Shortpedia - News, Short News In Hindi & English

It's a great UI concept that has been introduced in the app. I would suggest, 1. The bookmark is better off by making the heading of the news clickable so as to bookmark it rather than a separate button for bookmark. 2. The Discover section needs some changes in the UI with respect to how the 4 options under "Topics" are presented. Bookmark option is too tiny to notice. 3. Option for the user to set which news they want to see more. Or say, block the news related to a country appearing frequent

Not sure about others but the audio isn't playing in my phone. The popup arises and shows text playing and then it stops there and then the complete window hangs and also the popup of audio is not adjustable so that by the time if it is taking time to play I can atleast read the news myself. Despite installing twice it is not working. It is same as other apps available on play store.

It's a very good app for knowledge of world with listening & reading feature with only main points no irrelevant or unwanted content. But there is one negative point it takes much time to load Although i would like to say a good app for reading instead of newspaper & U will find more interesting features in it after installing So from my opinion u can install it, u will find informative content.

Earlier I had given this app 4 star rating because I liked it's UI. But recently I had found some problem with this app 1) There is very limited content compared to its other competitors. 2) It takes too much time to load whenever you click on notification. 3) And recently this app crashes many times. If they sort this issues I am happy to give them 5 ⭐ rating again.

Was happy to have found an alternative to inshorts because of their excessive page 3 news. Unfortunately shortpedia fell short of credibility. You already show the short news in the app but when I want to read more, what's the point in directing it again to your site rather than a credible news souce? Also I have observed that whenever they do redirect to another site it is always Zee news. I don't know if you are getting paid by them but only showing news from one website isn't exactly unbiased

The scroll up feature doesn't work 90% of the times.. I had to scroll up from the bottom of the screen all the way to the top for it to show the next news. Fix this as its a basic feature

After using this app for 1 day, I can say that this app is really good. The only problm is the limited content. Whenever I refresh my feed, I hope to see something new, but all I see is the repetition of whatever I had already read. Hope this problem gets resolved. I really like this app!

Finally I get a best news app after un-installation of 17 outdated news app. I saved my time also having a valuable information over here as compared. Short, Valuable and freshly updated content really saves time & very impressive. Specially your voice features and news contents are awesome.... I'll give 5/5..

This is a very good application, recommended everyone to download this app, basically the person who are civil service aspirant,and any competitive exam aspirant , this app is very useful for them. The main interested things is that the voice feature, clear voice and pronunciation.5*

Has clean UI and good content. Not giving 5 stars because app takes a long time to load and it doesn't utilizes the RAM properly as clicking on a different notification causes the app to load again.

Very good app.......infact since I tried most app.....its content is good.....if you include the important video news section in app as well as local shortopedia news section, I will definitely give 5 star to it. 👍 Local news shortopedia is very important and none any app developer yet not includes it?

Very good app. New good looking but simple UI. Liked the way all the buttons are arranged. Liked the way the news is presented. Liked the way how info about corona is presented. Keep ap the good work.

thanx for adding the night mode .. here i updated my ratings as well .. P.S. i want to suggest , try having a swipe gesture if one wants to know the whole news something like inshorts .. that would be really useful to the user .. its hard to find where to look for the full news

it's a great app for keeping abreast with news on the run. News is in short which suits my needs who is running against time . the vocal news is marvelous which sets it apart from the othe famous app " in short".

Satisfied with this news app, specially because it does not show up anti-government news all the time, unlike many new applications do. News are also relevant and forces me to dig down until I finish the feed.

Your application is good. Your content also good and your audio quality also good. But I want more improvement and you will work harder on it. I believe in your team.

Better app than inshorts. Inshorts app contain so much bollywood and political news. But this app has far better content. Only thing is less no of shorts are given daily. It would be better if more good content is added. Further adding dark mode shall not be a bad option.

In content selection this app deserves full marks, recommended news app if user need to grab daily news in short spam of time. Audio feature is okay but need few improvement. fast news in hindi as compare to other news app like times of india...I was toi news user but now preferring short content over full news reading. Please add some features like dark mode.

So far the best news reading app i met with is shortpedia that gives you important and short news to keep you updated with current affairs ,the only suggestion i would like to give you is that new updates doesnt allow you access with slow internet speed and error comes of retry

Good stuff for news reader....much better than news in inshorts or any other short news app....keep posting good news for readers....I really like the news selection from editor.....relevant content for news reader....

Good application but need many fixes...I noticed- 1. If US is written then it pronounces as us 2. After one news ends the silent time is little bit long. 3. I found one spelling mistake in a news. Paytm was written as Patym (found in the news about onboard shopping experience in indian train)

To know about information around the world is good, but only in two languages that to developer created languages. it's not fair no one has time to read full article in this world and also included all the news at once it's repeating same after 20mins also

Earlier its UI was better than it is now because if I want to share the news card from shortpedia to other apps, earlier it would share to other apps but now it just shows the option "share with friends" but doesn't share the news card.

its all are good but you should improve your application opening speed , we want to when we start your app that after take a long time to open , you can solve this , otherwise fantastic , very easy to use , mindblowing.

super app for reading news .It would be even better if it was like translating into other languages ​ as soon as you touch on the words

Pathetic UX, congested UI, unnecessary buttons, too much generalisation. Of course, if I'm an Indian then I HAVE to be interested in Bollywood. It has to be my only entertainment.
