UI was massively improved with the latest update, app is now in my preferred apps list.
Constantly loses signal and pauses itself, all the while i have four or five bars of signal. I thought maybe the ad server was interfering with the music and paid for the premium version. Still drops signal constantly. Too bad, because during the 25 percent of the time in which it actually works, the sound and variety of soundcast stations are great.
Almost perfectly fine. The app works fine except for one really bad bug. After connecting to a radio station once, connecting to any thereafter will cause a split second of the sound to play at absolute max volume. This even cuts through your system volume setting, so if you mute your volume you still get a split second of eardrum tearing sound blast. It's infuriating. Of course the solution is take out your earphones every time you connect to a radio station. Weird bug. Otherwise fine.
It is impressive and rare to see such an unstable app in these days.. If the app starts, it crashes on the most miniscule things, like orientation change, screen dimming, charger plug in, cause it wants to, because its blood moon or even if it doesn't want to... And yes I have cleared cache and data, I have force stopped it and yes I did turn my phone off and on again... And no it didn't help
Great app for old time radio or any streaming internet situations. Nice interface, it like shoutcast on winamp except it has a better ui. However it crashes daily not sure why. Nothing issue( it's the same with winamp so it's not the apps fault) often what it has is currently playing isn't.
A really nice app. since the winamp discontinued. i am using this app. and it works really well and also has all radio from shoutcast. and the other feature i like about this app is the ability to add third party radio stations. Must a have app.
Nice work team the problem was with my play services. i cleared the cache and data feom play services now it is working fine. App is crashing on my phone,but working on others. don't know why. once it is updated i will update my review. Really nice internet radio for shoutcast stations.
Its alright. Has some stations i like but several stations this doesnt have which shoucast does. Also has issues timing out when flipping between streams. Often needs ,Force Stop when the app hangs while connecting to another stream if there,is,,currently a,stream playing.
A great way to access SHOUTcast streams. Still minor issues using with android auto and I wish there were some customization options, but it works well and is solid. Looking forward to more updates.
Genre buttons freeze very often. You have to close reopen app to be able to pick different genre. Every 3rd stream comes with error ' stream just finished'. Volume gets reset to low every time you change stream. Cant give it more than 1 star.
App stops playing when changing orientation on my phone as well, otherwise it seems like it could be a great app if that were fixed. I'll update rating if/when it is fixed.
Good app but the recent update has bugs. Unable to navigate into genres and radio station names not showing on favourites and search result tiles.
I sooo love this app music from all over the world You can tune into any vibe only problem sometimes the radio station does not play sometimes it skips but if you have great Wi-Fi or connection it will play all the way through
Good streamer. UI is un-appealing controls are fussy, small and out of reach when you need them.
Checked again after Dev response. The updated version works absolutely flawlessly. Now the app deserves five stars. Also, kudos to the Dev for fixing whatever prevented the app from working at first.
Excellent except they interupted playback in the middle of the night to ask for feedback while I was trying to go to sleep.
This app is amazing! The number of radio stations is the most I've seen.I find stations that I didn't know existed! Thank-you.
The notification for this app remains in your notification tray forever. That is how much it loves you. But sorry I am not ready for a relationship. Bye.
This app is ok. One complaint Is if you pay for premium and have to reset your phone and reinstall this app then the premium is gone and they want you to pay again.
This is the best Shoutcast app i have ever seen. Keep it up. I am using this ap for last one year but i don't know why it got changed to the different package name.
The station names don't display correctly, are partly obscured by the abstract tiles, so I have no idea which station I am selecting... Uninstalling 🤔
...the only problem I found is I cant make the station favorite, instead I have to go all the way with the same process...with that I will give you 5 stars...thank you
I love that playback won't stop when the app loses focus. 4 stars because I would love to see the name of what's being played 😉
NEEDS MUCH IMPROVEMENT IN THE (JAZZ) Deptmt.Llke adding a lot of (Straight-Ahead Classical)jazz.Or more from 1920's-1970's. and Not adding too much of that Smooth jazz stuff!
Use to be glitchy. But now, seems to be working fine. Thank you for the developer's response. I actually forgot writing this review because it was back in 2021. But apparently the audio was glitchy when I wrote a 3 star review on 2021 but I did just use it the other day coincidentally, and it seems to be working pretty good!
