI. Would also like the indicator that would show whether a movie / TV show is covered by current subscription. Lastly the dark UI that would not blind me in the middle of the night could be a great addition to this app
Orly, phone calls access to play video as authorised user? Someone has lost his/her mind! Netflix, twitch, youtube, tidal could do this without additional permissions, but this thing can't? Changing names - 1, providing adequate services - 0. Will use this service only inside the browser with maximal amount of ad/tracker blockers. Can't be trusted.

I’m in the Uk. For the first time decided to subscribe for tet+. Money was taken from my Apple Pay straight away but nothing worked. I was trying on every single device I got at home- iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Samsung tablet, Microsoft surface, normal Microsoft pc. Literally it won’t work on none of these. Lucky I managed to cancel subscription through my PayPal, let’s see if they will refund me the £8.45 I paid. Sort it out tet+
Teribble costumer service!!! I been using this app for few months , but two months ago its stopped working so I contacted shortcut.lv help center they never helped me ! Asked for information like 3 times and then disappeared. Taking money for service what doesn't work. App still doesn't work paid today and again the same . Google play helped with refund as this app don't do nothing for costumers.
Application crashes at start.
Freezes constantly, can't change the video quality. The shortcut.lv website works much better. Reinstall doesn't help. Tet should be able to develop a better app...
Chose this service specifically for game of thrones. This part is all good. Received my first episode on time and in good quality. BUT wanted to check out film captain marvel. I wrote in search marvel and it found only one TV show of marvel , no single film, not even old one or any.
Movie selection is somewhat random and low production value. Enough gems to keep you busy for some time, unless you already saw them in cinema but once you go trough them, nothing much left to watch apart from tv shows.
Crashes and errors about too much sessions when only one video is running. Split screen functionality unusable without workarounds.
Loads of bugs to fix. Sudden freezings. Don't know the reason is WiFi connection or the app. Can't change quality from hd to lower.
Unable to cope with any kind of data request. Freezing all over. No customer service or technical support available. Basically - pay your money and hope it works...it doesn't.
Can't use this app because it wants permissions to make or manage phone calls. Permissions should always be optional not mandatory or at least with info - why they are needed. Netflix does this as optional permission so should this app
Barely can find Latvian movie which has English subtitles. Mostly only cartoons has subtitles. Why you're so much gatekeeping Latvian culture and history and don't want to share it with non Latvians? I installed the app for a reason, to improve my language which I still want to learn and speak but you guys completely ruined my mood. Please hire intelligent people.
Slow loading app.Crashes without understandable reason.Sometimes you need to load app several times to get working.Airplay function disabled. In one word bad experience.

Works very badly! Often says No internet.connection! Archive very often not working. GO 3 works perfectly at the same time!
App regularly crashes on Philips Android TV
Not working at all....Not connecting....and I have just paid for it... What a waste of money. Feeling very disappointed.
Quality shows/movies have terrible russian translation over them without possibility to listed original language
Used only TV (not movies and premiere). Sound volume on phone is too small. On android box it's OK, because you can add volume on TV. Application sometimes hangs up and showing "error-try reopening". Helps only closing and reopening the app. When in full screen on phone, rotation is not good - it would be better to have one direction only like most iptv player apps - now, when you put phone on table and touch it little bit, video rotates by 180 degrees - it's really annoying.
