I had been unable to get into my account for a while through the app, and then later when I tried the website that was also a bust. Frustrated, I emailed customer service and was pleasantly surprised that they quickly got back to me with a solution (my account, though set up years ago, was not set up correctly online, and I was unable to log in for that reason). Thank you, customer service, for reloading the free movie ticket I had missed out on while unable to get into my account (I tried a bunch of times since August)! Now that I'm finally back in my account, I can now see that the app does look much nicer since the updates. To all of you having the same issues I did - email customer service! :)
This app is not very user-friendly so far. It's not intuitive to see that you have to scroll to the side to see new dates. I saw the first drive-in movie listed, the others are weeks ahead so it looked like only the first one was available for purchase. By the time I noticed you could slide it several days/weeks later, the later shows were already sold out. Very frustrating. Also many forms don't work well on Android, with the keyboard up, menus/ads take up whole screen, cant see what i typed.
Really like this app. It's actually far easier than using their website to view showings and get tickets. Also allows you to pre order food.
Great app I ordered my *ppv tickets events from the app,it easy process I also order food showcase is very pricey so look fo *ppv event you'll save money & who else doesn't like to go out & feel normal.
I love it. It's pretty straightforward. I love the way the movie theater look and I'm making points so 10/10
Great app. Everything you need for the movies all in one spot - tickets, food, drinks....
Easy to use and check out. I like the option to purchase advance food and popcorn so I don't have to wait in line when I get to the theater
Terrible! Not at all user friendly, no ability to redeem rewards via the app and they don't even have a generated QR code of the Starpass card available for guests and their own agents to view. Showcase is years behind AMC in their app development. Don't bother downloading until Showcase fixes all of the these issues. If you have this app and are encountering similar issues make sure to let Showcase know directly via the "leave feedback" tab in the upper right hand corner.
App is not working, every movie, theater and time gives page not found error. No way to chat or call support, now I wait for then to email me back hoping it's before the movie sells out. Why isn't this integrated with the regular site or Fandango so I can just chose to use my membership rather than this app.
This app is a piece of garbage.... thats me being nice. I have tried countless times since Christmas to use my gift card and/or a credit card to purchase tickets and each and every time the transaction will not process and i have to go to theatre to purchase tickets. What a colossal waste of my time. My real rating of this app...negative 10
I would be careful when choosing to use this service. This service is powered by Sinemia who had cancelled a large number of accounts for "fraudulent activity" (my mother's and mine included). I have been waiting 6 days to hear back from customer service about a refund or reinstatement. They are also well known for undisclosed fees. When we first purchased the service for a full year in advance, they did not disclose the "ATM" fees or the "processing charge." Be safe when choosing this service
Good app. Let's you see all the theaters and showtimes and lets you pick your seats. You can even pre-order snacks. You can connect your rewards account to it, so you get bonuses. All in all, a good experience.
I love purchasing tickets here but I wish they would have a refund button or a customer service button. In case there are any issues or errors. I just purchased tickets and it glitched and I got charged twice. Someone help please!!!
Super easy to reserve seats and buy food for pickup on your way in.

I'm not clear on what this app is used for. It doesn't show upcoming movies or even current movies. Nor does it allow me to purchase tickets. I can change my account info though!
Can't login. Didn't sync with online registration or purchases. Won't recognize my username or password from online login. And even though I have it permission to access my current location, seems to think i live in a different state.
Pros: Very convenient to buy tickets in advance instead of logging onto a computer. Cons: The app boots you out sometimes & sometimes there are difficulties printing them at the cinemas
I have been going to my local Showcase for decades now. The app works perfectly all the time and it's way quicker buying my tickets on the app than anywhere else.
Easy to use and very convenient.
Unable to change seats after purchase, getting a refund is impossible through the app or via email, you have to call the Box office. Multiple errors when trying to book.
App keeps crashing. Next to impossible to search for other local Showcase theaters. Constant problems signing into my account.
Buying tickets is super easy, no need to fish through my email for the ticket's QR code because it's in the app, and it links to my Starpass membership so I automatically contribute to my rewards.
I think it's okay. Except you can't use it with a free ticket and I still have no idea what the points I'm earning are for. When you get a free ticket you can't even use it on a new release.
This used to be a great ap. Never had a problem until today. I have no idea if I just purchased tickets or not. I have no confirmation email. No tickets, but they charged my card. Be careful!
will not let me use my rewards towards my purchases. reason I used to love this app was because I could use my rewards through the app and not have to go in person to the theater to use them.
This is Sinemia powered app!!! Never did I violate any terms of agreement, and suddenly my account was cancelled. With no explanation or response from customer service. I am against those whom wrongfully use products out of their true intent, but also greatly against companies who do not supply what was offered! I will not stay quiet and will write in all pages possible and to @Natocinemas and @Cinemacon, unless you fufill your end.
app wont load. it opens and I cant do anything. it keeps telling me I have no internet connection when I clearly do, in wifi or not.
Worst app ever. The older app worked better. This one won't let me sign in with my account, it is forcing me to make a new account
This Showcase Cinema is really easy to use and better than Fandango. You can set a "home" theater so it always opens to it, no fee ... so much better than Fandango. Rewards money can be used for concessions and they are earned faster than Fandango.
