When I click on app to give showing feedback it keeps asking me to install. Then once I click on install it shows just the appointment anno feedback report. This is a change in the past month .I like to do thefeedvack ASAP and this had always been a quick way to enter. Not anymore m

Won't let me create profile as it doesn't recognize my credentials. Can't unsubscribe from continuous emails because it says I have to login to my profile, which I can't even create.

When a listing broker needs to send a quick note to a broker who is scheduled to show their listing it should be a smooth, quick and easy process. This app makes it an act of God to perform such a small miracle. Gees Louise

Completely dreadful app that makes Google Calendar mandatory and doesn't support Outlook as a choice for default. No excuse for that whatsoever. . Barring entry to showings is not helpful.

The idea behind a showing app is great. Unfortunately, it is barely functional if your intention is to use it as a primary tool for listings. The app has no memory, so if you multitask or back out of it unintentionally (because it doesn't follow basic Android UI convention), it will restart. If you have 30 showings scheduled, you have to scroll forever to get to new ones for approval (no filtering or hiding), and there's no way to broadcast updates to all scheduled showings.

Don't expect this app to function well. Full of quirks that can stop you cold at the most inopportune times. You'll have to relog into the MLS everytime you move between different apps. The update sends you in endless circles. Etc. Etc. It will book your showings if it's not down and get you there unless it locks up and you need to restart your phone. Yet...what else is there to use.

It seems like ever since the update the app stopped working. It just stays stuck in the blue screen. Tried reinstalling and reaching out to technical support and they said it's system wide but my business partner can use his. If it's system wide why wasn't an email or notification sent out to all accounts? The issue has still not been resolved and I still can not book showings for all of my clients.

Edit: Can't create cart from app. Can't share/text showings from app.+++++++++++ Honestly not bad. Desperately needs option to add showings already booked individually to a ShowingCart, and also the ability to text showings/ShowingCart tours/links to clients. And both of those need to be easy to do from the phone app. No one wants to go find an email link on the road. Edit: also, sending tour details should auto-fill Buyers info, with option to add others. Also, more than one buyer on a tour.

In the last 3 months this app has continuously froze up upon the login process. I've reinstall the app and replaced phones with no success. This has become a massive concern as it' a major tool in our region to show houses. I expect it to be replaced if things don't get addressed. I'm questioning if it's primarily an Android issue (Note 20). The company that acquired showingtime shows little respect for Android on it's major platform, letting video tours only work for its IOS users

I like this app. It's user-friendly, and you can manage the whole listing-showing experience right on your phone. 😎

I can never log in. Always told my password is incorrect no matter how many times I uninstall, shut down phone, restart phone, and try to log in with the correct credentials. Embarrassing when trying to access on the road with clients. I do not recommend ...just bring your laptop and avoid the frustration.

I'm updating my review because the app is now running smoothly. It took three times to download and undownload.

App crashes more times than it works. This must have been created by a group of high school kids for their senior project.

Zero stars. This is the app that is our #1 resource for showing homes as a Realtor? No wonder Redfin and Zillow are crushing it. This outdated, clunky app can't even handle switching between windows. Close it down and you will have to start over, it constantly freezes or crashes (especially when I am with clients) honestly my realtor fees are a waste of money for this lazy tech.

Doesn't work anymore. When I login it just turns blue and nothing happens. It's completely useless! I had to do the system update on my phone a week or so ago. Not sure if that's causing the issue but this is the only app that's not working. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Won't even allow me to install it. Stalls at the install. Update: after troubleshooting I was able to download. Works slick.

Wished I'd read the comments. On with help desk for an hour and they couldn't help me log in. Finally reset my phone thinking that would help and the app STILL WON'T OPEN!!! I'm very frustrated. UPDATE: Keith from customer service called me about 20 minutes after this review and told me it was fixed on their end and I should now be able to log on, which I could. Grateful for the help but still wishing for transparency when you contact the help desk. If there's a problem let us know up front.

This app only helps the realtor. I am a seller. Realtors make appointments and don't show up. We have an opportunity to decline through this app but they don't use it. When they show up they don't let you know if they have left the property or not. The app is confusing when you want to decline because of a certain time a realtor gives you. Every time I decline and offer a different time, I hear no response from the Realtors. I don't know if they're coming or not. I am exhausted from staging my house every time a realtor wants to show my house and they don't show up. I think the app has good intentions but the Realtors don't follow up.

Worst app ever used. Not functioning at all. Web access equally bad. Was only able to login using incognito mode in browser. Server error in any other attempts to login (web or app). Calendar sync worked for once and all additional confirmed showing never updates.

I use this almost daily and its great. Except for when leaving a feedback review. To correct an error you have to erase everthing back to it and retype. It will not let you move the curser to the area you want to correct or backspace.

Tried using the app as a last resort when my PC wasn't able to connect to the internet and using my phone browser blocked parts of pages. Stuck on the log in screen in and endless loop. Tried a proper support message but the screen went blank every time until I was reduced to only writing "help!"

App is absolutely terrible. It worked up until about a month ago. Now it just sits frozen after It logs me in. Can't leave any feedback from it. I'm going to get rid of it again off my phone and not re-install. I'll just schedule showings a different way.

This app doesn't work and reports server error. It looks like this version is outdated or non-functional. MyHome app seems to be the current version and may be the one you are looking for. Very confusing....
