Love showpo website. App is very glitchy - please fix! Makes you scroll through everything at least 3 times. Clothes just keep repeating the same thing as you look through. Cant add anything thing to your wishlist by pressing the heart. Have to go into your clothing choice and add to wishlist manually. Filters dont work - keeps coming up with the wrong sizes.
Filters dont work. Input a size and the app completely ignores the request and forces you to scroll through thousands of articles that arent in your size. App lags like crazy due to infinite scroll, constantly shows an entire page of clothing you've just scrolled past as well, looked at page 2 about 4 times now. At this rate itll be 2021 by the time I browse through just the dresses. Useless. Have to delete.
Terrible app. The size filters don't work, it will show clothes that don't come in the size I've selected. After scrolling for a while, the content repeats itself. I'll see the same clothes over and over again even though I'm scrolling down and I know I haven't seen all the results.
I love the review system, and the plus size model photos. However, the filters only work through the 'clothing' category, they tend to not apply when I go though the 'new in' category. Also, as i'm scrolling downwards the same products keep repeating themselves, it's annoying.
Slow app and misleading discount When 20% discount applied for downloading the app it removes free shipping and therefore saves $3 instead of $10 in my case. Small amount but disappointing and unnecessary experience. Tip- make your discount less so you don't need to add back shipping. The psychology of discounts is having a little win, you can do this with 10% just as much as 20.
The app CONSTANTLY glitches by showing the same 30 items over and over and over despite saying it has hundreds of items matching your search. I seriously havent been able to make another purchase with them because I can't even see the items they have available. Unfortunately, this app is really frustrating. ☹️
Always amazing quality! The team is very, very helpful when it's needed. Only thing is the app freezing and repeating over and over the same products instead of loading what you haven't see yet. Otherwise perfect ♡
I was told if i downloaded the app i would get a discount. I signed up, gave all my information, read the discount email completely it says nothing about exclusions. I got all the way to the end only to find out that my $155 purchase was not eligible. The coupon was for 15% off 150 or 10% off for new downloaded app. Neither coupon worked. Dont waste your time downloading.
Every time I try to check the shipping options the app glitches really bad until I close the app and it keeps repeating the same clothing. I'd really love to purchase all the dresses in my cart but the app glitching and not allowing me to check shipping details doesn't really give me the confidence to buy.
The six years I've been using this is been an amazing experience of finding a vintage aesthetic clothing that I would love to wear on daily basis when I'm going out with my friends I like going to special event would maintain outside activities. and sometimes they have the best coverage on any part of a woman's body to feel more comfortable and protective of their selves and express itself who they really are and that indicates are so to be more confident of wearing type of different clothes.
The App is easy to use and love the features of the wish list. I'm only giving 3 stars because it crashes alot which is frustrating when browsing as it closes completely. Hoping someone will fix this problem soon
Need to improve the app. Lost interest quickly because the filters do NOT work. Specified to look at dresses and a specific size and it gave me searches on everything but what I asked for. Won't be bothering with your company until it's fixed.
It would be 5 stars, but you don't get to scroll through all the items - it just repeats the first 50 or so. Also, it would be great if I could filter or sort my extensive wish list somehow :)
Only thing that is annoying is when you minimize the search to dresses, all clothing appears. Takes ages to sort through so it's easier to shop through the full website over the app.
The app is great and easy to use. The only issues I am finding is when using the sort/filter options it doesn't seem to be filtering the options chosen.
The layout is nice however half of the links in the app don't work and none of the pictures are showing up on the screen, just a pink square. Your website isn't working in mobile either.
Reset password doesn't work, it just brings you to the home page of the app. The app is easy to use but sometimes malfunctions and exits randomly.
Showpo is a 5 star service always! My go to online store for every occasion, I love that they use sizes models for most of their clothes because it good to see what clothing pieces look like on different shape and sizes, a fast delivery service to inner state/rural and a online service who work with you not against you.
love the clothes and sizing options but the actual app ALWAYS shuts down when I go to my wishlist or bag. It's frustrating because I want the clothes and want to give you money but the app won't allow it...
the app keeps freaking out and glitching. shows the same few items over and over in a continuous scroll. makes it hard af to use sometimes. otherwise good.
Installed app, selected "forgot password" so I could log in to make an order but now every time I click the password reset link the app just opens - even holding down and selecting "open in browser" just opens the app so I can't actually check out. Didnt purchase because I couldn't use the 20% discount
They provide clothing for plus sizes, not only that; they show plus size models also. So beautiful! Have never let me down and always have what I need. I know I'll continue to keep using Showpo for future occasions. I've introduced Showpo to friends and they too love it!
The app itself needs improvement. It can't seem to scroll smoothly to the point where it gives you a headache. Also has its share of glitches. Best to shop on the actual website instead
Excellent quality and support. I have only ever returned one item as I didn't like the fit and the team was great at guiding me through the process. Super easy to use.
Great to use, but filter does not work properly, and you can not go through sections to pick out what you want, dresses, tops, playsuits etc
The filters don't work still comes up with everything else e.g filer by size 6 still shows all clothes with every size even when size 6 is not avaliable. Also when scrolling through it repeats items i've already seen at the top of the scroll. still a good app love this shop 😊
love the app! super smooth to use, and it looks really nice. my only issue is that there seems to be some kind of glitch that make the list just loop itself (by this I mean I keep seeing the same like 30 or 40 dresses on repeat as I scroll), which is frustrating because then I have to go to the website to see the whole selection.
